5-7-24 at 8:10pm received package that is not mine. I tried to flag down the driver once I looked at the intended address to no avail. I called UPS in 5-8-24 spoke with Jan (case#[protected]) says driver to pick up same day.
5-9-24 spoke with Avey who indicated incorrect address taken down by UPS for package pick up. She made call to Mykawa UPS location spoke w/Mariel (supervisor) who indicated package would be picked up same day. I asked for phone number to corporate office and was told she didn’t know it. 5-13-24 called again spoke w/Christie told her I got home and package still in my yard. Asked for manager. Spoke with Keisha who transferred me to manager Kasheka. Kasheka tried to call Mykawa UPS says she got no answer. Kasheka says I have done due diligence and can disregard the package (package is wet from rain) I informed her that I just want the package out of my yard. It is a shame that 1) customer orders package 2 (package delivered to wrong address 3) third party calls continually to come get package from wrong address 3) UPS non-responsive 5) IF sender had package insured - can file a claim to be refunded. What if sender has no insurance? Customer reorders and sender seems to lose out? Package ID IZ5595700391841096. I was given ph# to corporate [protected].
Desired outcome: My outcome simply put was to get the package to the correct party.

Call UPS Corporate at [protected] to escalate the issue and provide the case number and package ID. Explain that you have made multiple attempts to resolve this and request immediate action to remove the package. If this does not resolve the issue, consider contacting the sender directly to inform them of the situation. Document all interactions for your records.
