I purchased a GHD hairdryer as a Christmas gift unfortunately it was not wanted so I therefore contacted justmylook customer service and asked for the return address. Finally after 4 emails they said I could return it as it was unopened and still in the original packaging.
The parcel was sent by royal mail and received and signed for b them on the 3rd January 2024.
I contacted them again on several occasions regarding the refund of £106 for the return but they never answer any of the correspondence.
I know they have the product back and I have the proof from the Royal Mail, wgat are my options now to get the money for the refund back.

I didn’t receive my order from justmylook
1.12 in the morning I placed an order JML29261455, it supposed to arrive in 48 hours by Track Royal Mail. Today is 14.12 and nothing. I tried multiple times to contact them, they ignore me, they don’t respond to my emails as well. I want my money back! Because I paid by PayPal so I open a case on my PayPal account against Jusmylook.
Costumer service is unhelpful at all, they ignore all my emails.

Basically their entire customer service and social media team
So I ordered, I received a box, resealed by Royal mail in one of their plastic bags - Empty box. No product. Due to poor packaging on the companies behalf my item was lost.
I emailed, got one email back saying they would investigate with Royal mail and when that is complete they will 'consider' what to do.
Royal mail investigations can take upwards of 2-3 months to complete and this company feels it is acceptable to make you wait for that time, whilst they hold onto your money.
When you complain they stop emailing you - I have heard nothing now for over a week. I tried using their Facebook page to comment but all they do is delete any negative comments, I was lucky enough to get a response, well if you can call the following lucky- 'multiple comments will be deleted as spam'
Ok, but why are you deleting ALL posts? I have seen at least 10 different people complaining abut poor customer service on there, of course all gone by the next day though as their social media team deletes anything they do not like.
I was lucky enough to get a second response on there from someone called Hayley - lying to me though and saying customer service had been in touch, well if they have then they didn't email me. When I told her this, surprise, surprise I find all my messages deleted yet again and not a response.
I'd avoid and pay the extra few quid elsewhere if I were you. I appreciate there is a lot of mail fraud around these days but when I show you a picture of a destroyed box in an Official Royal Mail resealed bag I do not expect to treated like it is my fault or that I am a thief - you should package things properly.
Guess I'm off to the CC company to get my money back that way.

Order not received
I ordered a number of items to a value of nearly £70 from justmylook.com on the 10th May 2022 I was expecting their arrival in 48 hours S they quoted Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.
I have still not received my items, and have made numerous calls, emails, and sent messages, and reviews. I have had the occasional response (automated?) saying we are sorry you have not received your order, it is being passed onto another department to deal with, still nothing.
Desired outcome: Receive my goods within 48 with some compensation for the terrible experience, or refund my money immediately also with some compensation
Just My Look
I have made numerous attempts to try and resolve this issue with the Just My Look customer services team with no joy.
The issue that I experienced was following an order I placed on 4 March for a bottle of Emporio Armani aftershave (50ml) with a few other items, as a birthday gift for my brother-in-law. The amount I paid was £27.96.
Delivery was expected within 2-3 days.
I contacted Just My Look on 14 March to advise that it had not been delivered and they provided a Royal Mail tracking number which shows that it had been delivered on 9 March.
On 9 March I was not at my property at the time specified on the delivery by Royal Mail. I was in fact at work in London - I have proof of parking.
I have also checked with my neighbours and the parcel was not delivered to them.
Despite contacting Just My Look on several occasions, this matter is still not resolved. This meant that I had no birthday present for my brother in law, no product, and am left out of pocket by £27.96.
Please can you help me with obtaining a refund.

Recently purchased a Loreal Pro steampod for £199 after reading rave reviews. Unfortunately after one try I realised this did not work on my hair. Packaged back up in immaculate condition and returned (another £9). Just been informed they will not refund and are sending it back to me. Really poor customer service. If I had used a more reputable Co. like Boots or QVC tgen this would nit be a issue
This is a really expensive item that did not work for me. I had no idea I would not be able to return for a refund otherwise I would not have purchased it.
I've never had any issue with any other UK based company in this way. Extremely poor.

