Payment issue
To whom it may concern:
I recently received a bill that was due on 03/18/2022. I immediately scheduled a full payment of $94.90 to be sent through my TD bill pay. I was unaware that the payment did not post to my account until I received my next bill and was charged a $30.00 late fee. I contacted customer service and was told I would only be reimbursed a partial late fee which is ridiculous. I authorized a payment in full over the phone and was informed that if my payment of $94.90 is received, it will not be charged, it will be returned to me. I checked my TD account on 04/01/2022 and observed a charge of $94.90 and a charge of $112.00. I called customer service again and was informed that I would be issued a refund, but now I have to wait for a check in the mail. they had no problem taking my money electronically, they should have no problem returning the payment electronically. I would like the entire late fee reversed, NOT PARTIAL. This is a horrible way to treat your customers. I had a Victoria Secret account in the past and cancelled. I came back and this is how I was treated.

I was approved for a VICTORIA SECRET CREDIT CARD this past summer , August 2021.
1. I ordered a few swimsuit pieces & SWIM through your online catalog, to my surprise none of them fit, even though I used your online sizing chart and measured myself before placing my order. Nothing fit upon delivery, which I returned immediately via mail. I printed out my own return labels from my home, using my computer and ink expenses. I was immediately greeted with a bill, and a past due amount from Victoria Secret. How could that be? I JUST returned the merchandise that I had recieved...
And since I returned everything, how could I possibly be billed for anything I did not even own from Victoria's Secret. I called to complain, dispute the charges and CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!
All of which have gone unanswered to this day. EXCEPT I Keep receiving bills...for items I never have owned from Victoria Secret.
Something is quite not right
I spoke to multiple people within this "corporation" all of whom which have gave me runaround excuses that wasted my time. During one conversation a female employee said that "all I had to do was pay an $8.00 return shipping fee", and she also agreed that I wasn't at fault or that I recieved a bill for the $8.00 return fee.
Reluctantly I agreed to pay the $8, hoping this headache would end, and even though I did all the work to return your SWIM and or swimsuits, USING MY OWN INK, POSTAGE STAMPS... just wishing that this online shopping ordeal was done and over with and I'd be done with this nightmare.
But NOPE!
And that's why we're here right now...

It is 8 months later...
I am still receiving bills for merchandise that I've never owned...
This is a huge discrepancy on VICTORIA'S SECRET.
Your company needs to stand up and fix what they broke on my part
especially my credit.

The bra tears every time I put it on. I am a 32c based on your employee information though the bra makes me held larger in my right breast and not in my left breast. They are the same size. How do I get my my money back it does not fit either of my breast.

I already email to feedback regarding my defect item I received but still not received any feedbck until now. Really disappointed regarding this matter. Not receive correct credit for a return and $25 credit taken away on dec 3 for opening credit card
Klarna the company I will never use again to pay your bill charged me for a free item of $58. Many other hikes on bill. Called right now and tried to resolve. $67 is wrong amount for credit. People very rude and would ask a question not wait for an answer and put numbers on left of screen as answers. Why couldn't they wait for my answer and resolve? The last person, number 3 just hung up without letting me type. You hire thieves and people who don't do their job.

I went to Victoria secret today, they would not take any of my coupons I had got in the mail. I am so mad I will probably never go to Victoria secret again if they won't let me use the coupons their prices are so over priced. Why sent the coupons out of you won't let us use them. I have been going through this as well. I've been a heavy Victoria's Secret/Pink user for the past ten years. I probably spent $5k a year with this company until last year. I noticed the quality of the clothing going down. Some things I buy are nice, while others are terrible. I know they outsource all over the world, which makes the consistency between items very unstable. Lately, I have only been buying items when I get the coupons in the mail where I get cashback from my purchases. In the past, VS would have multiple offers and you could combine coupons. I noticed only two coupon codes are allowed at a time now. I also noticed I have to call in every time I want to use one of my rebate coupons. My birthday coupon didn't work either and I had to call in to get them to accept it, but they wanted me to place my order so they could apply the offer after the fact. I don't trust this company to do this for me anymore, so I said no. I guess it's a good thing for my wallet. I just scrapped a cart I spent a few hours curating because my coupons don't apply and the free blanket I was supposed to get went out of stock while I was trying to get an agent to help me with my discount coupon. I was bummed out, but happy I'm not taking another gamble on the quality of VS clothing. It's been a long time since it's been good and no amount of marketing can make up for coupons that don't work. Nothing pisses me off more than when I think I'm getting a discount and it doesn't apply. Spending time on the phone or chatting with an agent every time I want to use a coupon isn't working for me. No more VS clothes for me. This company will be out of business soon. Coupons WERE the thing that kept me locked into spending with them. Now the spell is broken.
Underwear
I purchased several of the No line underwear and the quality is terrible! I have purchased these underwear in the past and have loved them, but the quality of the ones I have purchased this last year the seam on the waist has come undone. So basically they are useless to wear. This has happened to at least three separate pairs. I will not be purchasing anymore as it's a big waste of money.

