Ulta Beauty review: Employee at Ulta Beauty- 7844 Rea Rd, Charlotte NC 28777

Liana at this location has been documented on google reviews within the past 4 days with numerous complaints about her bullying. She is bullying women for their appearances.

2 days ago: “Liana is the worst her attitude is not giving”

3 days ago: “Liana looked me in the eyes and said ‘no amount of makeup will fix your ugly crooked nose’…she justified it by saying it because ‘bullying has to happen from a biological or evolutionary standpoint’ weirdo employee!”

4 days ago: “extremely rude girl named Liana.”

4 days ago: “Being mean and nasty gets you no where [sic] in life. Liana should be ashamed. She should not be employed at a place where girls go to feel beautiful. This breaks my heart.”

4 days ago: “This location unknowingly hired an individual by the name of Liana who is a self-admitted ‘bully’ and has made video content about how childhood bullying is beneficial for evolution. It sounds like a joke but the shocking thing is that she was dead serious. Wow I just hope her coworkers learn her true character.”

4 days ago: “I was bullied by one of the staff, Liana. I was looking for a specific Benefit blush product and she gave me a nasty look with her eyes looking me up and down and said the blush wouldn’t make my face look any less fat. I left the store immediately and never coming back. I cried. It was my birthday.”

These people aren’t wrong. There is always a nasty vibe at this location. It’s palpable. I was waiting for a while to get a service, there was a long wait. I heard lots of school girl type laughter. It felt like everyone was speaking about customers. I heard Liana exclaim, “Look at her!” And then girls laughing. Not sure if it was about me. I was by myself and they were in my direct eye sight. It felt like they were making fun of me. It’s messed up when lots of women already feel pressure to look a certain way, then go to do something to look THAT way, only to get ridiculed publicly, while waiting for a service like a lame duck.

She needs to be fired. It’s honestly scary walking around this store, when I have body dysmorphia. I like the person I get services from, but am afraid to come back. I buy ALL of my skincare from Ulta. I’m a diamond member every year. But this place isn’t good for a woman’s mental health. I’m going to order online from now on and probably have to switch stores. It sucks feeling ugly 24/7 and then have that put on blast when you’re stuck sitting in a chair in an awkward position.
