drivers attitude
The drivers general attitude was inhospitable. He pushed the device towards me and with inches between us, placed the package on the ground. He was eyeing me, as if challenging me. I was Co fused and looked up at him. His face and smirk said it all. I got the feeling this wasn't the first time he had done this. I'm wondering if he thinks he's better than the people he delivers to?
This wasn't the regular driver, unfortunately. This driver needs to be told, if he's going to work with the public, he needs to hide his disdain. If he was angered by the route he was given, it's not the customers fault.
I'm sure you will be able to identify the driver from my tracking number. There are people like me who would take the slight, as it would be one more in a lifetime of slights to be internalized. This guy knew what he was doing, as he continued to look at me, waiting.
Handle your driver. Or keep my packages a day longer until the regular driver is available.

delivery/tracking
I wish I could give zero stars.
Ordered a shipment March 9/18. By March 26 I am tracking down where it is to find out it didn't even make it to my town before it was refused and sent back. No notice or update from UPS. I call and am told a) the post office can refuse a package (ok, I see that happened, that is not an answer) and b) the package did make it to my town, it just must not be showing up due to a glitch sometimes in their system (again, that is not a reasonable answer).
I said, well I guess you can't really answer my questions, so I guess I have no more questions. He says "ok".
No apology, no responsibility, no offer of any kind of compensation, no ownership. I did my part, they did not do theirs but you leave feeling like you are the jerk for inquiring.
improper/ degrading behavior of driver and unsafe delivery of package
Hi, I am writing in relation to a UPS delivery made last Thursday, March 22nd (Tracking no. 1Z9702W70301357641)
I use UPS all the time to ship packages and I have never had problems with delivery or faced any impolite or abusive behavior from my UPS delivery drivers. However, this was my first time sending something to my uncle in Florida and the delivery person responsible for safe delivery of the package was very aggressive and insulting in their use of language and very unprofessional in his delivery of the package.
As you can see in the attached image, the driver left the package by the side of the road, next to the parking lot, nowhere near the apartment door. And when my uncle confronted the driver about the unsafe delivery of the package, the driver used highly insulting language and blatantly refused to do his job properly and took off. I am highly shocked by how unprofessional this whole situation was considering the high standards of professionalism I have encountered with UPS delivery personnel in the past. I am not sure if this complaint will make any difference in the way UPS manages its employees, but this particular encounter was very disappointing in my opinion. I would highly appreciate your acknowledgement of this issue via e-mail at [protected]@gmail.com.
thank you.

aggressive driver
Good evening
I was I-94 west bound exit ramp to Middlebelt/Merriman. Your UPS driver was entering from Middlebelt. He did not yield to merge as I was already in the lane this angered him because first he laid on his horn, then he got behind me and turned on his high beam then got beside me and swerved into my lane as if to cut me off. Two things. One i had family members in a separate vehicle behind me that witnessed this whole thing. Second i had small children in my car and your driver had no problems attempting to drive me off of the road. I want to know exactly how you plan on addressing this situation. I want to be kept abreast of what steps are taken and I also want to know if this is standard practice for your drivers. Time of incident was 9:36 PM on Friday March 23rd 2018. License plate of your dangerous driver was BA30416. I want this problem addressed and I want to know how it was addressed.
Did not deliver package to the customer; Instead gave the package to some random stranger
I want to know how to file a formal complaint against UPS. I ordered a phone online and that company uses UPS as its delivery company. I signed up for "My Choice" with UPS to ensure that I could get the delivery instructions correct. Not only did I sign up for this service, I was on the phone with UPS all day on the scheduled day of delivery to MAKE SURE that the driver/delivery person would not just leave the package unattended and give it to me in my hands (per its usual practice these days).
I waited all day. Then at 5:25 pm, I received a text from UPS saying the package was delivered. I was incredulous because I did not receive anything! I could look at my hands and see there was nothing in them. There was no knock at my door; Nothing.
So, the first problem is that the driver/delivery person completely disregarded the delivery instructions.
Furthermore, he just handed over the package to some random man (more than likely a thief in my building). The driver had the nerve to report that the package was "delivered to customer. man". Whatttttttt?
I live in a garden style apartment building, so I asked every man that lives there if they received that package. Of course, everyone said, "no". However, one guy said he saw the UPS guy hand it to some guy in the small lobby of the building.
I had so much difficulty getting UPS to start an investigation, but eventually I got through... I think. Now, when trying to follow up on this investigation I cannot get any more information and they're passing the buck to the company I from whom I ordered the phone.
I want to find out WHO the UPS driver/delivery person was and I want to talk to him to find out WHO he actually handed the package to. I want a description of that person so I can file a police report. I waited yesterday to see if that same driver would be in the neighborhood and/or delivering packages again to my address -- or at least my block. No UPS driver showed up that day.
