I was expecting UPS to come to my house to pick up a package they damaged in transit, coming from Thailand. They were informed I wasn't going to be home to release the damaged package for a week . They sent the driver, even though they new I wasn't going to be home, 2 times.
At the same time, I was expecting another package, from a totally different company, which I received 10/20, when I wasn`t home. The driver delivered the package at the door, and 1 min later, he pick it up back, the same package he had just delivered, to use it as the one he had to return days before.
The package delivered, it shows as delivered on their system, even though the package was taken away 1 minute after it was delivered.
After talking to no less than 20 agents, different days, nobody was able to fix the problem. They just keep sending me from person to person, supervisors, but the supervisor were more ignorant than the clerk themselves.
UPS is a total disappointment and disaster, they lost control of their operation.
To talk to an agent, is almost impossible with their automated phone system, which is very inefficient. Horror!
I couldn't file the claim on line, nor any of the agents was helpful enough to help me in filing the claim by phone.
Desired outcome: My solution at this point, is to have them pay for the stolen package by their driver, and to send me a new return label to send back the damaged package to the supplier in Thailand.
