the tupperware consultant laurie woller
I had to drive to her to pick my party stuff up. Then my order was missing things which I had to drive to her and pick the items up. Somebody from my party wanted to book a party but Laurie never contacted her. She then contacted me saying she cancelled. Getting in touch with her was difficult as well. Overall I was extremely unsatisfied with her service and would not host a party or buy from her again.
broken tupperware, no satisfaction after sale

It is with great disappointment that I am writing today about outdated tupperware products. Following a presentation at my home last october 2016, a faithful customer for several decades, brought her defective products to the representative in order to be able to benefit from your guarantee for life.
Either 3 small dishes going to the microwave and a large dishes going to the conventional oven of the collection ultra 21 (old collection). All have problems with the lids that do not fit any more.
The representative communicate with you to evaluate the options offered and thus ensure excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, your answer was genuinely disappointed. You agree that we will return you products and so credited about $ 10.50 for each. The ultra21 items are no longer on the market, I understand, but you still offer similar products that go to the oven and are worth more than what you offer as credit.
The customer has always made normal use and hand washed all her tupperware products (she never had a dishwasher). This over 78-year-old woman has a whole collection of your products and I find it sad that you are not able to honor the lifetime guarantee you seem proud to offer to tupperware consumers.
As a new consumer of your products, I strongly question my purchases made during the presentation that took place at my house. I thought your products were more expensive for their high quality to withstand the years and your lifetime warranty, if you are not able to meet these expectations, it does not convince me to buy or recommend tupperware in the future.
If you ever have another alternative available to the customer to replace her dishes, it would be a great pleasure to notify her.

complaint against consultant crystal townsend and tupperware support
I ordered the tupperware impressions classic bowl set, can opener, and a purple pitcher on april 23, 2017. I have yet to receive the products. Have numerous times contacted the consultant, crystal townsend, she kept telling me "it was shipped". She told me on may 18th that it was shipped once more and gave me simply a screen shot (which was not legible) and told me to contact fedex. Not so great customer support there. After contacting fedex, I find out that she put in the wrong address the whole time. My address and information was clearly typed out through fb messenger. I paid her through paypal "friends and family"-by her request. Since is was not paid through goods and services, I cannot file a complaint with paypal. Now, I believe she purposely asked for their method so that I can't file a complaint. I asked her for a refund. She refused. I called tupperware directly. The representative could barely speak english. Very frustrating. After much effort, they were finally able to locate my order. I was informed that the consultants can issue refunds. Crystal townsend is simply refusing to do so after multiple requests. With the poor customer service through tupperware and through their consultant-I do not want to support or have their products-just my full refund of $110.84.

I'm a consultant susana torres, my director maria avendaño is making me feel uncomfortable, she belittles me and treats me disrespectfully, I spoke to her to fix the issue and now she will not give me any information she would give me before, like samples and other important information. She tells other consaultants about my issue with her but is not honest and makes me feel or look like i'm the one who is doing wrong. There has been other people who have had simular unpleasant experience's and they have just stopped selling tupperware. I would like to continue selling tupperware but with someone else. tupperware is a scam they do not honour the lifetime warranty
Everyone beware: on tuesday 17th january 2016, I dropped off all of my faulty tupperware products to even though I have a legitamite warranty claim and it has been accepted by tupperware. Instead of tupperware just sending me all of my replacements. Tupperware want to charge me for postage even though I drove for 5 hours to the auckland distribution centre to drop off my faulty tupperware products. I spoke to one customer service team manager and she advised me that tupperware would not send me my replacements free of charge. But that they would send me my faulty tuppperware free of charge. I have been purchasing tupperware for over 30 years. After this diabolical experience, I will never purchase tupperware again. I am now going to commence legal action against tupperware, where I shall be claiming for all monetary costs for my replacement tupperware. Then I am going to go on social media and alert everyone to the fact that tupperware have no compulsion whatsoever charging exorbitant amounts of money for tupperware products and advising their customers that all tupperware products have a lifetime warranty, that is until you make a warranty claim. I have tried for several weeks now to contact tupperware nz by telephone, because the customer service manager jane has refused to respond to my emails. But I have not been able to get through. It is almost 7 weeks and to date tupperare have not sent me my replacement tupperware and nor has tupperware returned my faulty tupperware products to me either. Everyone beware
Probably a comment from one of those people who abuse the warranty system and wither were not the original owner or voided the warranty and then complained about it.
BS I too have been trying to get lid replacements for modular pieces I purchased.. I have made several attempts since Oct 2021...
Did you work through your consultant? Tupperware has consultants for your to work through, so use them. Consultants typically can attach an order for a replacement item onto another order. When my wife does this, usually shipping is not an issue.
tupperware container
Recently I purchased few tupperware containers which I paid $80 for them. I want to express my dissatisfaction about the products I bought. The containers are very flimsy, not made to last, the lids were very thin and hard to use for closing the containers. I bought the same containers in the past, like ten years ago and they are still useable and lasting. I am very upset and disturbed by how your products has deteriorated in quality and the same time their prices has increased. Needless to say that I am sorry that I purchased these products.
returning lids
The lid I wanted replaced doesn't have a number so I put the container number in and added a message to say I just needed the lid replaced. I was sent the container. I now have 2 containers and no lid. Last time I ordered new lids I got the wrong lid but I moved on and didn't worry about it. Now this. This lid returning is a crock of #. You lost a very loyal customer in me. My cupboard and fridge are full of tupperware. Even complaining is difficult to do!

