Ulta Beauty review: Couldn't place order 9/2 online

On Saturday 09/02/23, I tried multiple times during the day to order the beauty steal perfume YSL Mon Paris for $42 plus other items. I had a $10 coupon code from the back of my Sept flyer and had $9.00 in rewards points I entered at checkout but after completing all the info the site just kept spinning and wouldn't process the order. I tried several time from my phone and desktop. i contacted the chat to try and get help, I got an answer from an Anne Ludwig but it basically said try again later . 11 times I tried to no avail. Sunday I placed an order that did process but the perfume was no longer available at beauty steal price and it wouldn't let me use the $10 off coupon code that I had because it said I already used it but my order never processed? The my points were also gone! $9.00 in rewards takes a while to build up. I tried to use chat again and it kept telling me all specialist were busy try again later. I used to love 21 days of Beauty but have been left totally frustrated and bummed!
