AmeriGlide Premium Bath Lift Review: Perfect Solution for Elderly Bathing Needs
I bought the AmeriGlide Premium Bath Lift from U.S. Medical Supplies for my 91-year-old mother. She was using a bath stool in her tub and wanted to take a full bath. I also got the swivel chair glide for her so she wouldn't have to step over the tub. The bath lift arrived just a few days after I ordered it. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes and it was super easy to do. My Mother has a standard size tub with very little texture on the bottom, and the bath lift fit right in and the suction cups worked well. My Mother loves the bath lift and says she can finally enjoy a bath again. Because of the height of the lift, the water does not cover her up, but it goes to about waist high and she is happy with that. I recommend the swivel seat for all users who are unsteady as it makes getting in and out much easier. The battery connection is oval shaped to make it easier to plug in, but my Mother seems to have trouble doing this, so I have been charging it for her once a week and this seems to work just fine. Justin in Customer Service was extremely helpful when I ordered the product as well as following through with shipping. So far, this has been a great product and I was impressed with the company. I would highly recommend this product.
Excellent Stair Lift and Service from U.S. Medical Supplies and AmeriGlide
We was in need of a stair lift to get from our garage to the living level, which was six steps. We decided to order the AmeriGlide Rave 2 model through U.S. Medical Supplies. The sales representative was really helpful and gave us some tips on installation, since we decided to do the installation ourselves. Even though we are both 80-years old, we are pretty handy with tools. The delivery was quick and the system came in three boxes. Since our lift was short, the rail came in one piece mostly assembled. It did require the addition of the upper end piece after the chassis was installed. One of the tips the sales representative gave us was to make sure the rail was placed far enough from the wall (in our case the hand rail) to allow clearence for the chair when installed. In our case the edge of the rail was 3.5 inches from the wall. The installation went pretty well. When starting up, we found there was a defective spring in the seat unit and it didn't provide enough tension on the seat swivel lever to keep its safety sensor engaged. The unit was functional but you had to jiggle the lever. We reported this to the representative and he arranged for a quick shipment of a repacement seat unit, which required about 10 minutes to replace. We are very pleased with the unit and the service from U.S. Medical and AmeriGlide. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a stair lift.
Transparent and Reliable: My Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies
When I called U.S. Medical Supplies, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the person who answered the phone. Mr. Kelley and his staff were all very efficient and didn't put me on hold. They were straight forward with all answers to the questions I posed. There were no misleading or hidden statements made and the prices of the equipment I ordered were the best deal in the world. I searched and called many places, but U.S. Medical Supplies had the best prices.
I ordered a couple of stair lifts and exactly what they told me is exactly how it went down. They promised that the equipment would arrive in 3-5 days and they kept their promise. They even offered support to assist us in the installation. It's rare these days to find companies that are straight and transparent, but U.S. Medical Supplies is like an arrow, a truthful, transparent one at that. I strongly recommend them.
Dylan and U.S. Medical Supplies is where and who I will go to for all my medical equipment. I want to go there and buy something every time I think about them because it was such a satisfying and perfect situation from start to finish. They saved us thousands, sent quality equipment, and kept their word. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and reliable.
I swear by what I am writing about them and assure anyone reading this that they are the best place to go for the equipment you need. I am George and I am happy to have found U.S. Medical Supplies.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: False Promises and Ignored Concerns
I had a really bad experience with U.S. Medical Supplies. I called them last week to follow up on my cgm order, and I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone finally answered. The person who answered asked me some routine questions and then put me on hold for another 20 minutes. When someone else finally picked up, they had no idea what I was talking about, so I had to give them my information again. They told me that my cgm would be delivered in 2 to 3 days because it had already been shipped out, and I asked them to send a new prescription and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7. They said okay.
Fast forward to a week later, and I still haven't received my dexcom g6. I called them again to follow up, and the same routine happened. Someone answered, I gave them my information, and they put me on hold without telling me. They then transferred me to someone else, and I asked for a supervisor, but they ignored me. The person who finally spoke to me told me that nothing showed that any cgm had been shipped for me and that they needed office notes before sending anything. I was frustrated because they didn't tell me that this was needed in the first place. Instead, they lied to me and said that the g6 had already been shipped out. I even told the man that I take insulin and only have enough test strips to cover me until this week, but he didn't seem to care. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer any solutions. It was really awful customer service.
