DoorFront Direct - vogue magazine - last 3 issues wet

In April, it had rained, and the issue was wet, drenched.

Last month the issue was wet again. I am thinking that we have had some rain, ok. Also, I received this issue via USPS. This was unusual.

Today, May 23, 2019, I received June Vogue magazine and it also was wet. But this morning it is sunny and dry. And each magazine has been and is very wet!

When I called the door front direct phone #, it went to an answering machine.

My desirable outcome would be one month credit. Vogue is giving me one month credit and resending the June issue.

Doorfront Direct has nothing to do with USPS. If you received your magazine from them in your mailbox, you should contact your postmaster. Only USPS is approved to deliver anything to your mailbox
