I called in with my partner on 2-9-21 at 8:12 p.m. and had a lovely agent, spend 12 minutes trying to locate an ecard that was hacked and lost; they located the purchaser's account and couldn't find it, but said she would send me out a replacement card for $100. No card ever came, calling back tonight at 2-11-21 at 8:49 (52 minutes and counting) from your agent Abigail, extension 49048 and her supervisor harassing us over again. Finally she said, the same as the last girl, they would replace and email, but this time will physically mail to me. Hope it comes.
Desired outcome: Shorter customer service, an hour and a quarter to resolve an issue for good customers.
