I placed an order about 2 months ago and the order was canceled. I decided to place another order much smaller and it came back with an error code M1. I requested an explanation and was told to submit all sorts of information including my ip address and they would escalate the ticket. I waited for a response and nothing. I tried again to place an order and I could not because the same error message kept popping up - M1. I called and was told it would be escalated and should receive an answer via email within 48 hours. Nothing came in so I decided to reach out via chat on Ulta site. Again the same response was to give all sorts of information and that I would receive an answer within 48 hours because it was going to be escalated. I stated that it had already been escalated twice before and I would like to know why I could not order online but before I could continue with the chat the associate ended the chat abruptly. I decided to see if there was any update on my account and saw that an M1 review was being done and couldn't give a set time would end the review. It's to two months and I still cannot place an order. I tried again today as a guest and each time it came back with an M1 error. Ulta is omitting the primary reason why I cannot order online.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to order online again. I have no trouble buying at a store only online. I want to be able to order online and have merchandise shipped to me.
