I have contacted the offices of Brook Luyt (your debt collectors) AND Truworths with regards to why I do not receive statement reflecting the payments I have started since September 2023. (R400 per month ). They request that I contact you. I call your offices and I am told to contact Brook Slyt.
I have gone onto the Truworths app to downlaod my current statement and to my horror it is for 2022! What is going on?
Why are my payments not being allocated to my account? Please can a updated statement be emailed to me. Untill then I do apologise, but no payment will be made to my account untill then. I have no clue how much I still owe?
There is so much fraud going on in SA and I refuse to be a victim! (E.G. Old Mutual).Please forward a statement reflecting my payments since September 2023 and I will resume payment of R400 a month again. If I do not hear from you shortly, I will have to contact my Lawyer to resolve this issue.
Please understand where I am coming from.
Desired outcome: All I require is my statement reflecting all my monthly payments of R400 on my account. Proofof payment was emailed every time aswell.
