I am writing this email in complete disappointment in regards to the service that is provided, I placed an order on the 8 of September and i got a message saying delivery was gonna take place on the 13 September 2023, the delivery did not come through I called and the response I got was that the driver was late, and I understood, on Friday the 15th delivery was scheduled and I was told by one of the consultants that it was on route an will be delivered before 5pm, I called again around 4:45 asking id the delivery will take place and again I was re assured but still nothing. Today 18th September I give them a call and I am told by another consultant that it will be escalated to the courier, I don't understand how a courier company working for such a huge retail can have unreliable courier company, I am an unhappy client , again I am using my own resources to follow up on things that should have been delivered, i was told sms are not working properly on Friday, the number of calls i have done with my own following up on untrustworthy courier is not fair at all
Desired outcome: I want my delivery please and for them to next time stick to their word or do better , find out or follow up with customers of they did received their parcels, this is great customer service but right now I do not see that
