DoorFront Direct Poor magazine delivery

First, I had no idea that my magazine delivery was changing. I noticed a flat something at the end of my driveway and didn't prioritize picking it up. I must've finally picked it up on 8/4. Seeing that it contained my magazines, I was quite unhappy. It could've easily been run over. I didn't ask for this "convenience" and don't need or want it. Even if you could guarantee that the deliverer brought it to my door, I wouldn't want them to. I have to go to the mailbox anyway. My name is Catherine Bailey and the number on your card that might(?) be the client number is 7 5024 [protected]. Again, the end of my driveway is not my door front.

Desired outcome: I prefer magazines left in my mailbox.

DoorFront Direct Delivery of magazines to the top of my driveway

My name is Elizabeth Rossi, and I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and my client number is: 3N0GA47000000000026/HGT2151510266/00084P0100619094 (I'm not sure which number on the sheet is my client number, confusing to say the least). I was very happy to receive my first copies of HGTV and Food Network magazines. The magazines were wrapped nicely in plastic, and had not received any damage, but they were thrown at the top of my driveway! Your insert says that they are to be left at the door, and there would be no need to go to my mailbox. My mailbox would have been preferable as I had no idea that they would be coming and wouldn't have thought to look at the top of the driveway. They never would have been noticed if my husband had not been out walking the dog! I would prefer to have them mailed to my address if they are going to be thrown on the driveway as a means of delivery. I am not elderly, but GIVE ME A BREAK, at least let me know that they are going to arrive!

DoorFront Direct Delivery of Country Living magazine

I received my latest issue of Country Living magazine by Doorfront Direct for the first time today, August 2. According to the card with the magazine it was supposed to be delivered to my front door steps. Instead I found it on the ground at the end of my driveway about 100 feet from my front door. If this is the way my magazine will be delivered in the future I find that very unsatisfactory. In bad weather the magazine will be destroyed and unreadable. I would like my magazine to be delivered by mail or put on my front door steps.

DoorFront Direct Undeliverable product (magazine)

On Monday, June 28th my Veranda magazine was delivered not to my door as stated on your paper but in my yard close to the street, and this is not the first time this has happened! We are having tons of rainy days and it was soaked, (even through the plastic covering) and it is not readable now! Who replaces it? Your paper enclosed says these magazines are suppose to be "on your doorstep" but that has not happened. Thanks for prompt attention concerning this matter.

DoorFront Direct Magazine Delivery

Harper's Bazzar was in the street in front of my house. Double Bagged in plastic, wet, and dirty. I don't understand why the magazine can't be placed in my mailbox. This service is horrible and most of the time stuff is further from my driveway/doorstep. This is unacceptable and I am not sure what the point of doing things this way is. I would like a replacement as soon as possible for the June 22nd delivery. Thank you.

DoorFront Direct Delivery

HouseBeautiful and HGTV magazine sopping WET. Was wrapped in plastic. I have covered front entry and this could have been avoided. Please put in my mail box, I do not want it left on the front entry when it's raining and windy.
I just want you to know this delivery method is mot acceptable.

DoorFront Direct Delivery of my Harper's Bazaar magazine

My June issue of Harper's Bazaar was delivered to the far edge of my driveway instead of my doorstep . Although the magazine was in a plastic envelope, the magazine was soaked and destroyed in the torrential rains we have here in Florida. If the next issue of this magazine is not delivered to my doorstep I will have to cancel my subscription. Please advise.

DoorFront Direct Food network magazine ...

Please mail my food network magazine and not put on porch ! it isn't even on the porch, it is on the sidewalk and i have had problems with people stealing my magazines and packages already ... Keep mailing it to me ... I have to go out there and get my mail anyway so why not keep mailing it, , , i expect to see it in my mail box next month, , , "do not put on porch mail it ! "

DoorFront Direct HGTV Magazine

My magazine was thrown into my yard by the street. I would have never found it if my neighbor didnt observe the " delivery". This is totally unacceptable. I want my magazines inside my mailbox or on my front porch. Why would anyone think that it would be ok to throw your magazine on the lawn. It could be ruined by sprinklers or rain. If this is the future for magazine delivery then I will go to digital reading only.

DoorFront Direct Magazine Delivery is NOT adequate!

My magazine was thrown on the ground at the bottom of the hill I live on, near my mailbox.
This is nowhere near my front door. Had my Mom not seen it prior to the rain my magazine would've been ruined.
I would much rather it be in my mailbox if your deliverers cannot be bothered to walk my magazine up to my actual front door.
Do not let this happen again, please.

Seeing so many similar complaints does not make me hopeful for the future, I have a two year sub to both HGTV and Food Network magazines and I'd like to actually get all that I paid for.

I've already sent a complaint to HGTV, hoping for them to get back to me.
I'd rather the USPS deliver my magazines, at least they put them in the mailbox! I'd rather my mags be a little bit bent than soaked by rain and muddied with dirt.

Desired outcome: Magazines delivered into my Mailbox.

