Poor Customer Service and Attitude: My Experience with ConsultantClinic
I was considering using ConsultantClinic for some treatments, but after reading some reviews and having a less than pleasant experience with their customer service, I'm glad I didn't go through with it.
I had some questions about what treatments to book and wanted to budget myself for two of them, so I emailed them for some guidance. Unfortunately, the reply I received didn't answer my questions and instead just listed all the prices. I emailed again, hoping for some more personalized advice, but was met with a response that I needed to book and pay a deposit before they could consult with me. I found this to be quite rude and arrogant.
Later, I saw the owner of the clinic bragging about her staff on Instagram and decided to reply, mentioning that I was educated myself but still believed in being nice to people. However, I was surprised to find that I had been blocked by the clinic just two hours later. It seems that they have a habit of blocking people who don't fit their criteria.
After reading some reviews on Trustpilot, I'm glad I didn't go through with booking at ConsultantClinic. It seems that many people have had negative experiences with the clinic and its staff. While I can't speak to the quality of their treatments, their customer service and attitude towards potential clients is definitely a cause for concern.
Warning: My Terrible Experience with ConsultantClinic - Botched Lip Injections and Unprofessional Staff
I really wish I had read all the reviews before booking an appointment with ConsultantClinic. After reading all the reviews, I can confirm that they are all true! I went to their New York office and was introduced to Dr. Kevin and Ffyona. During the consultation, Ffyona was on FaceTime with someone, which I think was her daughter. This was very unprofessional and should have been a red flag for me. However, I continued with the procedure by Dr. Kevin.
This was my first time having lip injections, and unfortunately, it did not go well. My lips resulted in lumpy areas both on the top and bottom, and the filler even migrated outside the borders of my lips. When I reached out to ConsultantClinic, they told me that it was normal and that it would even out. However, it never did. When I went back to the office to see Dr. Kevin, he said, "Unfortunately, bad things happen to nice people." I was shocked and taken aback by his response.
I want to warn people to be careful before going to ConsultantClinic. I am not the only one who has experienced a botched job, and they even blocked me on Instagram when I left a message saying that I had a bad experience. It is essential to do your research and read reviews before booking an appointment with any clinic. I hope my experience will help others avoid a similar situation.
Mixed Results at ConsultantClinic: Polite Staff, Board-Certified Doctors, but Filler Migration Still an Issue
I recently visited ConsultantClinic (consultantclinic.com) with high hopes of receiving top-notch work for my filler problems. I had previously experienced issues with filler migration, so I was excited to see that the clinic advertised their injection techniques as a solution to this problem. After viewing their Instagram portfolio and reading their proclamations, I was convinced that they were the right choice for me.
I decided to dissolve all of my previous filler with CC and have my lips filled multiple times by them. Unfortunately, I have spent thousands of dollars at their clinic, and my lip filler has migrated every single time after each subsequent injection. Despite this, I still gave them three stars for the politeness of their staff and the fact that they are a legitimate clinic with board-certified doctors who know what they are doing. Their lip work is fine, but not supreme, and the doctor I saw injects other parts of the face really well.
However, I find it incredibly deceiving that they advertise that it is impossible for filler to migrate if the injection is done "right" and that you will never experience filler migration at their clinic. Perhaps this is true, and I am just an outlier. But, it is important to note that you have to be invited to leave a FeeFo review for CC, so their high rating on FeeFo is not totally representative of everyone's experience with the CC.
Overall, I would say that ConsultantClinic is a decent clinic with polite staff and board-certified doctors who know what they are doing. However, their claims about preventing filler migration may not be entirely accurate, and it is important to be aware of this before making a decision to visit their clinic.
Disappointing Experience with ConsultantClinic: Botched Lip Filler and Fraudulent Claims
I've been following ConsultantClinic on Instagram for years and was excited to finally get treated by their experts. However, I wish I had read the reviews online before going ahead with my treatments. I spent over ?1200 on having my previous filler dissolved and then two separate sittings of 1ml lip filler done via cannula. Unfortunately, the filler ended up predominantly sitting in the middle of my top lip with a huge dip in one corner. I expressed my concerns to the clinic, but they told me to wait two months before doing anything. After this period, I contacted them again with the same issues, but received very blunt and rude responses. They then requested pictures of my lips, even though they had told me before booking in that they couldn't assess pictures remotely. I had to be quite stern to get an appointment, and when I finally did, I was told to massage my lip where the dip was, but it didn't make any difference. I wouldn't return to this clinic even if I was paid to, and I've had my lips corrected elsewhere by a reputable medical professional.