There doesn't seem to be any avenue to file a complaint against the UPS. This is fraud... fraudulent and CRIMINAL. The driver/delivery person is guilty of many things. UPS is criminal in allowing their employees to hand over packages to strangers, rather than customers. There are no check and balances in place to verify that they are truly delivering to the real customer. There is so much theft going on as a direct result of UPS' criminal negligence.
I will NEVER use UPS again! If I order something from a company and they use UPS as their delivery company, I will NOT order anything from that company. UPS is a shady, criminal company, who hires shady and criminal drivers/delivery persons. This is shameful. UPS should not receive any more money from anyone unless they can ensure safe delivery of people's packages -- which is the purpose of the company in the first place.
The fact that I am complaining here, because there is NO PLACE TO COMPLAIN AT UPS speaks volumes about the integrity of this bogus and "schiesty" organization.
dangerous driving
Dear UPS,
On my journey home from work yesterday one of your drivers was driving very dangerously, way too fast and cutting people up on A roads when traffic was around 70/80mph.
The cars registration plate was: AV16 VFG
The journey I took (and ended up behind your delivery van for) was from Oxford to Leighton Buzzard. Your driver went from Oxford and turned off into Wingrave.
The journey was at approximately 6.45pm starting in Oxford.
Someone could have been seriously hurt with that type of driving, I did not expect to see a UPS delivery van driving in that way due to your good reputation.
driver
I have been very patient with the full time UPS driver in my area. His name is Terry I think. I have asked him not to turn around in my yard and he did good about it for a few months. I started seeing our small BlueBonnets crushed so I looked back on our camera data and sure enough he is turning around in the yard again. On 3-21-2018 he was turning around in yard and I went outside and asked him again. He told me he couldn't back up any more before delivery because of logistics. I asked him politely not to do it any more and wasn't going to report him. On 3-22-2018, I had a package ready for return to amazon. I heard the UPS truck and looked at cameras. He stopped at my mailbox for less than a minute, then took off. I contacted amazon this morning to make sure the package was supposed to be picked up and sure enough, they said UPS would have to make a second attempt.
He also throws packages down on our concrete porch with a loud bang even when I have sensitive electronics. I would be OK if people would just reason with me and am not a complainer, but this driver is very untruthful and reflects a bad image for this company. If you cannot help me I will ask to use another way of shipping to vendors. Thanks, Ken Dickerson
PS, I have the video proof about this.
false delivery attempt/business normally closed
Here's a good one where I caught UPS lying about a delivery attempt. I'm tracking a next day air delivery via their web site. The freight was delayed due to weather but delivery was still going to be later in the same day, not rescheduled. A little after 2:00 pm, an exception is posted on their web site saying delivery attempt made "business closed, will try again tomorrow". I am 3 blocks away from local UPS hub. I get in car and drive three blocks to complain and low and behold my shipment was found there. It had never been put on a local truck for delivery. Of course I asked why the false message about a delivery attempt was posted and get this..the answer was "when we scanned the delivery tag, the address came up as normally closed, so we didn't put it on a truck for today". What!?!?, you guys lied, you didn't even try. We were waiting for a business critical shipment, we normally get two UPS delivery trucks in early/late morning and another for pickups in late afternoon, every day! They claim they had us mixed up with another business at the same address, but I'm mad that they didn't actually try and then lied about the attempt to deliver. Had it gone on a local truck, the normal delivery drivers, who are very good, would have known we are open every day 8-5, we are an extremley large company.
The settlement announced today resolves allegations that from 2004 to 2014, UPS engaged in practices that concealed its failure to comply with its delivery guarantees, thereby depriving federal customers of the ability to request refunds for the late delivery of packages. In particular, the government alleged that UPS knowingly recorded inaccurate delivery times on packages to make it appear that the packages were delivered on time, applied inapplicable “exception codes” to excuse late delivery (such as “security delay, ” “customer not in, ” or “business closed”), and provided inaccurate “on-time” performance data under the federal contracts. failure to deliver package
Ordered a product from the USA. Upon waiting an unusual length of time (about 2 weeks, the time some stuff gets to Australia), I checked the tracking number to see that it was delivered to my front door, and funny enough, I have no package. They time stamped the delivery at 4 pm, 4 people was at home that day, and we know that no delivery guy delivered at that time. Reviewing surveillance of that day. If UPS did deliver, they delivered to wrong address, if not, then they are liars, fraudulently time stamping packages that may have gone missing. This is the second bad experience from UPS, the other time, I had to get my package that was delivered to a strangers door, 200km away.
delivery driver driving reckless in neighboring
The road I live on and the location of my house on the rd (252 lowden st, pawtucket, ri) is right after a turn, and the delivery driver guns it coming from the stop sign accelerating to the speed limit or over every Day. Whether or not he is going the speed limit doesn't matter, because my children and I play on the road many days and if he is gunning it to the speed limit it eliminates time my children and I have to move out of the way!