I think it's important for companies to care about their customers and their situations. It's not right to lie or ignore them when they have legitimate concerns. I hope U.S. Medical Supplies can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Service from U.S. Medical Supplies: False Promises and Poor Communication
I had a really bad experience with U.S. Medical Supplies. I bought a chair from them and as soon as I put payment on my credit card, they stopped caring about me. I asked them to send me a hard copy of my receipt and the Medicare forms I needed, but they never sent them. I had to call them several times to ask when the chair would arrive, but they never gave me a clear answer. They always said it was still being built and they couldn't give me a timeline. After six weeks, the chair finally arrived, but the delivery guy wouldn't bring it into my house and set it up. He said it was only door yard delivery and left it out in the rain. I had to find someone to help me bring it in and set it up. The wires weren't attached and we had to figure out how to attach them to the power source. It wasn't even in plug-in condition!
I was really disappointed with their service. They advertised "Free shipping and set up," but they didn't deliver on that promise. I spent $1200 on a chair with heat and vibration, but they didn't value me as a paying customer. I was thinking of buying a scooter from them, but after this experience, I will look for another company that will treat me better.
It's really frustrating that they couldn't keep track of the factory process or shipping. I had to call them several times to get any information about my order. They should have been more transparent about the timeline and delivery process. It's also disappointing that they didn't send me the paperwork I needed. I had to figure it out on my own.
Overall, I would not recommend U.S. Medical Supplies. Their service was really poor and they didn't deliver on their promises. I hope they improve their service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with US Medical Supplies and Golden Lift Chair
I bought a Golden Lift Chair from US Medical Supplies in February 2018 and it was supposed to be delivered with "white glove" service within 30 days. The delivery men opened the shipping box with a razor knife and accidentally cut one of the chair power cables. I gave them tools to splice the wires, but once set up, the chair wouldn't recline properly. The "white gloves" delivery man called US Medical Supplies and asked for guidance since the product was defective. US Medical Supplies assured him and me that Golden was a reputable company and would stand by their product. It has been almost three weeks now and the chair still doesn't work.
Another issue I have with the chair is that I am 6'3" and US Medical sold me the Golden PR505 LRG DSC UNN Lift Chair with the impression that this chair size would accommodate my size/height. However, the chair height, seat depth, and length are not at all adequate for my stature. These are the measurements Golden has come up with, and I felt assured they would work for me. I have no idea how Golden came up with these measurements, but trust me, this chair is way too small.
I want to send the chair back to US Medical/Golden since it doesn't work and doesn't fit properly. However, since I ordered the Brisa fabricate, which US Medical keeps telling me is a "custom" make, they are convinced they can make the chair work instead of refunding my money. I have had some cooperation from US Medical regarding these issues, but I want to tell the world that I have a $2,000 chair that doesn't fit or work, and the only thing that matters to the supplier and manufacturer is the "sale" and not my satisfaction.
The moral of the story is that you may save money buying online, but buyer beware!
Disappointing Purchase: AmeriGlide 325M Lift Chair from U.S. Medical Supplies
I recently purchased the AmeriGlide 325M 3 Position Lift Chair from U.S. Medical Supplies and unfortunately, it arrived broken. I was really disappointed with this, as I was hoping to use it to make my mother's life more comfortable. However, when I tried to use it, I found that it only had two real positions, not three as advertised. The third position is actually just the "lift" mode, which is not very useful for our needs.
What's even worse is that the chair doesn't allow you to sit up with your legs elevated, which is something that we really needed. Instead, you can only elevate your legs when you're reclining far back. If the salesperson had explained this to me, I would have never bought this chair. To make matters worse, the Operations Manual shows the chair in four distinct positions, including the one we need most of all: sitting up with legs straight out. This is incredibly misleading and frustrating.