One thing that really bothered me was that all the pictures online are photoshopped, including the pictures of the owner and the female doctors. This is despite the clinic advocating for natural aesthetics and criticizing others for photo editing. Additionally, Ffyona, the owner, claims that all the practitioners are of the highest rank in medicine, but this is simply not true. Dr. Gareth, who botched my lips, is actually a GP, not a consultant. It's disappointing to see such fraudulent behavior from a clinic that claims to be experts in their field.
Terrible Experience with ConsultantClinic: Unprofessional Service and Unfair Contract Terms
My experience with ConsultantClinic was absolutely terrible! I recently had my lips done by Dr. Kevin and the filler was placed completely wrong. As a result, I ended up with lumps in my lips and was in desperate need of help. I reached out to the owner, Ffyona, for assistance and a refund, but was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness.
Ffyona even went so far as to psychologically pressure me by repeatedly stating that she was a lawyer. I left the clinic feeling humiliated and disappointed, with no resolution to my problem.
To make matters worse, the terms of the contract that I signed were completely unfair and one-sided. Even if you ask a lot of questions before the procedure and the doctor guarantees a good result, there is no guarantee that you will actually receive it. And if you do have any issues, the clinic will not help you in any way.
One particularly concerning statement in the contract reads, "The trick is to disguise it so that nothing can be seen externally, except beautifully plump and enhanced lips!" This means that the clinic doesn't care about how your lips look on the inside, even if you end up with lumps that could potentially turn into fibrosis later on.
If you're still not convinced, I urge you to meet Ffyona in person and you'll quickly understand what I mean. In the end, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this "clinic" at all costs. Your health is far too important to risk for a subpar result and terrible customer service.
For the same price of $1000, you can find a much better clinic that will provide you with a great result and excellent customer service. Don't make the same mistake that I did!
Avoid ConsultantClinic: Overpriced, Unprofessional, and Disappointing Results
I decided to check out ConsultantClinic after seeing their social media posts and the large following they have. I've been there three times now, and I have to say, I'm not impressed. The photos they post on social media seem fake to me - I can't imagine how any of them could be real.
The prices are incredibly high, even for London standards. I'm not convinced that the doctors there are real doctors or properly trained. When I asked about topping up my filler, they told me I would need to dissolve it completely and refill it to get more volume. I wish I hadn't bothered - it seems like they tell every customer this just to make more money.
Anyway, I went ahead with the procedure and got some filler in my chin, as well as Botox and a refill. Unfortunately, my lips were noticeably uneven, both on top and bottom, right away. I emailed them after two weeks, once the swelling had gone down, and sent in some photos. Their replies were incredibly rude, with no empathy at all. They refused to book me in for another appointment until five weeks had passed, claiming that the filler needed time to settle (which I think is a load of rubbish). So I had to walk around with uneven lips and even went on a week-long holiday like that.
When I finally went back after five weeks, they tried to fix it, but my lips were still uneven afterward. There's no way I'm going back there again. I also don't think they put in the full amount of Botox and chin filler that I paid for, since my chin looked the same after six weeks and the Botox hardly worked.
Overall, I would advise everyone to avoid ConsultantClinic at all costs.
Disappointing Experience at ConsultantClinic: Uneven Lips and Poor Customer Service
So, I went to ConsultantClinic (consultantclinic.com) to get my lips filled by Dr Luke in January 2020. I got 0.8 at the top and 0.2 at the bottom, which is important to note. However, after a while, I noticed two massive lumps on the left side of my top lip. I decided to reach out to their Instagram account to ask for help. I was polite and respectful, but the response I got shocked me. They told me to refer to the PDF information packs on their website before contacting them, which I had already done. I waited for six weeks and then booked an appointment with Dr Kate, who dissolved half of my top lip where the lumps were. I walked around with my top lip half dissolved for two weeks before I got another appointment, this time with Dr Caiomhe.
