I went to dis autodealership wit a good amount of cash for the down payment on a 2014 X5. One of the sales guy, named ***, helped me finance it. After paying all the money, I took de car out for 2 weeks but den it broken down. The back 2 air suspension was not working, so I had to call a tow truck and kept it for a few weeks till I could fix it. I kep calling dem bout de problem but they refused to help me. After a whole week of calling, I got tired of waiting so I decided to fix it myself and it cost me a lot of money for parts and labor. I still owed dem more money for de down payment and they kept calling and harassing me to pay up or dey would take my car. I had to pay dem or else they would take it so my payment was late and dey tried to repo it. I have been asking dem to return my personal belongings from inside the car for 3 weeks now but they don't want to help. Dey have so many bad reviews on de interweb and dey still treat people dis way. I wish somebody could investigate dem for fraud and shut dem down. It's not fair dat people are getting scammed by buying damaged cars dat only last a few weeks and dey don't want to fix it after dat. Please help us. I can't even show my contract because it's in de car and I don't have access to it.

My complaint is for United Automotive LLC. I was talking to someone I know who works there about financing a car. On 10/19/2022, I visited the dealership, picked a car, signed the paperwork, and put down a $1000 deposit. But the very next day, 10/20/2022, the car was stolen from my wife's workplace. I reported it stolen (#***), filed a claim with Falcon Insurance (#CO22-17616), and asked the dealership if they had a tracker or a kill switch to help locate it, but they said they didn't. Then on 10/21/2022, United Automotive or the finance company pulled the loan and began pressuring my insurance for payment in full. Even though I had already spoken to the finance company and was waiting for my welcome packet, the dealership said there was a problem with my financing. I made my first payment on 11.22.2022 for $375.41.
The car was found on 12.02.2022, but the damages were less than my deductible, so I had to pay $975.00 for repairs out of pocket. I also made a second payment to United Automotive on 12.20.2022 for $375.41. After going back and forth with the insurance company, the car was finally released to me on 12/27/2022 and towed to a repair shop as it was not running. I paid $975.00 for repairs and finally got the car back on 1/4/2023. Then I was told to come and sit down with the boss to discuss financing and to sign new loan papers. I went in on 1/10/2023, but they tried to say Falcon Insurance pulled the loan, even though I knew it was the dealership. They said they just wanted the car back, but I had already made payments and paid for repairs. They told me I would have to go to court, laughed at me, and accused me of insurance fraud because I work for an insurance agency. I have proof of all my conversations with the dealership and my insurance company.
