The UPS Store - awful experience

I would like to report a very rude, obnoxious and insulting staff at UPS store located on 306-N W. El Norte Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92026. Please read the incident below. I am writing this letter and hoping some kind of action will be taken against such misbehavior from a UPS store.

Incident: This incident took place on Tuesday January 11, 2011. I went to the UPS store to fax a few documents to my mortgage company.(paid him $25 for 19 page local) This was a time sensitive matter. The person at the UPS store who identified himself as Jeff or Mike, took my papers and “supposedly” fax-emailed them to my mortgage office. The person at the other end who was receiving the documents was Elijah. After Jeff said he had faxed my documents, I asked for a receipt and a fax report. He refused to give me both.
In a separate incident at the same store in Aug 2010, I had gotten notarized and like today, I had asked him to furnish me with a receipt(One signature and affidavit form) and he had refused to do so. I had paid him $40 for the notary and according to CA notary laws you are supposed to give notary receipt whether or not the customer asks for it.
After Jeff refused to give me a receipt and fax report, I went home and called Elijah to find out he had not received those documents. As a result I went back to the UPS store letting Jeff know that Elijah had not received the documents and I would like him to attempt again. Once again, he supposedly faxed the papers and again refused to give me the fax report. I went back home and called Elijah to find out that he had still not gotten the papers.
I made a third trip to the UPS store, requesting him to send the fax again. He sent them the fax over, this time one of the 19 pages didn’t make it through. Therefore, I went to the store for the fourth time asking him to send page 6 of my document packet. This time Jeff refused to do so without charging me. I told him he did not give me any fax reports or receipts and the fax did not go through successfully so either he returned my money or provided me with the service that I had already paid for, or i will complaint BBA.At last he have provide me this two. This time Jeff assumed that Elijah was my husband and accused me and my “husband” of cheating him. I tried to reason with him that he was not my husband and rather my mortgage loan officer and this was a time sensitive matter and I needed to fax these documents as soon as possible. I let him know that I am not able to communicate my point across to him considering English is my second language. At this point he accused me of calling him racist. I was shocked to hear something like that come out of a customer service representative working at an international store like UPS. After that Jeff or Mike asked me to get out of the store and threatened to call the cops on me. He then followed me to my car and took down my car’s license plate number. I was scared to this behavior and did not understand what he was trying to get at.
In the past, when my husband went to the same store to drop off a cable receiver unit, Jeff was trying to push my husband into paying for insurance after my husband had refused to pay for it several times.
Think about poor and incompetent customer service offered at your UPS store .

Dear Geeta,

I just read your complaint. It is now January 2012.
If you can, go to the UPS Store at 1507 E Valley Parkway, Suite 3, in Escondido.

THEIR service is GREAT and the people are polite, helpful and FABULOUS.

Good luck!

A satisfied customer.