When I arrived, Dr Caiomhe blamed my face for uneven lips and didn't believe that Dr Kate had dissolved half of my top lip. She insisted that I misunderstood what happened, even though I had been getting lip fillers for over five years and only trusted their doctors. Dr Caiomhe injected 0.25ml in my left side of the top lip, even though I had 0.4 in each side in January. I warned her and gave her all the necessary information about my previous treatments, but she still didn't listen. I am still walking around with uneven lips and feel ashamed of them. Dr Caiomhe made me feel miserable and stupid during the appointment. She lacks empathy and any social skills.
I emailed Dr Kate, who dissolved my filler, trying to get some answers, but I was ignored. I am truly appalled by the service I received for ?500, and I won't ever come back, even though I have been to this clinic three times before to see Dr Joshua, Dr Ellie, and others who left the place. I advise you to save your money and go elsewhere.
Unresponsive Clinic: No Information Provided on Procedure or Product Used for Filler in Under Eye and Cheeks
I visited ConsultantClinic in Liverpool back in August 2018 for a procedure to fill in my under eye and cheeks. Dr. Ellie was the one who performed the procedure and everything seemed to be going well until I noticed a bump under my left eye and acne on the area where the filling product was applied on my cheeks. During the procedure, Dr. Ellie accidentally injected too much product on my left eye and simply said that it was fine and that I would just have more product. I can't help but wonder if this mistake has anything to do with the bump I now have under my eye.
I have tried to contact the clinic several times regarding this issue. At first, they did respond to my emails, but they didn't seem to have any record of my previous visit. It's strange because I haven't changed my email address and all communication has been through the same email address. The first response I received from them suggested that I seek help from an aesthetics doctor in my country. I have now made an appointment with an aesthetics doctor, but the clinic has not yet provided me with the information I need. I have asked them which product they used, the quantity, and a full explanation of the procedure I underwent so that the new doctor can understand and know how to act. It has been more than a month since I sent all the necessary documentation, but I have not yet received an answer.
The bump under my eye is becoming more and more visible, and I am getting worried. I am not trying to get anything from the clinic except for information on the product they used. I have never had a pimple in my life, and I urgently need to know which kind of filler they used so that I can tell the new doctor and receive the help I need as soon as possible. I am just asking for my information, which I have the right to know. I have sent 20 emails by now, and I still haven't received an answer even after sending all the documentation. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, especially if you don't live in the country and can't just pop in for a consultation if something goes wrong.
I even tried to reach out to them on their Instagram page, but they blocked me. Is this how they treat their customers? All I want is to know what products they used and how much so that I can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Hopefully, when they read this review, they will finally answer my query so that I can forget about this and my face can go back to normal.
Terrible Experience with ConsultantClinic: Poor Service and Lack of Responsibility
I had a terrible experience with ConsultantClinic. I went in for a tear trough treatment and Dr Jas suggested that I fill in my smile lines as well. The total cost was just over ?1000. After the procedure, Dr Jas seemed worried and kept rubbing the treated area. I wasn't too concerned at the time because I had previous positive experiences with other doctors, especially Sarah. However, the treated areas only got worse over time and other people noticed the error as well.
I contacted the clinic for support and to get the issue rectified. Theresa, the manager, got back to me and told me that I needed to wait 8 weeks to see one of their doctors due to their aftercare policy. I sent them photos and Theresa told me that it wasn't serious enough to be seen by them. I couldn't believe it because it was my face and it was definitely serious to me. I went back and forth with them and finally, at 10 weeks, Theresa booked me with one of their doctors who told me that they needed to dissolve it. I wasn't comfortable with that because it would result in loose skin and more visits to the clinic, which I didn't have time for and it was also costing me to travel back and forth. The doctor said that she couldn't offer me a refund and that it should be Dr Jas and the Helpdesk that should process this.
I understand that people make mistakes, but what I don't understand is the lack of care and responsibility from ConsultantClinic. I contacted the Helpdesk to issue a refund for me, but Theresa told me that they couldn't issue a refund and that they couldn't do anything for me. She kept referring to their aftercare policy, but when I asked for a copy of it, she never provided it. It's ridiculous that they have such high prices but deliver such poor service.
