First of all I would like to addressed that I have cancelled my uob debit card almost a year ago with the card number ending 7599 however just recently I found it to be charged for YouTube...how is this even possible? I am living in Singapore and what I found out is the called centre is based in Malaysia now it is kinda skeptical. How is our account being protected from scams if a foreign country is having all our personal details why can't the call centre be based locally what's worst the customer service representative also doesn't know he told me it was the previous customer service officer who has cancelled the card...and how is it possible for transactions to go through if it was cancelled he has no idea.
Recently my account with UOB was abruptly frozen I could not receive or deposit funds and there was no warning or information all the bank staff including the manager could say it's under review. For how long I asked? They also doesn't know wth so my child is gonna starve and those big shots enjoying their sumptuous meal whereas their staff doesn't know what is going on ...it is really a pathetic bank please also don't entertain their insurance on phone it could be a scam cause no contracts that's what the Filipino said to me and yes the call was coming from Philippines...
