I ordered 500 brochures from UPrinting.com on February 16,2011 for an amazing price on the most basic paper they offered and I have never been more satisfied with an online purchase. They were sent on February 21 and FedEx showed up on February 25. I looked up reviews on their website and I found all positive feedback but I did not expect the amazing quality I received. The background was black and the writing white and red which worried me because I read about possible blurs and ink leaks, but neither of these were present. I rate UPrinting.com with an A+ for brochures (since that's all I purchased so far) but I will definitely be finding purchasing more stationery through them.

I used UPrinting for a custom sticker order I needed with a pretty tight deadline. I needed to order some tags for our business and after placing the order Uprinting called us the next day to fix our order. The quality of our logo wasn't right and Joe helped us make it look AMAZING! He even noticed we placed the order wrong and switched it so we got the same thing for a cheaper price. It also came 6 days early, and we love them! Will definitely be reordering more when we run out.

Amazing Customer Service!
I needed business cards and stickers within a week and had many questions about payment and shipping along the way, but I utilized their 24 hour calls and they were super super helpful for every question.
I did not read my order fully before submitting so I was not going to get my order by the date i needed it by unless I paid $70 is extra shipping fees... I was about to cancel my order on the phone with the 24 hour customer service line, but they sat on the phone with me for an hour trying to figure out a way for me to get all of my items on time and for the lowest payment possible. Needless to say all of my items arrived on time and I would have been out $60 for the items if I would have cancelled them, so I am very grateful for the amazing customer service the showed me throughout the process.

I have used u-printing for a few years now, placing banner, postcard, and label orders. Always great. I always ask for a proof, which is so helpful. Yesterday I ordered 1000 stickers and was told I didn't select proof (how? I always select proof), so they went to print without me viewing them and are totally ruined (wording is transparent on them- you css as my even read it). The live chat was SO long and slow and then, on the phone, difficult to understand... but they offered to recycle them for free and give me 10% off if I decided to reorder. That was a kick to a loyal customer. I won't be using them again. Small mom and pops may be more $, but they don't print 1000 of something without seeing something is out of whack and then still charge the customer the full price... with a 10% discount to order the same thing again. Boo!
Misleading Delivery Promises and Poor Customer Service from UPrinting
I recently had an experience with UPrinting that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I decided to purchase their expensive 3-day delivery package for a project I needed by the following Tuesday. Before making the purchase, I reached out to their chat support to confirm that this was possible. They advised me to pay an additional $56 to have it delivered faster.
After placing my order on a Thursday afternoon and reviewing the project that same night, I received an email on Friday morning stating that the shipment date would be the following Friday. I immediately contacted the company to inquire about this delay, and they informed me that the printing would not begin until Monday due to a late confirmation and their efforts to find a faster solution. They once again recommended that I pay an additional $96 to have it delivered by Thursday, two days later than the original delivery date promised.
Feeling frustrated and wanting to find a better solution, I asked if I could cancel my order if I found a faster way to receive my product. The company agreed to this arrangement. However, when I returned five hours later with a potential solution, they informed me that it was impossible to cancel my order because it was already in the printing line.
I was left with no choice but to purchase from another company that could provide me with the product on Monday. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed in UPrinting's customer service. They promised a delivery date they could not meet, overcharged for faster delivery, and refused to be clear in their communication. I ended up having to pay for two projects due to their misleading information. Not a pleasant experience.
UPrinting Review: Poor Customer Service and Mistakes Galore - Not Recommended for Business Growth
I gotta say, UPrinting ain't the best when it comes to customer service. Don't get me wrong, their products ain't terrible, but they ain't the kind of company you wanna stick with for the long haul. They make a lot of mistakes, and if you're looking to grow your business, you might wanna look elsewhere. I mean, I wouldn't trust 'em with a big order, that's for sure. They just don't seem to care enough about their clients to do things right.
I had a bad experience with 'em myself. I thought they had my back, but it turned out they didn't. If you need anything more complicated than a square, you might run into some problems. And once they've got your money, they don't seem to care about completing your order properly. It's all just automation and overseas call center help. They don't seem to understand that their clients have busy lives and are outsourcing this service because they need help.
