non shipment of ordered part
I purchased a compressor fan motor for 350.00 in August 2018. They never shipped it and now will not take my calls...just rings; no pickup. Numerous email inquiries, telephone calls. Was given runaround when I got through to them one time. The address given is a USPS office in Florida, 130 Fernwood Blvd Unit 300007, Fern Park, FL [protected]. They have other "scam addresses" around the country. One of the other locations is a UPS Store. United Parts Supply is just a "phone number" [protected] to scam artists. I cannot track them down. Stay away. The original United Parts Supply went out of business in 2014. These guys are criminals.
hvac blower motor
No return call on motor that is in warranty period that sounds terrible. Ordered a new motor and had to call and complain it hadn't shown up in their 3 business day delivery period. Now it's a 5 day and after I called and complained he didn't know if (the now being called a special order) it was delivered to them...yet it was said to be in stock when I ordered it. I now get a tracking number and the delivery date is another 6 days out. He wouldn't let me cancel the order and hasn't called back on the warranty.
viking refrigerator parts
Long story short, they charged an enormous amount of money, sent the wrong part. $200 for a plastic piece worth about 50 cents if that. Refused refund, or to send correct part. They are total rip off. Look at this and all other reviews. We want a full refund. Order # was 570716.
We are also filing complaints with the BBB and sending report to Florida Attorney General to investigate. Being ripped off for $200 won't be the end of the world financially for me, but being ripped off (stolen from) is unacceptable. I will continue to complain so that I get refund, but more importantly try to prevent others to falling victim to this fraudulent company.

furnace filter
Paid big $ for an odd size furnace filter which they assured me they had in stock, but was sent a regular 20x20 filter which is $6.00 at local hardware, but was definitely wrong size. Attempted to get a return authorization # with four different request, but never received so they wouldn't take back. Scammmmm
fraud by this company
They got me too. Same scam. Intentionally send the wrong part then promise a refund. I wish I had found this site sooner. Please file a complaint with the florida attorney generals office and the us postal service if you sent a check by mail. They use habegger corporation in ohio as one of their middle men. Call them and complain that they are involved with a fraudulent operation! They (up) are living high on stolen money and continue to do so. Time to end this scam so others don't waste their hard earned money too! Maybe we can force them to actually get out and work for a living although jail time would be nice too!
Oh they will take things back... and try to keep the money and the part! check their scc record. they went out of business last july and are still suckering people. no question a rip off!
Total scammers! what I have since learned about this company is:
1. they give people a discount for checks because charges can be disputed on credit cards and they want to keep ripping people off.
2. the company that allegedly started in florida with multiple addresses, went out of business in july of 2014.
3. they include no address and no part numbers on the invoice and the address on the box from a e services 2375 e tropicana avenue, las vegas, nevada 89119 is just a pony express mailbox center.
4. the part number on the box is neither the part number ordered, nor the part number in the system.
5. I encourage everyone who has been ripped off by these scammers to immediately contact the district attorney in your state, the better business bureau to report them as a scam and file a complaint. contact the bureau of electronics and appliance repair in your state and any local consumer advocacy, including the media to put these lying, cheating, [censor], out of business and hopefully in prison where they belong.
Our technician, an expert in hvac and refrigeration for 27 years and who has a reputation for integrity and competency was told the part needed for our client's unit was obsolete and yet the part was still sent and when it was received and discovered to be the wrong part, united part supply refused to return the part. when entering the part number on united supply's website for the york unit part number [protected] their system returns part number z6-[protected]-32yw labeled "control board" but when the part arrives, it is clearly, not the correct part and even though the part is wrong and never installed, the company refuses to accept returns or refund the part. the "parts manager" a. k. a. john miller called me after receiving my request for a refund today and it was immediately clear by his hostile and condescending tone, he had no intention of helping us find a solution to our problem and he promptly hung up on me. this company has an f rating from the better business bureau and it is abundantly clear from the multiple negative reviews regarding what appears to be a pattern of outright fraud and essentially, extorting consumers is intentional. I would encourage everyone defrauded and victimized by this company to take any legal action available in your state. these people must be stopped.

Ordered a new gas pilot they sent a conversion for electrical. They said return it. After I returned it. No refund has come. They have said that the return is on it's way since January 2011. It's October 26th now.
United Part Supply advertises Trane compressors at one price and says it is in stock. Ordered it and receceived an e-mail the next day that the price is now over $400.oo more, if I wanted it due to availability. This company is a rip-off. I immediately told them to cancel my order.