The chair comes with a one-year in-home repair guarantee, but I haven't been told when a repairman will be out to fix it. One of the tracks that you're supposed to snap the head/back into place along is broken, so the chair is useless. My poor mother is still slumped on the couch, and we have this big chair in the living room of my small New York City apartment that is taking up space. I was promised a call or email to tell me when this in-home repair visit would take place, but I haven't heard anything yet. To make matters worse, I now have to buy an ottoman to elevate my mom's legs.
I'm trying to stay calm, but it's really frustrating. I work full time and have just brought my mom home to live with me on hospice, so I have a lot on my plate. I was hoping that this chair would bring her much-needed comfort and make it safer and easier for her aides to bring her in and out of the living room where the light from the windows comes in. Instead, she's stuck in bed or uncomfortably slumped on the couch with pillows bolstering her up. I'm ready to have U.S. Medical pick up this chair and purchase one elsewhere. I'll also be letting AmEx know that this purchase is now in dispute.
Review of U.S. Medical Supplies Scooter: Quick Delivery, Easy Assembly, and Great Functionality!
I recently purchased a scooter from U.S. Medical Supplies and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived! Although I didn't hear the delivery person ring the doorbell, my dogs alerted me to the fact that someone was there. When I went outside, I found a large box sitting on my porch and the delivery person was nowhere to be seen. Luckily, my neighbor saw me struggling and came over to help me bring the box inside.
After cutting open the box, I found that the instruction sheet was glued to the tape, so I accidentally cut it in half. Despite this setback, I was able to put most of the scooter together by myself, with the exception of the arm rests. My son came over later to help me with those.
Due to nerve damage, I have difficulty walking and standing for long periods of time, but I can get around my house for short periods. When I tried out the scooter inside my house, my pets were terrified! However, I was thrilled with how well it worked.
I decided to take my scooter to a local Heritage Festival, but on the way there, I almost got run over by trucks twice! Thankfully, the Police Chief saw me and followed me home with his headlights on so that I could be seen. Since then, I've purchased a clamp-on flashlight to attach to the front of the basket and a little flashing red light to attach to the back of the seat for added visibility.
Overall, I love my scooter and find it very useful. However, I do have to take it apart to fit it into my small SUV, which can be a bit of a hassle. Additionally, some of the parts are heavier than I'm supposed to lift, so my husband is making a lift to assist me with that.
One thing that the picture on the website didn't show is that there is a pocket on the back of the seat with a flap closure that attaches with velcro. I find this pocket very handy for keeping my flashlight in when it's not in use.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase from U.S. Medical Supplies and would recommend them to anyone in need of medical equipment.
Disappointing Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Poor Quality Products and Service
I recently visited the website of U.S. Medical Supplies, also known as Golden Life, Golden Enterprise, and a few other names. I was in search of an adjustable bed for my husband who had recently undergone severe neck surgery and needed a comfortable bed to come home to from the rehab center. I came across a bed that seemed perfect for him on their website. The pictures of the bed looked great, and I was convinced that it was what I was looking for. I decided to call and discuss the product with a sales representative to make sure that it was indeed what I wanted. The sales representative assured me that the bed was exactly what was pictured on the website, and I went ahead and made the purchase.
However, when the bed arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it was nothing more than an inferior quality hospital bed. I was looking for a bed that was a piece of furniture and would last for a long time, but what I got was far from that. I immediately called to complain, but was informed that the sales representative I had dealt with was no longer with the company. They assigned me another sales representative to talk to, but I was not satisfied with the response I got.
I demanded that the bed be removed immediately, but to my surprise, they told me that I would be charged $500 for the original delivery (which was delivered and set up for free), $500 for removal, and a 15% restocking fee. To make matters worse, they informed me that the mattress was not returnable because it had been removed from the plastic, but it was included in the 15% restocking fee. The total cost to return the bed was over $1300, which was a huge disappointment for me.
Despite my frustration, I still wanted the bed out of my house immediately. They made arrangements to send a truck with one person to remove the frame, which weighed approximately 300 pounds or more. The trucker called a friend who was approximately 50 miles away, and we had to wait for him to arrive before they could remove the frame.