One thing that really bugged me as a graphic designer is that they never recommended what a graphic designer would have recommended for a specific logo. They just told me to change my logo, like it was no big deal. But changing the shape of a "set" logo ain't that simple. Instead of telling me to rebrand, they could have just recommended a proper size that would fit the logo. But for some reason, they couldn't come up with that on their own.
They kinda leave you guessing and don't provide any proper solutions. You have to guide them, 'cause they won't guide you. And if you're not a graphic designer, that could be really bad for you. They just don't seem to have the integrity or motivation to go for the long haul. They feel like a turn and burn kind of company, and you never wanna invest in something that makes you feel like you're being turned and burned.
So, if you need something small and insignificant for a party or something, then UPrinting might be a good place to go. But if you're running a business, they're too much of a risk.
Negative Experience with Uprinting: Shipping Issues and Lack of Customer Service
I recently needed 50 recipe cards printed for an upcoming wedding shower and decided to go with Uprinting. Although their timeline initially seemed long, I was assured that I would have my order by the day before my event. However, my shipping charges ended up increasing during the ordering process, which made me hesitant about the delivery date. When I finally received a shipping notification, I encountered an error message when I tried to track my order via the provided Fed Ex link. After contacting Live Chat, I was assigned a tracking number that was not associated with Fed Ex. It turned out that my order was shipped with DHL and connected to the US Postal Service, which made it impossible to track. Despite receiving an estimated delivery date, my order has yet to arrive and the DHL site is now showing a new delivery date after my event. This entire situation has become a nightmare, and to make matters worse, a U Print manager was supposed to contact me regarding the issue, but I haven't heard anything. I strongly advise others to avoid Uprinting, as my experience with them has been very negative. I wish I had read other negative reviews about them prior to placing my order.

My experience with Uprinting was extremely disappointing. Although the website has a sleek and professional appearance, the product I received did not live up to these same standards.
Firstly, I was charged an exorbitant $102.19 for shipping on my order of car magnets, which only cost $153.94. Despite assuming that this was due to proper packaging to ensure safe transit, I was shocked to find that all of the magnets were simply rolled up and jammed into a box with no protection. The instructions included in the box even contradicted the manner in which they were packed, leading me to question the care and attention that went into my order.
Another major issue was that the product did not perform as advertised. I had opted for the strongest magnets available, and yet they were so weak that they could be peeled right off with minimal effort. I found myself doubting whether they could even withstand highway speeds, which is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible on Uprinting's part. When compared to the basic magnets I already owned, the quality of their best magnets fell far short of expectations.
To compound these problems, when I called to inform them that my order was missing one of the magnets, the customer service representative was needlessly accusatory. They claimed that "according to the weight of the package both magnets were shipped to me," effectively calling me a liar. However, I had ordered a total of ten magnets, and this person clearly did not have their facts straight.

On April 30th, I placed an order for two tumblers in different colors - red and smoke. However, I was later informed that the red tumbler was out of stock and had to change my order to black. After some back and forth communication with their customer service, it turned out that the black tumbler was also out of stock and I had to switch back to red. Despite being promised a 6-day turn around, my order was still in production and not shipped yet. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I contacted customer service again only to be told that the red tumbler was out of stock again and that the black was now available. This inconsistent information caused delays in my order and caused inconvenience to my customers.
In addition, I also noticed a decline in their printing quality as compared to my previous orders. The paper used for my prints felt much thinner than before and the way they were packaged was extremely careless. The prints were thrown haphazardly into the box with little protection, resulting in damaged corners and bent edges. It was evident that they did not take proper care in handling my order.
Overall, my recent experiences with UPrinting have been nothing short of a nightmare. The delayed and inconsistent information, poor packaging, and decline in printing quality have all contributed to my dissatisfaction with their service. As a result, I cannot recommend them to anyone and hope that they can improve their standards in the future.

