DoorFront Direct Magazines

All of my magazines were soaking wet!

Two weeks ago my hgtv magazine was delivered in my driveway and it rained, therefore my magazines were soaking wet!

Yesterday, I was delivered 2 magazines in the same packaging and it rained all day, therefore they were soaking wet!

I need the magazines replaced immediately, or sent to me via us mail!

DoorFront Direct My magazine I get food network

This magazine is suppose to be delivered by your front door step or in the close in screen door which it was not it was down near the road on my driveway and it got soak can not read it it torn all apart it has been raining everyday and I see u have alot more complaints about this too please put in in my front porch thank u the date was sept.12 2020

DoorFront Direct hgtv magazine

The magazine I received today was throw in the driveway last night. We had high winds and rain most of the night. The magazine is unreadable because it's soaked in water from the rain. I have made serval complains about the way my magazine were delivered. There is no reason for this kind of treatment. I have a safe front porch where books can be left. As of today I have cancelled all of my magazines subscription because I do not want you delivering anything else to my home address again.

DoorFront Direct Oprah magazine

Like many of the complaints about this service, I have not received my August issue. The last issue I received was wet from the sprinklers system. It was also thrown in my front yard, every easily reachable for anyone to take it.
What kind of service is that? Why is it even allowed to be in business with so many complaints? This is just so frustrating.

DoorFront Direct Oprah magazine - delivery issue

I did not receive my August Oprah Magazine. I contacted Oprah Magazine who said that the magazine was delivered. Due to the popularity of August issue, it is my thinking that my magazine was stolen by the carrier. Also, I am reporting this same incident for my sister - Carolyn Bruce - 4403 Goffner Ct. Stealing mail is a federal offense - This is a felony. I will be reporting this incident to Gannett. We would like our magazines. It is a hassle to keep calling the magazine office.

DoorFront Direct Delivery

I just started getting a new magazine "House Beautiful" it came today on my driveway. It rained and my magazine is ruined. It got wet even though it was wrapped in plastic. It's supposed to come to my front door not on my driveway . The driver must be too lazy to get out of his car and place it at my front door.
I'm not happy!

DoorFront Direct Delivery

I repeatedly get my magazines thrown on the sidewalk. Today my good housekeeping is soaked... It rains daily in fl in the summer. I have a covered porch if it was actually delivered to my door I could read it! I pay for a subscription and then hopefully get it... In a readable condition! I think i've received less than 6 I could read. This is ridiculous!

DoorFront Direct Magazine subscriptions

Whomever has been delivering to my house throws the magazine's all over the place. And the magazine's get wet and are destoyed. Am I wrong thinking there is a reason it's called doorfront direct?
Also i'm not receiving all my magazines.
I have a women's health and hgtv magazine and subscribed to since 2019 and i've only gotten 3 magazines.
I will be canceling my subscriptions since I have had so many problems.
You need to get your car together!

DoorFront Direct Oprah magazine delivery

I have never received a single issue for my subscription that began september 2019. I called the publisher who has my correct information and told me to call doorfront direct, the delivery company. I have left 5 messages on 5 different days and no one is ever there to answer the phone or even return a call. What kind of way is this to run a business?

Once again I found my Food Network Magazine in the driveway (8/4/2020)! According to your June email you were going to follow up on my problem and get back to me. Obviously, you had no success. I will be dropping my subscription and will be letting the magazine know the reason for doing this.

DoorFront Direct Direct delivery

Your flyer that came with the magazine that came today landed in the middle of the yard. Your flyer also said that I do not have to walk out to my mail box. My mail box is on the porch right outside my front door. You are not making it easier for me to get my magazines. You are taking business away from the post office. DoorFront Direct I was getting my magazine subscription delivered to my mailbox by usps.

My mailbox is on the house right by the front door. All of a sudden my magazine is being delivered by doorfront direct and its been laying at the end of my driveway. I've contacted them twice and asked it to be put on the porch (mailbox would be better) I got no reply and today it was in the driveway again, right by the road. I have no idea who to contact to opt out of this service that I never asked for in the first place. I went to their website and filed a complaint, twice, with no response from them and no change to the service.

DoorFront Direct I did not order this

I am getting a Marie Claire magazine that I didn't order or want. There is no area on your website to CANCEL, which makes this all the more fishy. Sign someone up and make it impossible to stop. I'm sure this was tacked on through some other purchase and i'm being charged for something I don't even open. Please let me know who to contact or how to CANCEL!

DoorFront Direct Food network magazine

2nd time magazine was left in standing water and not even close to my front door which was in a dry covered porch with my mailbox next to the door. Each time the magazine is so wet the cover peels away from the paper it's printed on. Worse thing the publisher could have done was to go to this service. Canceling my subscription to the magazine as I can't read it in the condition it's in when delivered by Doorfront Direct.

My Foodnetwork Magazine is now being delivered by Doorfront Direct rather USPS. They are suppose to put the magazine on my front step, but it now thrown in my driveway by the street, 2 steps from the mailbox. I have tried to contact the local delivery but have had no response. Magazine delivery

DoorFront Direct hgtv magazine

The magazine is just thrown in our driveway and as such it sometimes gets parked over or run over. Just not a good idea, additionally it was only in one plastic bag. It had rained and water soaked the edges of the magazine closest to the end of the bag opening.
When we first had this subscription delivered using DoorFront Direct it was delivered on our covered front walkway close to the front door.

HGTV AND VERANDA Magazine. I don't appreciated my magazines thrown at the end of drive way, especially during bad weather here in N.Y. They have been damaged many times from the weathers or someone backing over them. Never had this problem when they were delivered by USPS service. I am fed up with this bad service. I will cancel my subscriptions if this problem continue.

You now deliver my hgtv magazine and I do not appreciate it being thrown in my flower bed! I will be canceling my subscription. This is very bad customer service! Please do not throw it in my flower bed. Are your people to lazy to get out and take it to the door? Seriously? Until I get my subscription canceled do not throw it in my flowers! Take it to the door! I dont see how u guys stay in business with all your complaints on here...

DoorFront Direct Delivery of magazine

I used to get my food network magazine in the mail, my mail box is right outside my front door.

For some reason doorfrontdirect.com is now tossing my magazine on the sidewalk.

How rude they claim to be convenient and leave my magazine at my doorstep. They don't even get near my doorstep, in fact it is tossed on the sidewalk and often not even in front of my house. People walk on it on the sidewalk and possibly take it with them as there have been times I haven't gotten it. When it rains, it gets wet.

Shame on this company.

I get several magazines through Door direct. Almost every month I get at least one or two that are soaking wet and unreadable! They just toss them by the gate( which is always open) two feet from my nice dry mailbox! Now they toss them onto my front walkway and they get hit by the sprinklers! I have left many messages on the phone number given with no response. Very dissatisfied with Door Direct! Why can we not just get them in mailbox? I agree shame on the terrible job being done by this company!

DoorFront Direct hgtv magazine

I used to receive this magazine in my mailbox which I liked but now Doorfront Direct throws it on my driveway. I wouldn't complain if it was actually delivered on my doorstep as advertised by Doorfront Direct but I deplore it being thrown onto my driveway. Also, when it was delivered to my mailbox, I at least knew when it was here and it was protected from the weather. I no longer have those conveniences now.