The license plate number of the truck is RHODE ISLAND 29687.
When I told him he was driving to fast an appropriate response would have been "I'm sorry I will be sure to slow down in the future." Instead he tells me "I was going the speed limit." Again, he clearly doesn't understand that how fast it takes him to reach the speed limit also can cause be dangerous and potentially lethal.
I am making a complaint about an undelivered package
This is my tracking number for a package that I paid extra money to ensure I received it today, 1Z5771401387163709. The driver didn't knocked but indicated my package was on my door. The package on my door didn't have my address, name, nor tracking number. I am very displeased and would like to know what I get from this terrible service? I will continue to complain until I feel as though my concern is addressed.
driver
The driver on Manida St hunts point section in the Bronx has a problem with calling women his girls and his friend, also not to mention he like to touch their arms. Other tenants that I spoken too said he's a little to friendly. The driver is of Jamaican descent and usually delivers around the afternoon to evening time. I approached him and also my daughters father about the way he talks and he laughs it off as a joke. If he can be switched off this route it would be appreciated due to me getting a lot of packaging through UPS.
a ups driver
This is a complaint about your driver who delivers to the Dollar General located at 2711 Motley Drive, Mesquite Tx 75150. His truck number is 136685. He pulled out in front of me at the store and blocked 3 handicap parking spaces. When I motioned to him I needed that handicap space he made a face at me, ignored me and walked into the store. While in the store he told an employee he needed a signature and yelled at them "I don't have time for this" while slamming a package down when she said she would get a manager to sign. He left the store without a signature and sped out of the parking lot.
Why did you need the handicapped space?

driver
As I was turning around to park in a food 25 mph street district, this irate driver held his horn down at me and circled around to confront me. He parked his car and blocked me in, rolled his window down and I think he was going to get out of his car to start a physical fight as I continued to walk away. Luckily a friend of mine was meeting me and I believe the two adult males being us was enough for him to think he'd lose a fight. It was absolutely uncalled for and absurd. Very unprofessional to do ever especially in a company vehicle. I attached pictures with his license plate and van number and his face with the window down. I think he may be on drugs not sure how else he would be so violent in nature. I am in disbelief still.
i'll own it if I knew!!!
To the revenue department of UPS,
I shipped a package last year in November from Indiana to Nigeria.
Paid all the associated costs and fees.
Now a year later I am being billed an invoice for $361.51 for Nigerian Governmental Fees ? Seriously! Disputed with UPS.
They advised they forgot to bill me last year !
Nothing is resolved yet they wanna charge 6% of late fees of the total charge if not paid in full!
reporting a rude, confrontational driver
On March 20, 2018, at 10 a.m. I was driving in Grand Isles Community, a gated 55 + community, looking for a specific house. The UPS truck was behind me and absolutely tailgating me for the entire length of the street. When I found the house number, I pulled over and stopped and he almost rear ended me - he had to apply his brakes hard. He went around me, and as I was getting out of the car and speaking with the home owner, the UPS truck came barreling back down the road, and the driver stopped and said " is there a problem?". I said you almost rear ended me, and the home owner stated to him that he was driving too fast. In an angry, confrontational tone, the driver stated I had been driving only 15 miles an hour and the speed limit is 25, and that he did not almost rear end me. He continued to talk and answer the home owner in a most disrespectful manner. His truck number is 167541, I did not get his name or badge number. I have never had an encounter with a UPS driver like this before and am very disappointed that someone with this type of attitude is representing UPS. This occurred in front of 1614 Boca Rio Dr., Melbourne, FL 32940
delivery drivers
I had a c.o.d package coming we work during the day so as always I put the check in an envelope stuck it to my front door... my package was due 3/13/18 as of 3/19/18 no package my dog has been inside I have shoved the snow off the sidewalk. What kind of drivers work here anymore. This is the license plate number of the truck on our route YXB-3885. I believe this person might need to find a new occupation
product damaged coverage
Ups collected money to ship an item of mine. Damaged I think then refused to cover the damages because they claim since their terms and conditions 17 page link says if it doesn't have a "bmc" seal on the box they can take the insurance coverage money and deny the claim automatically and when you request a manager they say they will call you back but never do they are taking money to cover an item if they damage it then refusing to follow trough when it's properly packaged and damaged on their fault
