my june 7th nike delivery
I got a notification that my delivery was at this access point & it arrived there the 7th & was signed for. I could pick it up by the 14th. I went to the UPS store today at 3 PM to send back a package to Amazon, postage paid. As I was getting out of my vehicle a man in a black car said that UPS closed early today and that I needed to go about a mile or more to the other UPS location.
I asked him if he was just bored and leaving and he said yes, that it had been slow today. I said I would like to make a formal complaint about this and he said to tell him if I had any other complaint other than the store closing early. I said no, and at that point he told me never come back to that store again. I was amazed at his rudeness. I am 73 yrs old and this was the closest to my house.
I asked him his name - He said something PATEL. I said oh, Patel. He then called me a raciest.
I have never been treated so badly at this UPS location. I think he needs Customer Service training and Management Skills training.

1Z6X666A0467240679 this tracking number shipment was sent from Windsor Canada to Patna, India on May 30th. It is still not delivered. The status of this package has not been updated for several days. I am unable to get a complete status of the package from anyone at UPS. The delivery agent had contacted the receiver by phone on June 6 and said he will deliver it on June 7 but he never contacted the receiver on June 7 and there was no answer when the receiver called him on June 7.

I like the product only 1 thing is dislike ups delivery driver's attitude. I paid money for delivery at the door, but ups driver just ring the bell 1 time and within 1 minute he put the notice of miss delivery, when I open the door and he was on the street with my package, he saw me and I ask him to come and drop the package as I did not wear my sleepers, he refuses to come and was showing me an attitude, finally I wore a sleeper and went on the street to get my package and he was laughing at that time... This is so disrespecting and he was smell and behave like he was drunk or on drug. I am very disappointed with ups driver, I don't like to order from the amazon in future if I get same type of experience in the future. Fed ex and usps delivery guys are more respectful then ups delivery guys.

On June 4, 2019, UPS driver arrived at about 8:25pm with my delivery. I asked the driver if he could place the package, a power lift/recliner chair, at my back door for easy access into my house. The driver stated, in an unfriendly voice, that he was to deliver to the front door and unceremoniously kicked the package off his hand-truck, hitting the drive way with a loud thud, landing in a wet area. The package broke open. The driver hastily grabbed his hand-truck and left without checking to see if the contents of the package were ok or even uttering an apology.

We had 2 separate orders and both said they were delivered Monday, June 3, 2019 at 2:51pm. We were home all day and checked our front door and area twice, but no packages. Called the 800 number and all they kept telling me was that they showed delivered and I needed to contact the sending company.
I went to the distribution center personally and they pulled up the tracking GPS of the delivery. The driver did not even turn onto our road. They left the packages on a different road down from our turn. The confirmation said signed by driver and left at the front door. The staff at the distribution center were very helpful and sent a message to the route supervisor and someone was suppose to go to the house where the packages were left and deliver them to us. The number I was given to call directly was never answered except this am when I was told "they were working on it" and to call back after lunch.
2 days and luckily an honest person saw them at his house and delivered them to us. Still no word from UPS. Have been very upset and the lack of follow thru, especially since UPS saw the exact location where the packages were left initially at the wrong address.

UPS Freight is scamming customers! I am a former employee and I witnessed it first hand. Customers receive a negotiated rate for the correct package size and weight then they are charged up to $400+ more than the negotiated rate because of what is called a re-weigh. I recently saw a shipment that was a 70"x50x8" box that I picked up myself and weighed less than 40lbs get reweighed at 198lbs! That customer was invoiced for a higher bill than what was accurate for the weight.

I am writing regarding tracking number 1Z57W07Y0334358662. I have contacted your Customer service over 12 times since 5/23/2019 to have this package corrected and delivered to an Access Point. I was promised by the 800 number reps, their supervisors and the Station agents that this situation would be resolved on several different dates. IT WAS NOT RESOLVED! In fact, no one authorized the pkg as a hold for PU, however your local station agent took it upon herself/himself to change the service to a hold for pick up on 5/29/19. THE AGENT WAS CLEARLY INSTRUCTED VIA PHONE ON 5/28/19 AT 3:12pm BY MYSELF TO ENSURE THIS PACKAGE WAS TO BE SENT TO THE ACCESS POINT THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR PU. SHE DID NOT DO WHAT WAS REQUESTED AND NOTED IN YOUR SYSTEM BY VARIOUS OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. INSTEAD SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO MAKE IT A HOLD FOR PICK UP AT HER LOCATION. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Because I am sick to death of the level of incompetence in your customer service I have stated clearly that no one is to change anything now. The recipient is taking a car service to pick it up from the local station. DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME FIRST! I AM TIRED OF TRACKING DOWN THIS PACKAGE AS A RESULT OF YOUR EMPLOYEES COMPLETE INEPTITUDE. I will be sending the receipt for his travel expense to your corporate headquarters. I have spent days and hours on the phone and in email trying to get this rectified but your customer service reps failed at every turn. ups very reckless driver!
I have a complaint about a UPS driver in my area of East Montgomery.
The driver was a (Black) woman.. and unfortunately I was not able to get the license number of the truck. Not sure if there is a way to track what driver it was.
It was 1:50pm CST and the location was off of the road 876 N Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36117. I was stopped at the light turning right and the UPS truck was behind me. She started honking the horn for me to go but I could not pull out as there was traffic coming. She proceeds to pull around in front of me then pulls out into the road with on comming traffic! Absolutely Insane that an employee would drive like this! I really hope she is not the cause of a serious accident one day... its so sad what some people have become!