Hi, I have been contacting your tupperware uk since july 2016 concerning an item that broke, apparently tupperware no longer does it, and was promised a different item, in which I still haven't received it and it's been very inconvenient.
I have always thought that tupperware was for life,
The last email I received from them I was told yet again they will send a replacement in which I have received nothing.

We have bought tupperware for 30 plus years we even sold your stuff ever since you went to this new "run it under hot water lids" we have struggled with your produce. Who has time to treat the lids after we wash them your product was once nice and convenient and now it is a piece of crap we will not buy tipperware again and we will be spreading the word. Give me an address where I can return your crap and I don't want any money back good riddance..

I am purchasing Tupperware products from 5 years ago, one of them was magic chopper, it had a failure in its gears, and I suffered with the company to change it, as it should be in the warranty and they said that it changed as a favor from them ... and after a short time, an other magic chopper, the thread of it has been damaged and by reference to the dealer, they said that it is outside the warranty and we must purchase a full top cover, and when we asked for the cover, we have not received any according to the price or the arrival date...
Another magic chopper problem happened also by a malfunction in the cover gears after using simple times, did not exceed two months ...
I am sure now that the life warranty in Tupperware is a big balloon and not real ...
And also the knives that need to be sharpened in each use ...
This plus the trend of industrialization in China and the transformation of the level of poor materials and full of defects ...

Reminder-1 response awaited to, all concerned. This is to inform that I am a consultant of tupperware from mumbai city. But its very very disappointing & saddening to inform all of you that the rates quoted to a consultant is much more higher than the rates put in amazon / e-bay. Becoz of this issue we are loosing our valuable customers and also loosing goodwill / good relations with our customers. Now recently e-bay was offering 1790/- & amazon 1860/- for tupperware ultimo smart chopper, whereas our consultant rate was rs.1810/-, pls explain why? And delivery free in india. The november '15 published book showed rate of rs2115/- pls explain on this? This results in loosing of order and I have lost my vy good order. Is it easy to loose an order of rs.2, 115/-? How painful it is? Also 1 ltr bottles amazon offering @ 630, our consultant rate 714/-, pls give suggestions / explanation on this price difference and how are we to make our business successful. Also, masala box shows rate of rs.446 on amazon, our consultant rate is 513/-, pls explain as how and on which rate should be sell this products. How can we survive with tupperware, I am very very disappointed on this that we are loosing our valuable customers and orders becoz on online distributors amazon & ebay. We also have a target to complete i. E 2600 why? a year back my friend and I bought the product i.e. magic chopper from an agent. at the time of purchase I was told that there is a warranty on the product. however within a few months the chopper started giving me trouble. I contacted the agent she took the chopper for some weeks and then returned back saying that I will have to purchase the lid saperately. please help