Did have an expired coupon! The cashier told me "if one time you got the item with expired coupon, doesn't mean it always, today is 10th, on coupon is November 3"! Asked to talk to a manager! She went and came back quick saying "the manager is busy" but she can give me a telephone number to call!
I walked through the store met a guy and a woman, supervisors in this store, they told me I can buy with expired coupon and they will let the cashier know! I returned to cashier, she asked me the names of who told me! After all I got my free panties she would give with no bag or at least papers! A asked how she thinks I can go with the panties in my hand, then she said "would you like a bag?"! After a while I purchased 2 pairs of panties and used the same bag! I felt very unwelcome, she was rude asking me the names who gave permission for expired coupon and then giving me panties with no bag or papers what so ever... I asked her name, she said - Mia!

VS Card Holder Complaint
I added fifteen items to my shopping cart in the Victoria's Secret app to take advantage of a two-day sale. My Victoria's secret card would not process for payment. I have a $4, 000 limit and a $90 balance, all payments up to date. After contacting customer service, it appears a new card with a chip was mailed within the past 30 days but I have not received it. I'm disappointed to not be able to get the additional discount, points/rewards for using my VS card, as the sale (and probably the inventory) will not be available by the time I receive a card. I was told I could purchase with my card in-store --This is discriminatory against someone with a disability who is not able to go to a a brick and mortar location.
Desired outcome: Honor the discount for using my card in the app to purchase and award any points. I used my bank card to make purchase and paid more for not being eligible for using my VS card.
Unable To Return Brand New Items With Receipt If Ordered Online
Victoria's Secret advertises free returns on items ordered online. This made me feel comfortable about purchasing a Victoria's Secret bra online even though bras are difficult to purchase without trying on first.
When the bra arrived the lace was scratchy, cheap, and looked like one cycle in the washing machine would destroy it. The bra looked like it had been designed by a man who had never even seen the anatomy of a woman. It was disgusting quality for $69.50.
I went to the store to return the bra. It was brand new, tags attached, with receipt. The workers could not process the return even with receipt since it was an online order. They took my item and processed the return as a no receipt return and told me my refund may show up within 14 days.
This is unacceptable for a company with such large online and retail presence. Please do not think you can purchase anything at Victoria's Secret thinking you can return it.

I took my daughter in to get measurements and the fitting specialist told her her size and so we bought them. Of course you are the only store still not letting people try on. I live a hour and half away and now since the specialist was wrong I have to drive back and get the right size. Very frustrating since I paid alit in bras.

I purchased a gift card from a local retailer for my daughters Bday. We went to use online (COVID conscious) and discovered there was no place to use it in the checkout. Then I checked my card online and it said it was not valid. I went back to the retailer who confirmed it was activated and could not take any further action. I contacted Victoria Secret who said that their gift cards could not be used online at all in any capacity. I was then told to go to a store. The stores here in BC are closing/or have closed and I am hours away from any of them. We also cannot travel due to COVID.
I checked and none of the stores even offer a pickup option after buying online. I am disgusted that they would sell such cards when there is in fact no way to use them. Am I supposed to fly to America (this would be really easy given COVID and restrictions and all the other ridiculous reasons) and buy items for my daughter in the USA and then fly home? That is the only option? I am trying to escalate this but no one there seems able to provide me any solutions. I WANT A REFUND or a solution and bigger picture they need to list this on their site NOW so its clear and consider taking their UNUSABLE and FRAUDULENT cards off their shelves.