I would advise everyone to stay away from ConsultantClinic and save their money and face because they will not care for you. The clinic and its staff are awful and I am sure that with time, everyone will come to realize this. I will continue to warn people about this clinic and their terrible service. Also, please note that the proof of purchase provided does not cover the ?81 deposit, which can also be provided.
Warning: My Experience with ConsultantClinic - A Traumatizing Lip Filler Appointment
I was a bit hesitant to write this review, but I feel like it's important to warn others about my experience with ConsultantClinic. I used to go to this company before all the good practitioners left, and I have to say that the negative reviews on here are there for a reason. I went for a lip filler appointment with a doctor I was referred to, and I was initially hesitant because all the good practitioners had left. I should have trusted my gut and read the reviews before putting down the £50 deposit.
When I got there, there was little discussion about the look I wanted for my lips. The doctor couldn't get the card machine out fast enough, and he was an hour late seeing me. He injected a filler that wasn't meant for lips, and my swelling was extreme and instant. I knew something was wrong right away. It took over three weeks for the swelling to even start to go down, and I had bruising everywhere. My lips were hard, uncomfortable, and most of all, painful. The doctor reassured me that this was the "softest" and most "natural" filler he had ever worked with, but I felt weird about the fact that he was injecting a new, unknown filler. Little did I know the aftercare I was about to receive.
I voiced my concerns right away, but they dismissed me and said I had to wait a month for the swelling to subside. They were extremely abrupt and passive-aggressive over email, and I suspect it was Ffyona, the keyboard warrior, behind it all. They even replied to my emails at midnight and 2 am, which seemed suspect for a large organization based in the UK. When I finally got an appointment, the doctor argued with me about the changes in my face. There was a clear white border on the top of my lip, and the center of my lip was deformed. He massaged them and said to come back in another four weeks. I felt like he didn't care and was dismissing me. I wasted a two-hour drive for nothing and felt like a victim of a "bodged lip job."
At the end of the appointment, I told the doctor that I had read the awful reviews online and was scared that I was now a victim of mistreatment. He said not to believe everything I read online and blamed it on Ffyona's ex-husband. I couldn't believe it. I followed up with an email, and they asked for pictures of my lips. I sent them, and they sent back a clearly edited picture that he took in my review and tried to insinuate that I had manipulated my own pictures. It was a joke. They have now blocked me on email, and I'm left with painful, migrated lips.
I'm £400 down now, having to pay to get dissolved elsewhere, and I'm insecure and traumatized by the disgusting aftercare. All the good practitioners have left for a reason. Go elsewhere.

Not Impressed with ConsultantClinic: Unwelcoming Attitude and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with ConsultantClinic. They seem to think they're better than everyone else and don't take kindly to any criticism. If you try to call them out on social media, they'll just block you. Not cool. I'd recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money. There are plenty of other places out there that are much friendlier and more welcoming.
ConsultantClinic Lip Filler Review: Total Rip Off, Not Worth the Money
Yo, so I went to ConsultantClinic to get some lip filler and let me tell you, it was not worth the money. I paid ?670 for 2ml of filler and after a whole week, there was no difference in my lips. I was so mad, I complained to them and they didn't even offer me a refund or to fix it. Like, what a rip off, right? Don't even bother going there, it's a total con.
Warning: Unqualified Dentists Performing Cosmetic Procedures at ConsultantClinic
I had a terrible experience at ConsultantClinic. I went there to get an under eye injection, but I was shocked to find out that the doctor who was supposed to do it was actually a dentist. Her name was Dr. Ellie, and she was one of the female doctors working at the clinic. I couldn't believe it! How could a dentist be qualified to do a cosmetic procedure like this?
But it didn't end there. I later found out that all of the female doctors at ConsultantClinic were dentists. I was so disappointed and angry. I felt like I had been misled and taken advantage of.
To make matters worse, the owner of the clinic, Ffyona McKeating, had no medical qualifications whatsoever. She was just a lay person who had somehow become their trainer. I couldn't believe that such a dangerous woman was in charge of training these dentists to do cosmetic procedures.
Overall, I would not recommend ConsultantClinic to anyone. It's clear that they don't have the proper qualifications or expertise to be doing these procedures. It's a shame that they're allowed to operate and take advantage of people like me who are just looking for a safe and reliable place to get cosmetic treatments.