UPrinting Notecards Review: Beautiful but Unfolded, Good Customer Service
The experience I had with UPrinting was not what I had expected, but after speaking with their representative, Amber, I was able to get a better understanding of the situation. Firstly, I must say that the notecards I received were indeed beautiful. However, they were not folded, and this led to a frustrating situation. When I spoke with the representative, I rightfully expressed my dissatisfaction, and Amber was very courteous and responsive in coming to a solution.
After understanding what went wrong, Amber offered me a credit towards the order that I had wanted to place initially, and though I was relieved that what I wanted was now at a reasonable price, I was left to ponder something. The representative was able to show me the selection that I apparently made, but this selection was not viewable on my order. Thus, I was left to be very careful when placing an order in the future, to ensure that I get what I want and not have any pitfalls.
I would recommend calling a representative to be sure that you get what you want, as opposed to ordering online without this additional guidance. Though it was an inconvenience, I do appreciate the response that the company provided. In the end, I'm happy to have got the notecards that I wanted, but the experience showed that UPrinting has room for improvement.
Terrible Experience with Uprinting: Poor Quality Products and No Customer Service
My experience with Uprinting has been incredibly disappointing. My team ordered business cards to be printed on CLEAR plastic stock, which we have done before with other vendors. However, when we received our cards from Uprinting, they were totally useless. We sent them the same design that other companies had printed for us in the past, but Uprinting didn't seem to care about getting the job done right.
Instead of taking any responsibility for the poor quality of the cards, Uprinting tried to blame us for not understanding what clear cards are supposed to look like. They said that we didn't request a proof and that they couldn't help us. We were shocked that they didn't take the time to communicate any issues with our design or explain why they couldn't print with solid color inks or add a white ink background.
Worst of all, Uprinting changed our design and printed the cards without confirming with us. Then they had the audacity to blame us for the issue! It was a really bad experience that left us feeling like Uprinting doesn't care about their customers at all.
We work with hundreds of companies every month, but Uprinting has been the worst by far. Their prices might seem attractive at first, but the quality of their products is incredibly poor. You can see from the attached image that the difference between our previous clear plastic cards and Uprinting's cards is night and day. The other printers' cards are still printed on clear stock, so they have all the positives of plastic but can be read and used. Uprinting's cards, on the other hand, are pretty much useless.
If you're considering using Uprinting, I highly recommend that you look at other reviews on the internet first. There are plenty of similar complaints from other dissatisfied customers. Don't waste your time, effort, and money with Uprinting - you'll only end up with poorly made products and terrible customer service.
UPrinting Review: Poor Customer Service and Order Errors
I recently purchased a set of metallic stickers from UPrinting and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The logo in my file was white but I requested that the background be silver since I was unsure how to do it myself. However, when my stickers arrived, they were in the wrong size and the logo was silver while the background remained plain white.
I immediately contacted UPrinting's customer support team and although it took a few back-and-forth emails, they were eventually willing to fix my order and reprint my stickers properly. However, during the file review process, I was sent the wrong file to approve, causing further delays to my already tardy order. At this point, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund instead.
Despite my numerous attempts at contacting UPrinting's customer service team for a refund, I kept getting emails on the file review, which I did not require since I had asked for a refund. This became quite frustrating as it was already causing delays to my order, and I was unfortunately ignored by their support team.
I even tried other means such as unapproving the review but still, no response from UPrinting's team even after several days. This was quite distressing as I had read bad reviews about their customer service and thought I could be the exception, but it turns out that I was not. If they hadn't responded soon, I would have had to involve my state's Department of Consumer Protection.
Fortunately, after posting a review on Facebook, the issue was resolved quickly, and I was able to get my money back. While I appreciate the resolution, I am still disappointed that I had to resort to multiple negative reviews to finally get a response after days of being ignored.
Unimpressed: My Experience with Uprinting and Fedex Delivery in Canada
If you're based in Canada, you might want to reconsider printing with Uprinting. Unfortunately, their system doesn't allow for Canadian addresses to be inputted, meaning you have to go through a tiresome process with five different people to finally set up an account with Fedex.