I am a newspaper carrier. I don't know who's brilliant idea it was to give us magazines to deliver. Newspaper routes don't pay a lot, so many carriers have 2 or 3 routes. That takes a lot of time, and many start delivering around 4 AM. Then they force us to deliver magazines to the "front door". Sometimes I get a stack of 100 magazines, and they want me to deliver each one to the front door for 12 cents apiece. Do you realize the time it would take to make 100 stops, most done in the dark? -for a total pay of $12? That is why the carriers throw them in the driveway.

DoorFront Direct Elle and Decor magazines

My magazines are always thrown at the edge of my yard or in front of my mailbox. This is the third magazine that was thrown in a puddle of water and the magazine is soaked. If I knew they would be delivered like this I never would have subscribed to receive them. I will not be renewing my subscription with the magazine company because I don't like their delivery method. Poor Service...

DoorFront Direct Not delivering to front door and throwing in the grass or driveway

I keep wondering why I keep finding my magazines on either the driveway or in the grass by my mailbox. I was thinking the neighbors were getting the magazines and since they can't put it in the mailbox that's where they were putting them. Well, then I actually read the paper that comes inside the magazine and see that the magazines are supposed to be brought to the front door! These lazy [censored] people are just throwing them out the window because they don't want to get out of their car. Wow, just wow! I didn't even sign up for this serive to the frontdoor. Why even pay someone to do a service they're not providing?

Desired outcome: Either deliver to the door or put in the mailbox!

DoorFront Direct Non delivery of houston chronicle and new york times

I understand that Doorfront Direct has the contract for delivering the daily Houston Chronicle and also the New York Times, which I receive on Sunday. Last week (April 5 to 11, 2021) I did not receive my physical Chronicle 5 of the 7 days, including Sunday. Because I missed Sunday, I also missed delivery of the NY Times. I reported each missing paper on the Chronicle web site, as well as emailed them repeatedly and called them a few times. Each time, they claimed that they "contacted the carrier but have received no response."

Now this week, April 14 and 15, I've also missed delivery of my papers. It has been reported to the Chronicle once again. They claim there is nothing they can do beyond emailing the carrier, which they've already done. I have never received worse service in my life, especially in light of the fact that they have recently raised subscription rates!

If this continues I will have no choice but to drop my subscription entirely. My address is 4209 Eigel St., Houston 77007. This needs to be taken care of immediately, the individual carrier fired, or replaced, or whatever you need to do, but something needs to be done, or you will be responsible for the Chronicle losing a customer.

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

Over the weekend we had torrential downpours and I was away from home on monday morning I returned to find my hgtv magazine lying in my driveway sopping wet and unreadable, I called hgtv customer service who said they would have another issue delivered within 3 bus days, that hasn't happened so I called in again today to refuse the so called door delivery because it is really let me trash your magazines for you by tossing them out a window to some inconspicuous place. I had this trouble before with my food network magazine, I called and had my magazine delivery switched to usps - do not use this "service" cough cough as it is not really any service but perhaps trash.

just an update, a person named Randall reached out and said he would like to address my complaint and would be sure to get me a dry copy of my magazine - week ago no magazine - nothing but crickets now so thought I'd update. Don't be fooled by someone reaching out about wanting to right a wrong - doesn't happen I canceled all my subs that deliver through this company, IT IS NOT A SERVICE for sure!

Town and Country, and Elle magazine had not been delivered since December...this past week April 10th they showed up in my driveway soaking wet. I am unable to read either of them. Need this problem solved ASAP

DoorFront Direct Delivery

I have cancelled all my magazine subscriptions because of the poort delivery of my magazines. They are always somewhere in the front yard where they throw them. Today there was the third Food Network magazine delivered in the dirt and wet lawn. I now have 3 of the same issue. What is wrong with these people. DoorFront Direct Delivery location

Your service is supposed to deliver magazines to my front door. This isn't happening. The magazines are delivered about 5 feet from my mailbox which is about 100 feet from my front door. I will not be renewing my subscriptions because of this service.

DoorFront Direct Food Network Magazine delivery

I was so surprised today. I actually received my Food Network magazine. It was in a snow bank and i just happened to see it sticking out. I have not received my magazine in months and thought my subscription had expired. I know if the delivery method is DoorFront I will NOT be renewing this subscription. I live in Sioux Falls SD and never knew my magazine was hand delivered and I have never received a copy in over 5 months.

DoorFront Direct Elle Decor and House Beautiful delivered to wrong door

Found my Elle Decor issue from November and my House Beautiful issue for November 2020 on an UNUSED door step. Why were these NOT delivered to my FRONT door? The delivery person had to have walked past my FRONT door to throw the magazines on an unused door that has barrier strips across the steps. These magazines were left out in the open, on a shared driveway side door. This makes no sense. My front door is covered and is easy access.

DoorFront Direct Delivered item left at curb

Date 3/11/21 Address 14012 W Parsley Dr Madeira Beach FL

Not only is this system of delivery NOT better, it exposes the delivered items to more harm by being placed at the gutter where rainwater accumulates! This location is no closer and less convenient than just taking items out of the mailbox.

Your enclosed label/flyer describes this method as "a convenient way for you to receive magazines and catalogs on your doorstep" and "saves you time since you don't have to walk out to your mailbox."

NONE OF THIS IS TRUE FOR US. PLEASE CONVERT OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS BACK TO USPS DELIVERY STATUS! I HATE THIS SYSTEM