They have never gave me a problem. I order for over 7 years. The biggest complaint is that they won't accept returns on electric and gas parts. But the other sites are doing the same thing.
Avoid this one at all costs
Friday 03/16/12 I call the company looking for a condensation fan motor to replace the one I had for my house A/C. The guy I was speaking with quotes me $420. I get off the phone with him to talk with my wife about the purchase and we decide to keep looking around with no luck on a better deal. The 19th I call United Parts Supply back and talk with one of the rudest people who didn't have a clue about her job and which I believe this was the same lady my wife talked with a couple days before hand that was also rude to her. She ends up transferring me to a gentleman who finally managed to get the situation straightened up. He quoted a fan motor with the EMC at $420 and said they have one on the shelf and would ship it out that day. I purchased the part and gave him my credit card info along with the address. Hours later after the purchase they e-mail us saying that they always like to double check their business actions to make sure the best purchasing experience for their customers and that they couldn't honor the price they quoted and they would have to add $160 to the original purchase. If they have one on the shelf that prior to this they were selling for $420 then why are they charging $580 several hours later after the purchase and then telling us they can’t honor their price? This indicates to me that every year at this time when summer is coming they raise the price on their parts to gouge people because they know people will need A/C parts. Thanks for the website and hope it helps people with this company in the future!

united parts supply in florida is bad news to consumers
they don't give no refund for anything any reason
On 6/7/11 I place an order online with united part supply for a dual-capacitor for my coleman a/c unit. I gave them the model # for my unit an picked capacitor-dual (operated fan and compressor) with part #z9-8333a876-82nww. I got an invoice back by email which shown one dual cap. They change my order and send me a single capacitor and did not say anything about the different in price off the capacitors. So I called them about the wrong part and want to exchange it for the one I ordered an paid for. They won't exchange it. They made the mistake not me. The only mistake I made was ordering from them. They don’t give no refund for anything any reason.
stay away from them
I tried to locate a circuit board for my ac and found it with the search engine on their website, where you have to select the part position (inside/outside), then the brand (bryant), then the part number. After a few seconds, you get a success page, showing that your part is in stock, a very nice price, and their product number that is the one you entered but for example a "z6-" leading and a "-32btw" trailing. I wanted to be sure that w talk about the same part, so I send an email (via their website), including pictures etc (like they proudly say is possible) and waited. I got a mail back that says more or less: don't worry, just send the order with all information and pictures you have and our guys will make sure that the part we send you is exactly the one you want"(no idea why they could not do that before I order)
Just to check the price I did the search again but accidentally made a typo in my part number. Hey! Success again. So I tried stupid part numbers like"just give us your money"and hey 111 again," z6-just give us your money-32btw"is a genuine bryant replacement part, its in stock, its a control board and it's dirt cheap.
Tried that with different brands, parts, and different stupid part numbers, all the same. It's always in stock, cheap and you can have rush delivery.
And o yeah, the take credit cards and you can fax in your check or money order
After that I checked them out: their web url is"privacy protected" so you don't find out who owns it. It's from 2009! So they are not very long in that business
And you will find complaints all over the internet.
I will stay away from them.
sending the wrong parts!
I would strongly encourage anyone who has been defrauded by this company to file a complaint with the
Florida Attorney General's office. I did exactly that after they attempted to stick me with me parts that I did not order.
When I called to discuss the matter with them, I was repeatedley hung-up on. The parts sent were incorrect and had a
300% mark-up. This is apparently how they make their money. Don't stand for it! If they sent you the wrong parts, their "terms and conditions" (50% restocking fee/ store credit withot money refund) don't apply to the return.
They are legally obligated to pay for return shipping and issue a full refund. Also, they claim on the website that a "detailed invoice" will be provided after the transaction. No such invoice will appear. What you will get is a vague invoice that does'nt represent the transaction. Insist on a detailed invoice people! Force them to prove that you ordered the parts in question. Good Luck!

fraud
To make a year-long story short, just don't do business with these people. Great was my joy when they actually had my heater/AC circuit boards in stock and available for delivery. Actually, they never did have them. I learned this (easily enough) after months of returning the wrong parts (always, according to them, my fault). Returned to their site and re-entered all the parts-search (jump-thru-the-hoops-to-make-it-look-legit) criteria. Again... Congrats!/In-stock/Available for delivery. Then, on a whim, instead of the part #s, I entered "Peking Duck". Guess what? That too was an authorized Carrier AC replacement part; and, lucky me, in-stock and available for delivery! I decided that $340.91 was a little pricey for Peking Duck; so I went up the street and paid $11 at the local Chinese take-out. It, too, didn't seem to fit my Carrier unit; but I saved $330 this time. I have a $340.91 credit with these cons (useless)... end of story!