Additionally, it's important to keep an eye on your tracking details as they missed giving Fedex a commercial invoice which caused my package to be held for some time before I was even notified. This led to me having to contact both Uprinting and Fedex and even though I was promised an update, I had to chase things up myself. This delay led me to speak with someone who expedited my shipping free of charge to ensure that I'd receive my order on time. I was happy with this, however, I checked the tracking the next day and nothing had changed.
When I contacted Uprinting again about this, they told me that they were waiting for Fedex to send the package back to them as they were expediting it. I asked them to send the invoice to Fedex and refund my shipping cost, but they laughed and said that they had to try to resolve the problem first. I just didn't understand why my shipping cost needed to be held up and thrown in with their mistake.
I'm currently on the phone to them trying to see what's going on and it's not a pleasant experience. Even though I'm a pretty laid back person, I'm very unimpressed with Uprinting. Unless you're prepared to go through a lot of hassle, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
WARNING: Do Not Use UPrinting! Nightmare Experience with Terrible Support and Late Delivery
I'm writing this review to share my experience with UPrinting, and I must say that it has been a complete nightmare. As you can see, I have already written another review about them, but unfortunately, I've had to come back to leave another one. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they could redeem themselves, but they have continued to disappoint at every turn.
I want to start with the positives first. The boxes that they produced looked decent and were the correct size that I requested. Additionally, you can customize the boxes, but to be honest, this is something that virtually every company provides at similar prices.
However, the negatives far outweigh the positives. Firstly, the boxes come printed in sticky ink, which is not ideal. But what's worse is that they will take every single day they can to make your boxes. I placed my order on October 12, and as of today, 34 days later, they are STILL making my boxes. This is unacceptable by any standards.
Their support team is useless and has limited power, and when you finally get hold of them, they won't even go on the phone with you despite the support team scheduling a call back. It's almost impossible to talk with the actual people you need to speak to, and when you do, they leave very little opportunity for questions.
To make matters worse, my last week was a complete mess. I called UPrinting multiple times to confirm the shipment of my boxes, and they kept giving me the runaround, promising that I would get tracking information and then not delivering. Finally, on Monday, the supposed delivery date, I received an email from Sherlyn stating that my boxes weren't even done being made yet, and they have 25 business days to make the boxes! It felt like they disregarded my business's needs and left me in a lurch.
All in all, I would strongly advise against doing business with UPrinting. They don't care about their customers, and their support is terrible. There are many other printing companies out there, and I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you want to be left frustrated like me.
Terrible Quality and Service from Uprinting: A Review
As a recent customer of uprinting, I'm terribly disappointed with the quality of their work and the level of service I received. I had high hopes for this company given their great reviews and I even gave myself plenty of time to ensure that everything would be perfect for my upcoming project. However, everything went downhill pretty quickly.
Initially, I reached out to one of their live chat specialists for advice on which product to use for my project. I made sure to give them all the necessary details so that they could provide me with the best possible solution. They recommended the packaging sleeve, which I later found out was the wrong product. When I received my order, I was shocked at the poor quality of the printing paper and the fact that there was nothing to attach the sleeve to. Additionally, my design was not centered properly, despite me having asked for assistance with the die lines several times.
I reached out to an order specialist named Courtney, who informed me that they had recommended the wrong product and therefore were not responsible for any issues with the order. She did offer a credit as a gesture of goodwill, but that did not change the fact that I was left with a useless product. I then decided to order the box sleeves, which ended up being a complete disaster. I took extra care to ensure that I measured everything correctly but unfortunately, the measurements were incorrect and the sleeve did not fit my box.
When I contacted customer service yet again, I was told that there was nothing that could be done as the measurements were within the shifting tolerance. This was not something that was communicated to me when I placed my order and if I had known, I would have added extra centimeters. I am now scrambling to find another printing company a week before my deadline, which is incredibly stressful and frustrating.
Overall, I would not recommend uprinting to anyone. The quality of their work is poor and their customer service is lacking. It is clear that they are only interested in taking your money and making excuses when things go wrong. I hope that others will read this review and choose to take their business elsewhere.