Warning: Avoid ConsultantClinic - Poor Quality Service and Scammers
ConsultantClinic is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They are scammers who do not care about their clients. They are only available during regular business hours, and if anything goes wrong, they are nowhere to be found. They rent a room in Harley Street, but they do not take responsibility for their actions.
The service they provide is of poor quality, and they charge a premium price for it. It was one of the worst deals of my life, and I regret ever doing business with them. The staff, especially Dr. Melissa, was rude and unclear. They rushed me so badly that I did not have time to ask any questions.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking for medical services to avoid ConsultantClinic at all costs. They do not care about their clients, and they provide fast food quality service at a premium price. It is not worth the risk, and there are many other reputable companies out there that provide better service.
Unethical and Unprofessional: My Experience at ConsultantClinic
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time at ConsultantClinic. I'm not usually one to complain, but this place really rubbed me the wrong way. The owner, let me tell you, is a real piece of work. She's got this whole "I'm better than you" attitude that just oozes out of her. And don't even get me started on the way she talks to her patients. It's like she's trying to make them feel bad about themselves so they'll come back and spend more money on her services. It's really messed up.
But it's not just the owner that's the problem. The doctors there are just as bad. I don't think they even read my intake form before they saw me. They just rushed through the appointment so they could take some pictures for their Instagram page. I mean, come on. Is that really what's important here? And don't even get me started on the lack of confidentiality training. I don't feel like my information was safe there at all.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend ConsultantClinic to anyone. The whole experience was just really unethical and unprofessional. If you're looking for a place to get some work done, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience at ConsultantClinic: Full Face Rejuvenation Treatment Review
I recently visited ConsultantClinic for a full face rejuvenation treatment, which cost me a whopping GBP 3,200. I was really excited to get my face back to its youthful appearance and was willing to pay even more to get rid of the pain. However, my experience at the clinic was not what I expected.
Although the clinic has an impressive social media presence, the reality was quite different. After the treatment, I noticed lumps on my face where the fillers were placed, and my chin was 1.5 times larger than its original size. This was not what I had asked for, and I was really disappointed.
To make matters worse, I was still experiencing a lot of pain even a week after the treatment. I contacted the clinic and asked to be examined by a doctor, but I was told that no doctor would see me before 8 weeks. This was really frustrating, and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
I understand that I signed a consent form, but I didn't expect to be in so much pain and have such visible side effects. I would advise anyone considering going to this clinic to save their money and avoid the disappointment and potential harm to their face.
Unhappy with Treatment at ConsultantClinic with Dr Melissa
to ConsultantClinic.
I recently had a treatment at ConsultantClinic and I was treated by Dr Melissa. At first, she suggested that I dissolve my previous lip filler as it was not the shape I wanted. I also wanted my smile lines treated as I had them done 5 years ago and they had worn off. Dr Melissa insisted on dissolving that too. After 170.2 days, I went back to London to have my lips and smile lines done. Dr Melissa had a clever way of telling me that I would look better with cheek and mid-face filler, but it depended on my budget. I was convinced to spend more and ended up getting 4ml of filler for ?170 plus ?2080.
Unfortunately, I was not happy with the results. Dr Melissa dissolved too much of my face and my lips looked over-inflated and unnatural. I wish I never went to ConsultantClinic.
Disappointing Experience at ConsultantClinic: Poor Results and Customer Service
So, I recently visited ConsultantClinic in Liverpool hoping to improve my under eye area. I spent over ?1000 and was injected by a practitioner named Zowie. Unfortunately, I was left with large lumps in my midface area and lips that disappeared within two months, after only 2ml of filler.
To make matters worse, I was left with two noticeable lumps on either side of my nose. When I went back for a follow-up appointment with Dr Kate, she agreed that the filler had been misplaced. However, the customer service that followed was a complete disaster.
I was invited back to the clinic three more times, but each time I was met with a new doctor who knew nothing about my complaint. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Eventually, I received a half-hearted apology from the original doctor who injected me. But, it doesn't change the fact that I wasted over ?1100, spent a lot of time travelling, and lost confidence as a result of the experience.
Overall, I would not recommend ConsultantClinic based on my experience. The lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable, and the results were not what I was hoping for. I hope that they can improve their customer service and provide better results for future clients.
