Preordered Special Edition Skull & Bones which came with a DLC code to redeem from the ubisoft redeem website and instructions on how to redeem it. I followed these instructions exactle and was met with an error code. Started a support ticket that same day.
Didnt recieve any response from support so returned to the store of purchase and explained the issue. staff gave me another code to try on the chance the problem was the code. Tried the new code and recieved the same error so its an issue with Ubisoft it seems.
Updated the support ticket that same day with this new information.
Its now been over two weeks and i STILL havent recieved any response from Ubisoft Support. I have now found their support email and contacted them DIRECTLY through this email in the hopes they actually bother to respond and help though im not hopeful given their track record. Probably won't buy anything developed by Ubisoft again as even though i enjjoy the game franchises i dont trust Ubisoft to deliver an appropriately functional game for the price you pay.