Just the worst
If you're Canadian, do not print with Uprinting.
Firstly you cannot enter your address, you'll have to talk to 5 people before they can input your Canadian address into the system and set up an account with Fed ex.
Then also, make sure you check your tracking like a hawk. They forgot to give Fed ex a commercial invoice so they held onto the package and didn't notify me. I had to contact Uprinting and then Fed Ex. Fed Ex told me I could fax in the invoice but I didn't receive all of the information I needed from Uprinting to do so.
I spoke with someone in the AM about this, they told me they'd forward my issue onto the shipping specialist and that they'd personally e-mail me with an update. There is a 4 hour time difference between Uprinting and where I live, so I waited until it would be 4pm their time as I hadn't heard anything. I spoke to another person who was very apologetic about it and said they would expedite the shipping at no cost to me so I'd receive it in 2 days, which was a day before the original delivery had things gone smoothly. I was pretty happy! So I checked the tracking this morning and nothing had changed.
I waited until noon their time before going back online to see what was going on. I was told because they were expediting it they were waiting for Fed Ex to send the package back to the them. Knowing how slowly and poorly things had been taken care of so far and just wanting my items I asked them to just send the invoice to Fed ex and refund my shipping. I was afraid that they'd blame Fed ex again for the delay and I would still not get my items in time, so what was the difference?
I am currently on the phone with Uprinting trying to see what is going on. I've been on hold for 10 minutes while they try to figure things out with their Fed ex team and their specialists. They said I have a lot of notes on my file... I wonder why! When I asked to refund my shipping cost, they laughed and said they have to try to resolve the problem first. Those are two unrelated things, and I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up.
I am so unimpressed and I haven't even received my order yet. I am a seriously laid back person too... so if you're not, you'll hate dealing with Uprinting.
Please, read this before you send this "company" any amount of money
You might notice I have two reviews with this company. I wrote my other one three weeks ago, and UPrinting had at least 5 chances to redeem themselves, but no, they never have, they are a terrible business and will abuse the wait times and leave you with no boxes for your business that is DYING to sell. They don't give a $#*! about their customers at all. I'm just warning you, no matter how tempting their prices are, NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Let me tell you what's good and bad about this company:

Monday MORNING 8:30 AM (supposed-to-be delivery date), called UPrinting, says they are confused and puts me on a callback with the "Printed Boxes Department" at 9 AM.
Monday AFTENROON 2:30 PM. No callback at all, called support again who again put me on a callback and I confirmed 3 times I would get a call back by 4:30.
Monday AFTERNOON 3:52 PM. I get an EMAIL (not call) from Sherlyn saying that my boxes AREN'T EVEN DONE BEING MADE YET, and they have 25 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAKE THE BOXES. Thanks UPrinting, Thanks. You have literally screwed my business over, you've screwed me over as well. I hope that one day someone or myself will have enough power and leverage to Denounce your company and shut it down. I hope no one ever buys from you again. You treat your customers like crap, you have no care for your support team, you don't care how long it takes to print the boxes, and you don't tell your customers about MORE THAN DOUBLING THE PRODUCTION TIME. I am beyond pissed, I am beyond frustrated. Once I get the power and the leverage, It will be on my top list of items to put you out of business, Guranteed.
Disappointing Experience with Uprinting.com: Poor Communication and Customer Service
I just tried out uprinting.com for the first time and I gotta say, it wasn't the easiest website to navigate. But hey, I managed to place an order and I was pretty impressed with how quickly they got my stuff shipped and delivered. However, there was one major issue that really got me upset. I specifically requested that the background color be removed from my logo so that I could use it as a wall decal in my business. So, I clicked on the wall decal option to create my order. But guess what? Nowhere did it say that wall decals couldn't be clear. What kind of communication is that? They could have easily reached out to me and clarified my order before processing it. But no, they just went ahead and did it wrong. And now they're only offering me less than $10 off on something that I spent over $80 on. That's just not right.
