I noticed for some time I don't receive any like or messages I can't even chat with my old friends or make new friends, ..right now am not happy and am not impressed.

Recently I have logged in to this id and it's ask me to pay the premium amount to continue the service .
In this application it's mentioned one premium for Indian currency₹160 .
Using credit card I have been on the process to pay.on the final I have Been charged ₹160 + ₹720.
I have been selected only one month subscription for ₹160.
On the same day itself I have mailed regarding this, they replied me after 24 hours saying that you have been charged for some other subscription also which I was not aware.
And the next day I send again mail to cancelled the other subscription charges.but they didn't reply for that.
Instead of that they sending mail regarding your account is blocked.

i was signed up by my mom on this site and since she paid me premium i decided to give it a go...most recently i witnessed scam attempt that terrified me. i will definitely no longer remain on this site and no other to be honest but i decided to file my complaint because i want to spare other innocent people of such awful fraud attempts.
i suggest you should make it mandatory for all users to verify their profile if they want to appear anywhere on the site... i secondly suggest you make multi layer authentication so that any such scum can not prosper ...and i insist that you make it mandatory for all users to watch videos you should record of each type of reported scam attempt before you even let them complete their profile so that they come here educated and warned about how severe environment they are about to enter... in my few weeks here most common type of scam was with beautiful ladies on pictures with 1 or 2 photos and they tend to reply instantly to any likes they receive ...also in very short time they suggest to channel communication to some other service (most commonly gmail) and they always give email of a type
@gmail.com or they demand to switch to hangouts mobile app most commonly. you should warn people that by all costs they never give any money or info to those people who simply try to sexually excite and use that sexual drive to force person to making irrational decisions ...you should block any email address exchange on the site or any other data possible leading to channeling communication elsewhere and you should develop ideally an AI that monitors all messages exchanged before they get to the other person and detect any scam attempts before thay can cause material damage to the users. you should also enforce purity of the site and permanently block ip address that is considered suspicious by any criteria .i hope you will take all this in consideration and make this site a better place for honest people.

I don't think you ever undo or possibly let go of me its like you constantly charge people even if they leave. So to payments team I hope you know I am disappointed no one told you I was leaving because you people don't get message. I left because auto pay was never turned off, and I wanted it cancelled. Fact I never used service since I received the charge. Now I have deal with too much on my plate.
Since robot pay let go with this if not undone, cancelled or possibly done that way I have to tell pay-pal what happening, and my bank. You aren't contactable, not talking to me and fact you choose be what I think I call it still charge it even though its failed policy. Only contact I get if I was still a member, I told you cancel payment request you keep retry, after retry, stop. payment team and whoever else is saying charge even though I probably only used one day of service of month of package that I never bought. I am not scammer I was trying to get one week I paid for, I paid for 100 credit on there and ends up being vending machine that wants to take everything from me.
Its poor experience overall.

On 2018-02-02 you've purchased Daily First in Search subscription.When you upgraded it was clearly stated at the checkout and in your payment confirmation e-mail that you will be charged every month until you cancel your subscription, which you can do in your Settings. I’m sorry that you have been surprised by this and, I have now turned off the automatic renewal feature so that you will not be charged again in future, unless you actively choose to re-activate.

spam emails
I have had a spam email this morning inviting me to connect with my father who passed away 3 years ago...
I do not know this company so how the hell do they get all these details...
This is unacceptable and I will report this company...

The biggest give-away to how your scam works is when an unsuspecting victim receives another spam invite they click on an unsubscribe button (implying they are not a member) and that button takes them to sign in with "Complete your Profile" - So if they had created an account, how come they didn't put it in their name, or added any information? - answer: because they didn't crate an account, because Twoo is phishing for their info by forcing them to create an account under the pretence this will allow unsubscription.
Aleksandra. How insulting can you be? How can the poster's Father have sent the first of these invites if he has been dead for 3 years? Please don't offer lies as a possible reason for the spam being sent out. You know full well that the Father could not have had an account, as is the case with most of your accounts - they are not created by the email owner, they are created off email lists and the invites with their "sign in to unsubscribe" scam is the way you get consent. This is the Twoo business model, as you know, and to pretend to be innocent is disingenuous. If you work for Twoo and don't know this then you are very stupid.

Dear customer service team,
I had previously tried Twoo's premium services, and had not found it suitable to my interests or expectations. I had created an account using following e-mail ID.

Since it was not useful to me, I decided to quit and didn't opt for the auto renewal option and switched off switched off the premium services.
Despite doing so, I have been charged INR 7600/- from my account on 20 May2018.
I never authorized this transaction and same has been done without my consent. I am shocked to see this transaction, how can my card get used without my authorization.
Since I never wished to continue the services, request to to kindly cancel the charges levied and process the refund for it immediately.
Further I will be thankful if you can delete my account from your site to avoid any mishap in the future.
Pls find attached a screenshot of my premium account status on your website.

I have Been receiving emails from your company for almost a week now. I would like to know how you got my email address because it is my work email. I have tried to unsubscribe TWICE from this but the emails keep coming. If I wanted to join your company I would use my personal email, not work, especially as it can be vetted. I don’t have access to the email address I registered with that’s why I can’t change my twoo’s account password or remove the picture on it. I forgot to remove my photo before logging out. There must be an alternative solution because I simply cant access the email address linked to my twoo’s account! Please remove the picture on this acccount as soon as possible because I don’t want anyone to see my picture on this app. It will cause me lots of problems family and work wise.

I subscribed for a premium service on twoo.com on Saturday 12th of May 2018 but after the subscription, the service I am getting is not what i expected, I was hoping to browse people beyond my country level but that has not been possible, I wish to be able to reach out to user beyond my geographical location and that was the the reason for my subscription . I have emailed the twoo.com severally after the subscription but so far i have got no response.
If there is no way i can get this service then the subscription is of no use to me as its not serving my purpose and I would therefore request cancelling and refund.

Hi, my name is Ingolf and I seem to have accidentally bought a 1 month premium membership by mistake.
You see, I checked it and pressum the buy button, taking me to the creditcard or paypal option, I pressed paypal and go. However, to actually be charge I have to press the proceed button on pay pal in order to buy it, I only did that the second time I changed it back to what I originally wanted, which was a week and not a reoccuring subscription that renews every month. I did change it to one week like I planned after the fact like I said, but I had already been charged for 1 month.
so now my card is charged twice. once for 74.00 DKK (my currecy) and once for 44 DKK (this is what I wanted). I would like those 74 DKK refunded please if you would. I would also like to cancel the reoccuring subscription, it is not what I wanted and I can't find where to turn it off, lease help, please deactivate it or I will be forced to terminate my account before june 18.
I have included a photo of the email with the payment I made to show you that I paid twice.

My name is Ishtiyaque Shaikh, am a subscriber of your Twoo group. Last month at 16:28:24 hrs on 25/4/2018 INR 399.00 were deducted from my credit card through Google massive media, without my consent. Kindly reimburse my money at the earliest.
First you should have known whether I wish to renew my membership or not, right away you have debited the money, which is not fair.

I just reactivated my twoo account yesterday and was setting up everything; while doing that I just clicked on active premium to see all offers but I dont know how but twoo deducted money from my account without any approval.
How can you save my cards without my permission, how twoo deducted money, this is very negative behaviour of your app.
