Bass Pro Shops - Bass pro service center boat warranty and services

In early September we brought our tracker targa v20 into anchorage bass pro shop service center to have the trim limiter and trim looked at on our mercury 150hp outboard that was under warranty because the trim didn’t work when above 2000 rpm. We also asked to have boat winterized and wrapped for the winter (which we would pay for not part of warranty service). We have tried and tried to contact the service center to see if they have had any progress and have not gotten a single call back and I’m am now worried they haven’t winterized the boat which is sitting outside in the Alaska cold and destroying a 15k boat motor that we are paying for. Also since we don’t know if it ever got wrapped it probably has ice and snow destroying the interior. This has been a constant problem with this store since we bought the boat almost 3 years ago. (Will be 3 years in June which is why we wanted it serviced because of all the issues we have had since boat was new and warranty is up mid June. We also planned on buying a 4 wheeler but after the service we have had at anchorage bass pro we decided not to buy a tracker from them but a Yamaha instead from another dealer.

Bass Pro Shops - Gun counter

On january 31st, I went to bass pro anchorage, glenn square in the afternoon to look at guns. I looked at a few of them, and wanted to purchase a sig sauer 365 xl, which was in the display case. I asked the salesman if he had them in stock, to which he said, they do. I went home and did some research online on this pistol and decided it was right for me and wanted to purchase it. So on monday, february 1st, I again went back to bass pro, anchorage, ak glenn square to buy it. I brought my us passport card and my vehicle registration showing my physical address. I told the salesman I wanted to buy this pistol, and he told me this was the last one and was on display. I asked if there was a discount because it was a display pistol and he said no, it's undamaged and just put it out today out of the box. He asked if I was a naturalized citizen because of my accent, and I said yes. He told me I need to show naturalization papers to show this. He said he would put this gun on hold. He asked for my phone number, and gave it to him. I then said I will go home and bring back my naturalization papers and would be back within an hour. I came back with my us passport and naturalization paper and showed them to a different salesman. A sales lady came and she showed me a paper that by law, I had to belong to a hunting club or have permission from the governor of alaska to buy a gun. I said, do you ask every us citizen who wants to buy a gun they have to belong to a hunting club or have a permission letter from the alaska governor? She did not answer me. I said I feel I am being discriminated against. Another salesman then said we cannot sell this gun because there is something wrong with the box and papers. He then said if I have questions about why they cannot sell this gun to me, to go to another salesman, and I ignored this because what I was being told did not make sense to me. He offered me a sig sauer 365 and said it was way better than what I wanted to originally purchase, the sig sauer 365 xl. With my knowledge sig sauer 365 xl is superior to sig sauer 365. He left and brought back a brand new in the box the 365, I told him I do not want this one. I then asked if they receive more sig sauer 365 xls, could they call me and I provided my home phone number. As of today, 2/7/21, no call. I feel I was discriminated, I am a naturalized us citizen.

Desired outcome: I would like a call from the store manager/gun counter manager. My home number is [protected]. my name is Al. Thank you.