Altered delivery address
I made an order from the site for a face serum. I cross-checked the delivery details TWICE before confirming payment. The first thing this occurred I did not bother checking the delivery confirmation as I knew or thought everything was fine. Up to 3 days later they send an email saying my package will be delivered by 9:20AM and 3:30PM and I waited but there was no delivery. My product was then "delivered" the next day or two days after only for them to send an email saying I did not put the house number on the delivery address and that my package had been returned and it would take 30 days for a refund. And so a week later I ordered from them AGAIN and this time i confirmed the delivery address THREE TIMES before confirmation the payment. Only for me to check the delivery confirmation after the payment was done to see their website had REMOVED the house number that was the same as the billing address also. So now I know for a fact that it is the website doing this or the company them self. I want my refund of my first package and for this one to be corrected and delivered to me as it should. Because I do not know what games are being played here.

I have purchased The Ordinary products from this company and I received fake products, I had multiple people looked at it and did my research and the products are clearly fake . I use the original products for many years and I know how they look / feel on the skin! I god horrible allergic reaction and had to go to hospital to get some pills ! Greetings, my parcel was sent back to Richdomar because ‘apparently' my address on my parcel was incorrect. I've contacted them and told them this but still they still haven't replied to me.
Not getting money back for returned item
In February my item was delivered to my residence as I was not in residence the item was returned to the Post Office.
The PO sent item back using tracking number which I have .
Numerous emails /Phone calls, to have item sent back to me or refunded where rejected by the company . They said they have no record of the items purchased but I have evidence of payment and the items on my phone/ email.
Please can you help me to resolve this or let me know how I can PHONE the company direct .

I ordered an electrical item from this company. Having notified me that they were unable to fulfill the order due to 'a problem fulfilling' it, they have not issued an immediate refund either. I've been told that I have to wait up to 5 working days for a refund to Paypal (which would usually be instantaneous), for an item they don't even have in stock that I've paid for. Buyer beware!
Damaged order and they won't refund or replace
I placed an order in plenty of time for Xmas it took over 10 days to deliver &when it did eventually arrive it was damaged I emailed & tweeted as this is your only option to contact them it took 4 days for them to reply, they told me to send it back & when they had received t they would send a replacement, so I returned the item and emailed proof of return by sending copy of the receipt so as a good will gesture They would send another one out! anyhow the next day they send n email 2 say sorry there's no stock now so they won't be resending. So here we are a few days b4 xmas and I'm left with. Xmas present short & no refund as they now won't reply to my emails asking for a refund. yankee candle gift set
I purchased a gift set called " Yankee candle Christmas memories, 12 votive gift set".
I ordered this on the Black Friday sale which understandably delays shipping time but by 2 weekends and a whole week seems a little ridiculous.
My set arrived damaged on the corners, sealing and the candles were the opposite way to the logo obviously a defective item.
I have emailed the company with no response and the phone lines just keep ringing and ringing.
The more I looked at my product I thought "this isn't the set I ordered?" Turns out they sent a similar product but I ordered Christmas memories specifically for the scents inside of which were completely different to the set I received very disappointed as I cannot now give as a gift due to the condition it arrived in. I ordered 2 facial cleansers and was sent the wrong ones. I spoke to the team who sent me a free returns label, so I returned them and put a note requesting a refund, not replacement. They claim to have not got this note and sent a replacement, which was no use so I said I would return it again for a refund. I refused delivery so it was sent back to them, ended up speaking to Michael from the complaints department who was rude, offhand and couldn't even be bothered to spell my name correctly and he said he would be deducting £3.95 from the refund amount for shipping costs FOR AN ITEM THEY GOT WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE! I am so disgusted at the service received and it's now about the principle of someone thinking they can treat people however they want and make policies up. I won't stop until I get my FULL refund.

missing item and refuse to give refund or replacement
I have no clue where to start from with this company. I had a missing item and I've spoken someone called Rachel who was very unhelpful. I've kindly asked for replacement and she replies "we can't do that" ! How can you not offer refund or replacement when the fault is on your side . Seems like she was trying to blame it on Royal and not take responsibility, it was awful. The item wasn't in there because the bag wasn't packed properly I even sent over pictures of it, how can you pin that on anyone . Il be contacting my bank because at this point it doesn't seem like they wanna refund or send my replacement just excuses after excuses .