AFTER paying for the part, they kept sending HVAC "genuine Carrier replacement parts" that had nothing to do with what I ordered. The point is...they claim to have your part in stock, get your money, then you're screwed. Look at other posts here...doesn't matter what part # you enter (e.g. Peking Duck)...they claim to have it; and once they get your money...
I recieved my part promptly and got exactly what I needed for my A/C unit. The Customer Service is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definatly use them again for any future orders that I may need and have referred others to get their parts from United Part Supply and they had a positive experience as well. When you cannot get your part anywhere else, they go above and beyond to get the part that you need.
not having the ordered part
The absolute worst customer service experience i have ever had. Ordered a kit, did not get all the parts in this kit. I called serveral times and talked with someone that kept telling me he would check into it and get back to me. They never called me back. I finally got ahold of them and told them i wanted to return the parts. Another couple of days waiting for the return dept. to email me. I called again, then they sent me the info. And then i found out that they will charge a restocking fee of 50%. There were several phone calls to them that were very frustating. They told me it will be 30 to 60 days to get a refund. Don't ever pay with a check because you get a discount, that was a mistake i made. You can't call your credit card company and have them dispute it for you, and you get screwed without getting kissed by united part supply.
Oh My! This is exactly the kind of reviews i did not want to see! I am ready to pull my hair out over these fools. I ordered a part for $480.00 for my heater and needed it really bad as it was the coldest days we had here in Chicago and i was with no heat. To my luck (or i thought it was good luck!) they had it so i ordered it and waited everyday for that damn thing. After over a week of waiting i decided to cal to see where my part was. Well they put the wrong address on the shipping invoice and conveniently it was a number address on my street that doesnt exist so after a few attempts to deliver it to a non existing house ups sent it back to United Part Supply. So i never even seen the thing and froze my butt off waiting for it. Well at least i could get my refund and call it a wash right? WRONG! store credit and not even $480 in store credit. $240 because for some reason it costs 50% of the price to restock it. This is terrible business and i can not believe the scam artists that they are. I initially thought that it was just an error but after reading all this i do believe it was a well thought out plan because it probably wasnt even the right part. But i will not give up! These fools are giving me back my $480 in the same form i paid them one way or another!
Sent me the wrong part
All these people do is run a web site promsing that yes we have the part and then you get a email that says the part will be a different price then when you get it it's the wrong part then they give you the run around that the boss says this and then something else and it keeps going so travis he is the main liar behind the whole thing so he says they will take it back a give me a full refund so i wait six weeks and guess what i only get half of my money back so i call them and now travis say's only the boss can say to give back the whole amount not him.So if you are smart run away from this company they are nothing but rip off people and i hope one day they get caught up with.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am currently experiencing almost the same BS, except they are not returning emails or calls. I'm out $455, even after telling them I will accept restocking and shipping fees. Never a supervisor there and letters to the "president" go unanswered.

(look at"our part number" in the attached picture
Yes these guys are total scam artists. Stay as far away from them as you can. I was stupid enough to deal with them because I was desperate for an AC compressor during a heat wave. They took my money via my bank account (stupid of me - I know) and I never received the compressor nor my money back. I am currently working on filing a claim with the Florida State Attorney General. They need to be placed in jail!
Just tried to order a control panel for my 20 year old York air handler the part is obsolete yet United Spply has it $380. I was willing to pay as I'm stuck. On a whim before placing order I typed in bogus part numbers and guess what they had it in stock tried several other bogus part # guess what they had it. Came to this site glad I did appears this company is a total rip off
I ordered a motor control board. and I received a main control board I bought one from another place in OH and paid 78.00. the part from these guys was 317.00. they will not take it back.
Yeah, they wanted $340.91 for Peking Duck from me...after all, it's a genuine replacement part for my Carrier Zone Control circuit board. Thing is, Carrier doesn't even seem to care that they use their logo to rip people off...
didn't ship as promised, overcharged
This vendor has a second website: www.expertappliance.com
There was no fraud here. I wish someone would have warned me away from this vendor, so I'll warn those who follow.
I needed a part for my Carrier furnace. This part is the blower wheel, which moves hot or cold air into the air ducts. I had not yet removed the worn part, so I didn't have the part number. To their credit, this vendor allow me to order based on the model number of my furnace without entering a part number.