I have made several calls and sent numerous emails to U.S. Medical Supplies, but I have received no response from them except for an email asking me to write this review. I am sure they will delete it as soon as it arrives. Calls just go to voicemail with no return call. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to try to recover some of the money I spent on this inferior product.
In conclusion, I would not recommend U.S. Medical Supplies to anyone. They offer poor quality products, poor service, and no pride in customer service. It was a huge disappointment for me, and I would advise anyone looking for an adjustable bed to look elsewhere.
Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: No Chair, No Refund, No Accountability
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with U.S. Medical Supplies. I ordered a chair back in January and their website said it would take 10-12 days to arrive, plus a few more if I wanted some extra options. But man, was I in for a ride.
I called them over a dozen times starting in February, and every time they told me my chair was still being built. They even blamed a snow storm for the delay. Finally, on February 12th, the trucking company called to say they were going to deliver my chair. But when they got to my apartment complex, their 53-foot truck couldn't fit. So they tried to contact U.S. Medical Supplies to figure out how to get my chair to me, but they couldn't get ahold of anyone.
Then, on February 22nd, I had to go to the hospital for a couple of weeks because of some medical issues. After that, I went to a rehab facility for another three weeks. But during that whole time, I never got a call from U.S. Medical Supplies about the extra freight charges for delivering my chair.
When I finally got out of the hospital and started talking to their reps in March, it was a whole ordeal. I talked to this guy named Alex a lot, and their accounting department even made a new purchase order to charge me $262 more for "white glove service." I didn't even know what that was at the time, but it turns out the original purchase order was dead and they had sent a partial refund to my PayPal account.
Anyway, I talked to U.S. Medical Supplies a bunch of times over the next few weeks, and the last time was on April 27th. But they wouldn't give me a refund for the extra charges, and they said I had cancelled my order. Which I definitely didn't do. I called them again on April 29th, but my call went straight to voicemail.
It's just really frustrating, you know? I think they owe me $654.32, which is a lot of money for me. And when I talked to their reps, they said they were "just an accounting firm" and that they do business for a bunch of different companies. Which is confusing, because when I called them from my work phone, they didn't even know which company I was trying to reach.
Honestly, it's just really messed up that they would take advantage of a handicapped person like this. I've made over 40 phone calls to them since January, and I still don't have my chair or my money.

Terrible Customer Service Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies - Avoid at All Costs!
I recently made a purchase from U.S. Medical Supplies (usmedicalsupplies.com) for a lift chair. I was in a hurry to get it, so I chose this company because they promised to ship it within 2 business days. However, a few days later, I received an email from them stating that it would take 18 business days to ship the chair. I was disappointed because I needed it as soon as possible, so I decided to cancel the order.
Trying to contact this company after placing an order is a nightmare. I sent them three emails, but I didn't receive any response. I also tried calling them, but every time I called, I got their voice mail and no call back. It was frustrating because I needed to cancel the order, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the company.
Finally, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to cancel the order. It was a hassle, and I wasted a lot of time trying to get in touch with U.S. Medical Supplies.
I've had a lot of online transactions, but this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I can only imagine how difficult it would be for a customer who received the chair and had a problem with it. It's disappointing because I was hoping for a better experience with this company.
Misled and Ignored: My Disappointing Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies
I was on the hunt for a specific product that I couldn't find anywhere near me, so I had to rely on the sales rep at U.S. Medical Supplies to give me the lowdown. I had my sights set on the LC 525L because it's supposed to be great for tall folks like myself. They even offered a footrest extension for a little extra cash. I asked the salesperson three times if the extension would come up parallel with the leg rest or stay down below it. Each time, he assured me that it would extend the chair. But guess what? It doesn't! I called the factory to confirm and even observed my own chair, and it's just not what I was promised.
Now, don't get me wrong, the chair itself is pretty darn comfortable and seems to be well-made. But I'm pretty peeved that I was charged extra for something that I can't even use. And to make matters worse, U.S. Medical Supplies doesn't seem to care about my problem. I can't return the chair because I need it NOW and I'm totally disabled, so there's no way I could package it up for a return even if I wanted to.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies. It's frustrating to feel like I was misled and then ignored when I tried to address the issue. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants to avoid these kinds of headaches.
