On 01/17/23 I had paid for a very important print order online at 10.05am. Which I needed the prints no later than 1 pm. Now as this is not my first print order have done other orders from a different email address so therefore I know how this all works. You place your pint order and instructions if necessary and pay for it. You will receive confirmation of your order as well as an email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. As its getting closer to 12_and still no email when I had placed the order two hours ago I had decided to just drive down there which I live in DOS Palos CA almost 30 miles to the store. Well I didn't even make it 5 miles because out of no where my car had broke down and I was stuck on the side of the freeway for an hour an a half be help came. I am now frustrated so I had called my aunt to see if she was at work to print them and drop them off at the court house which she did. So when I got home I had called the ups store and asked the girl who answered the phone if she could please cancel my order and issue a refund she said I think you have to do it on your end so I had asked her if she could explain to me how she totally ignored me and I heard another girl taking in the background with attitude. She gets on the phone and was beyond rude she told me just like her exact words was your order was already printed we can't cancel it nor can we issue you a refund. I said well I don't have any way to get them. She said regardless of the situation I cannot and will not be getting a refund of in kind that my order will just be sitting in a cubby and how ever long it takes me to pick it up weather its days weeks or months in will remain in a cubby then she hung up on me. So then I had called the 800 number that handles the sites and I had explained to the lady the situation. So she asked to the order number and the store number. Had me waiting for quite some time just to come back in the line and tell me she had put in a request for a full refund and spoke with the print department. She said that since a refund was requested and the transaction was still pending that there were just not going to take the funds obviously not because on 12/19/22 the transaction was settled
Desired outcome: I would like to have a full refund without having to wait for it