Their website stated that they are in Orange City, FL (within 2 hours of my home) and had the part in stock. I expected that since I was ordering early in the day that they would actually ship that same day, allowing a UPS ground shipment to reach me the following day. This was important to me as I had my air conditioning turned off over the weekend and my home was quite uncomfortable.
When I called to follow up the next day, I learned that they had not shipped and would ship not from their advertised location but instead from Ohio. They committed to delivery within 7 days. They advised that I could receive the part next-day for an additional charge of about $100. They later reduced this to $75 and I accepted. That raised my cost from $194 to $269.
So far, the deal has been disappointing but not terrible. One day delay and a price increase of 44%. It stings, but I'm not bleeding.
I receive the shipment as expected, install the part, and all is well.
Both my original part and the replacement are labeled with the part number. I Googled this part number and realized that I've been had. The part goes for just $66 from other suppliers. There are seven sources offering it for less than $100.
Here's what you can take away from this:
1. When ever possible, try to remove your worn part to examine it for a part number BEFORE buying a replacement. Google the part number.
2. If you don't know the part number, any vendor that gives you a price but won't tell you the manufacturer's part number is doing it so that you can't check prices. Tread carefully.
3. Stay away from United Part Supply, unless you want to pay triple and then pay for premium shipping because they're shipping from far away.
Rotten company. sent a different part than was advertised. Charged a 50% restocking fee, credited my card for half then sent me to collections for the amount again.
Can you drive over and find out if this company is a couple of kids doing this from their moms basement or if it' s a real company. And please don't hesitate to threaten them with bodily harm!
tryin to sell furnace parts
We are trying too locate a furnace part for our york furnace.
We came to a web site www.expertappliance.com/partfinder.php
It came with a logo up in the left corner from a company name united part supply
I tried to locate this company and find out just who they are without any luck.
But they came up with the part I was looking for, gave me a price, and stated that it was in stock.
If you care to check this out go to the web site and put a model # p2ugb30n180318 for a heat exchanger for a york furnace.
They will tell you they have the part and will give you a rush delivery.
They tell you here to e-mail parts if you have questions. But they tell you why they can't
Answer you by any other way.
I contacted legit york furnace part dealers, and they have stated that this part in not available any longer and that it cannot be found for a replacement.
So, potential buyer's from this outfit beware
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I sure wish I had read your review before I ordered a new heat exchanger.
Same as you, I now conclude that the part is no longer available and the United Parts Supply statements that the part was available and in stock were completly bogus claims.
viking parts
I ordered 3 burner knobs, at $67 each, for my Viking cooktop and received part of the knob, which was completely useless. I contacted the company 4 times to try to get the additional pieces. The person on the phone promised to call back but never did. I subsequently got the knobs for $6 each. United Part Supply charged a 900% mark-up and only sent part of the knob. They are a rip-off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered a part on-line and paid the heavily inflated amount for rush shipping...the item arrived 11 days later (soem rush) at which time I found out they were less than a 2 hour drive from my home. The part was not only incorrect but took so long to arrive that I was forced to hire an A/C technician to complete the repair. After trying to return the part, the not only stole 1/2 my money, but had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and that was the right part (we are talking apples and oranges here). To frustrate me even further, they refused to refund my money and offered a store credit only...like I would ever be stupid enough to buy anything from them ever again!
So I called them about the wrong part an want to exchange it for the one I ordered an paid for. They want exchange it. They made the mistake not me. The only mistake I made was ordering from them. They don’t give no refund for anything any reason.
SO STAY AWAY FROM UNITED PART SUPPLY OF ORANGE CITY, FL. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY
United Part Supply and and all their associated linked frontal companies are horrible to deal with. They sold me an A/C fan which they stated as being in stock, and since I needed it for a rental unit I paid 100.00 extra for next day delivery. A week later no parts. Finally showed up 8 days after initial order, so I refused delivery and the part was returned unopened. Three months later I'm still fighting with these idiots for a refund. Do not pay electronically with a check, if you use your credit card at least you can put the heat of the CC company on their backs.
In the current business environment in this country you would hope this bunch of clowns would go under.
Run away
A Google search for Gibson freezer parts led me to www.expertappliance.com/partfinder.php where I found exactly the part I needed and was quoted a price of $128.01, less 10% if I paid with a debit card or check online. The next day I received a phone call indicating that they had "rechecked" my part and the supplier had increased the price to $198.76-10% or $178.88 plus shipping. I immediately canceled the order as it seemed like a bait-and-switch tactic. This evening, over two weeks later, the same part is still listed at $128.01.
Either they do a very poor job of keeping their website up to date or they don't seem to be very ethical in their business practices.