Disappointing Experience with Golden Technologies Maxi Comfort Chair from U.S. Medical Supplies
We recently purchased a Golden Technologies 756MC chair from U.S. Medical Supplies, which was supposed to be the best and most comfortable on the market. It's called the Maxi Comfort, but unfortunately, my mother has been having a hard time getting comfortable in it. She's been stuffing padding everywhere, but it's still not quite right.
We called the manufacturer to ask about the TV sitting position that the book shows, but unfortunately, the chair will not do it. They gave us a number to a store in Springfield, MO, but when we called them, they explained that they did not sell that chair and that they could not get parts if they needed them. That's not much of a warranty station, is it?
To make matters worse, they also said that if they came out and found that the chair was not broken, they would have to charge a service call. We explained that we did not think that the chair was broken, but that it would not go into the TV sitting position. They said they could not do anything about it.
My mother is 82 years old, and we would really appreciate some help on this matter. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a chair that doesn't work as advertised, and it's even more frustrating to be told that there's nothing that can be done about it. We hope that U.S. Medical Supplies will be able to help us resolve this issue soon.

Poor Customer Service Experience with US Medical Supplies
I recently bought an AmeriGlide PR340 Heat and Massage Lift Chair from US Medical Supplies on August 26, 2018. I talked to Nick Stelmach and asked him to give me a call on Monday to let me know if the chair had shipped or not. My father was critically ill and we needed the chair before he could be released from the hospital. Unfortunately, Nick did not call me on Monday as promised. I tried calling him several times on Tuesday but he did not answer. I also tried calling him on Wednesday morning but still no answer. I left numerous voicemails but did not receive any response. Finally, after several attempts, I was able to reach someone and was able to talk to Nick. However, he did not seem to understand why I was irritated.
I spent over $700 on this chair when I could have gone to other suppliers with a price half that. I expected excellent customer service, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I do not recommend this company or Nick if you want good customer service. You will be left waiting and frustrated.
In conclusion, I was disappointed with the service I received from US Medical Supplies. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
Poor Customer Service and Order Cancellation: My Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies
This company, U.S. Medical Supplies, is not the best when it comes to customer service. They seem to care more about sending out coupons than actually helping their customers with their purchases. It's nearly impossible to find out when your order will be delivered, and when you try to ask questions, they may just cut you off and transfer you to another number without warning. I had to leave a message with Karen and it took her two whole days to call me back, even though it was a weekday. When she finally did call me back, she told me that my order had been cancelled without any effort to contact me beforehand. Their excuse was that my credit card may have been declined and the notification may have gone to my junk folder, but that wasn't the case at all.
It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers, especially when you're dealing with expensive products like lift chairs. Thanks to U.S. Medical Supplies, my mother will have to wait even longer to get the lift chair she needs. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Poor Service and Multiple Lies: My Experience with US Medical Supplies
I ordered some diabetic supplies from US Medical Supplies about a month ago, but I still haven't received them. I called them up to ask what was going on, and they told me that they needed my insurance information. I was pretty frustrated because they never contacted me to ask for it in the first place. I asked if they could send the supplies overnight, but they said no. I still didn't receive my order, so I called them again. They told me that it had been shipped, but I still didn't get it. I called them again and they said it was "in process". I asked to speak with a manager, but they said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a call back, but I never got one. Finally, I talked to a manager who apologized and said that my order had been shipped from Wisconsin and that I should receive it that day. They gave me a tracking number, but when I checked with UPS, they couldn't confirm that they had received it. I called US Medical Supplies again and they confirmed the number, and said that I should receive my order on Saturday. I was so frustrated with their poor service and being lied to multiple times that I asked them to remove me as a customer. I would definitely recommend finding another provider if you don't want to deal with all the frustration that I did.