I have purchased an ultimo chopper the cost of which is almost five times that of a normal chopper from a tupperware agent in mumbai. At the time of sale, I was told that the thread which operates the chopper can be replaced free of cost anywhere in india in case it breaks. I moved to delhi and I had to get my thread replaced. I approached a distributer, anjum sharda, ascent party sales, e-989 saraswati vihar, towards rani bagh, pitam pura, pincode - 110034✆011-[protected]/[protected] and was told that ultimo products are not guaranteed any thread change would be charged and they took rs 100 from me and replaced it with a low quality thread which broke in less than a month's time. I took it back again and paid rs 100 once again and got it replaced. Again it broke in a month's time. The thread which was being replaced was of very substandard quality and I thought of reporting this to the concerned person in the distributor's office. I was told that they are getting thread from the local market and doing it and the original thread would not be available to me. The staff was so rude and arrogant in their behavior. I always believed that tupperware was a reputed company and had been purchasing their products regularly. Whatever the promises they are making is just farce and I think it is high time consumer forum take action against the company for fooling the customer, luring them to walk into their trap and not keeping the promise kept to customers and behaving rudely when approached.

I have given the lid of tupperware product to one the agents, but so far have not received even the product, its been 6 months. I want to know how long its going to take for a replacement... do I have to pay for it... I think the company is saying all these only to lure the customers...
yes absolutely right. I totally agree. I had purchased caseroll 4yrs back. Asked the same agent to replace its lid. As it was broken. she had taken 4 months. That is also ok. but she asked to pay for thhis i.e 100/-. Is it the compnay policy? While demosatrating, on ur site why making the people fool, that you can replace your product with company at free of cost. Take some serious decision. Or some how you people may be in trouble.

I have been buying Tupperware throughout my lifetime and every party the demonstrator pushes the replacement guarantee, which is why it is so expensive. Over the last few years I have collected my broken parts (mostly lids) only to find I have to PAY to get anything replaced. This is breaching the guarantee offered since Tupperware first entered New Zealand.
Terms of manufacturer's express guarantee (ie their warranty) must be met
Goods you buy may come with a manufacturer's 'express guarantee' (commonly known as a manufacturer's warranty), which guarantees that they will repair or replace faulty goods. If the manufacturer does not follow the terms of their warranty, you can claim for compensation from them under the Consumer Guarantees Act. How do I claim for compensation? I have 11 items which will cost me $27 plus the hassle of sending in (at my expense) anything they want to inspect. The Consumer Guarantee's Act does not expect you to pay for replacement or repair.
not replacing faulty product
I purchased a teapot from Tupperware and after using it for the second time and washing it a small part fell off the end and went down the drain. The Teapot does not function without the part. I went through a sales rep to purchase a replacement and a month later she came back to me saying that the part was not delivered with the rest of her order and she had reordered it. Two weeks later she came back to me saying that she could not get a replacement part as they no longer make it. I then called Tupperware customer service and after many conversations they told me that it was a common fault with the design of their product and therefore they had no parts left in stock. They also refused to offer me anything for the value of the teapot and said there was nothing they could do. So now I have a useless teapot so much for lifetime products and good customer service.
i had the same problem, only had the teapot 2 years & was told by Tuppaware that they no longer have the part. I cannot get it anywhere else, so now the teapot is useless & it was $80! They will not replace it with another item of Tuppaware either. Bad service Tuppaware. Thats the last piece of Tuppaware I purchase
smart chopper
I had very bad experience with Tupperware. At the time of selling the product they make lots of promises just to lure the customers. I bought : 1 smart chopper in Fer 2014 for Rs.2700. After using it for three months it started giving problems in chopping. In the month of June I gave it for replacement, which they were not ready to accept then after explaining it "N" number of times it was accepted in the month of Nov'14 and told me it will take six months for the replacement. Now even after six months (Apr'15) I have not got the replacement and they want another six months time. After spending rs.2700/- I could use it only for three months. this is not the only problem
2. I bought water dispenser. After sometime it also started giving problems. I gave it for replacement. They are replacing it with giant canister. Can anybody from Tupperware explain how a giant canister will serve the purpose of water dispenser. It's beyond my imagination.
3. I purchased PC mugs. I gave one mug for replacement. They are replacing it with normal coffee mug which is of much lesser value then the PC mugs.
I request Tupperware either to replace my products at the earliest or return the amount I spent in buying those products.

Two of my tupperware lunch boxes teared up at the top. Attaching pictures of one of the lunch box here.
I was expecting them to last atleast a year, but within 3-4 months they are teared up. It's staeching problem and tupperware should replace them.

Placed an online order, was billed immediately, but still has not shipped almost a week later. Called to inquire, but they can't even give me a definitive ship date yet. They should not bill you until they ship, and they should give you a ship date when an order is placed. Very poor service.