UPS send an email with a 4 hour delivery window before each delivery (in a software they call "My Choice"). Yesterday 5/29/19 this happened for the 3rd time this month; and, because there are people literally following their trucks-and pirating the porches of our entire street for packages left-they simply walk up dressed in brown; and pick up my package or my neighbor-the whole street and neighborhood's packages, and these folks are know as "Porch Pirates". I had a long talk with the driver and told him I didn't appreciate having to wait all day for delivery when he was literally 1 block away 5 hours earlier-they send a map of where your delivery is-it was truly ONE block away-and the nomenclature said "Almost there"...5 hours later he shows up near 8 PM. This last time it was urgent overnight medicine-and had it been stolen-I would have had to go without it-they don't replace medicines these days-not all of them-back to yesterday, an air filter delivery-expensive-an email again for 10 AM- 2PM-this driver arrives at 73 PM after I stayed away from my work again all day! We will boycott UPS and promote their misdeeds publicly if every assurance isn't met that this never happen to anyone ever again;I also want full recompense for my 24 billable hours lost sitting home because UPS can't get their software right-and their drivers are discourteous, rude, and belligerent.

Driver Kovacs intentionally struck my vehicle while i waited for him to back into a space at my residence. He had a huge parking lot to back into; however, he decided to coast up to my vehicle with his clutch out for some crazy reason. There is no excuse for a driver to deliberately run into someones car when he had enough room to back up.

On May 23, 2019 the UPS driver left a package on the back of a pickup parked in our driveway instead of bringing to the porch. It was set in a location that it could have fallen on the ground and sustained damage or been stolen from easily (it was left on the back corner of a pickup bed on the top). The tracking number on the shipment was 1Z442R340261242576. I did not recognize this particular driver. We have never had any trouble with any of your company's drivers in the past. We do have 2 dogs but they are not mean dogs...they are a lab and a cur mix. I would like to have future shipments taken to my front porch and left. Thank You!

On 5/22/19 I was going to work and saw a package on the ground below the mailbox. It was dark and I picked it up and it was my mail order medicine. Tracking #1z306448p21545. I don't appreciate the package just being thrown on the ground. This medicine is expensive and anyone could have picked it up. The date of the delivery was 5/21/19 at 04:17:47. I want someone to be aware of this for future deliveries.

On 5/22/19 at approximately 2:05 pm, I was driving south on Washington Street near intersection of Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO. The UPS parked the vehicle in such a way that no one could get around it. I looked for the driver and after a few minutes, a woman exited the vehicle and proceeded to delivery packages at a few addresses while the vehicle continued to block the street. There were no driveways in which to turn around. Because this was the end of the street, I started backing up although there were cars parked on both sides of the street, so I wasn't able to turn around. After I got to the end of the block, I was able to turn around and proceed in a different direction.
The driver saw me sitting there and made no effort to move the delivery truck to the end of the street where there was room to park.

shipment and damage of boxes and materials
We are totally disappointed with the latest shipment of our boxes to our home in Newton NH.
The boxes were heavy duty and yet totally damaged by UPS. Not only were they damaged, but also left out on the ground and in the rain when they could have been placed on an entry door just 1 foot away and totally protected from the rain.

UPS drivers puts packages right against the door. The problem is that my storm door opens out and I can't push it open to get package, especially when it is heavy. Please instruct drivers to put packages either to the left or right of door so we can open our door to get the package. Simple common sense. Also, some drivers submit that they have delivered a package when in fact they did not. Maybe it makes them look good? However, it drives us customers crazy looking for the package. Within 24 it does finally get delivered, but we need to be able to depend on the emails.

I live 23 miles from the Pampa, TX shipping center. In the last six (6) months I have had four (4) packages get to Pampa and then the Pampa Center turn around and ship them back.