Avoid U.S. Medical Supplies: Poor Accounting and Billing Practices
So, I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was not the best. I mean, they didn't even tell me that they got booted from my insurance company's network, so I ended up shelling out $900 for my first order of diabetic supplies. That's just crazy, man. And then, to make matters worse, they invoiced me multiple times for the same order on my second go-round. It was enough to drive me up the wall.
The thing is, they don't seem to have their accounting straight. They can't seem to keep track of what's been paid for by insurance and what's been paid for with co-insurance. This led to a whole mess of phone calls and online chats that lasted for weeks. And guess what? I had to be the one to explain to them how their accounting was all messed up. I mean, come on, guys. If you won't even ship me the supplies until I pay, how could I possibly still owe you money? I had to do all the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts.
And if that wasn't bad enough, this morning I got another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that I bought and paid for back in February! How do you keep making these mistakes, U.S. Medical Supplies? Luckily, I'm a responsible person and I kept all my receipts, so I was able to send them back to customer service.
All in all, I'd say you should avoid doing business with these folks if you can. It's just not worth the headache.
Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Delayed Shipping, Misrepresentations, and Lack of Response
I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was not great. I ordered a stair lift on May 5th and was told it would ship the next day. But when I called on May 8th to get the tracking number, I was told I had to talk to a sales agent. I left two messages with the rep who answered, but got no response. I tried again on May 12th, but still no response. Finally, on May 15th, I got through to the original sales rep who assured me the item had shipped and she would get me the tracking number. But it turned out the item hadn't even shipped yet! There was some kind of processing error by an employee. The sales rep said it would ship on the 15th and I would get it on the 21st. But it didn't actually ship until the 18th and the earliest delivery date was the 26th. And get this - the sales rep said it was shipping via air due to delays, but it was actually shipping via ground. What a mess! I asked for a shipping refund as compensation for the terrible service, misrepresentations, and lack of response. I needed this item quickly for my elderly parent who has health problems, and the sales rep's promises were the reason I chose to buy from U.S. Medical Supplies. But this experience has shown me that they are not a reputable firm. And to top it all off, I'm still waiting for the item.
Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Rude Customer Service and Misleading Information
I bought a lift chair from U.S. Medical Supplies on June 27th. They sent me a receipt on June 29th, saying that the chair would be shipped and processed from their Philadelphia store in 3 to 4 days. But after almost two weeks, I hadn't heard anything. So I called them up to ask what was going on. And let me tell you, they were not nice about it. They talked down to me and were really rude. They said I should never have ordered the chair online, I should have called them to order it. But why do they even have an online ordering system if they don't want people to use it? Then they said it would take 23 days to build the chair. But the website never said that! When I called them, they said they were going to charge me $250. But then they sent me an email saying it was only going to be $50. I was so frustrated and upset that I had to escalate the issue to PayPal. I was worried that I would lose all of my money. I just couldn't believe how disrespectful they were to me. Just because I'm a disabled senior doesn't mean I'm going to let people talk down to me like I'm a piece of garbage.
But you know what? I found the exact same chair, with the covering I wanted, from another company. And they're going to deliver it to me for free! And I'll have it tomorrow! There are so many good companies out there that actually want to help people. I wouldn't recommend U.S. Medical Supplies to my worst enemy.
Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I don't usually write reviews, but I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was a real headache. I was trying to get a lift chair for my 90-year-old mom, and the salesman promised me it would be delivered with white glove service within a week. But let me tell you, that was just the beginning of my troubles.
First of all, there was no way to track the delivery, so I had no idea when it was coming. And then, after two weeks had gone by with no chair in sight, I tried to cancel the order. But they told me the only way to do that was for my poor mom to reject the chair when it finally arrived. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.
So I spent over a week trying to get in touch with a manager, but he never called me back. And then, out of nowhere, the company claimed that the chair delivery had been rejected. But here's the thing: they never even tried to deliver it in the first place! I was so frustrated.
But at least I thought I was getting a refund. They said they would issue a credit on my card, but they were gonna keep $400 for shipping, handling, and that nonrefundable white glove service. And all for a chair that never even showed up! It's been weeks now, and I'm still waiting for my money back.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend U.S. Medical Supplies to anyone. If you're thinking about ordering from them, you might wanna think twice.
