Victoria's Secret Order not received

Placed an order on Dec 5th. VS canceled without notice. when I called, they said it was the VS credit card company that cancelled and that I should call them. I did and the bank said I was in perfect standing and that it was VS that cancelled. We tied them into the phone call and all of a sudden, they are not sure why it was cancelled and that they would send it out asap. When I did not receive, I checked on line to see it was cancelled. When I called they said that they were sold out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for an hour and 57 minutes when they hung up on me. I called back and a sweet women helped me. she sent the order out again telling me that they had some still in stock. instead of the short that I originally ordered I was getting regular. I was fine with that. When I got the package It was missing one of the jogging suits. It was on the slip and I was charged but it was not in the package. When I called to tell them they said they would ship it out asap and I would receive it before Christmas. It is now December 23rd and I checked to see when I will receive it. Yup, it was cancelled. I called again and they said it was because they had none in stock. I asked to speak to a supervisor. after a 45 minute hold. they hung up on me. I called again. This women said it was in stock and will be shipping out. we will see if that happens. I had no idea that ordering from Victoria's Secret would become a full time job!

Desired outcome: I would like a response!

Victoria's Secret Advertisements with fat/obese... Nasty pics

You people have lost your freaking minds forcing people to look at these fatties. I have stopped shopping on your site. Obesity is sad and not pretty. I can't see the clothes for being grossed out. It's like beauty level you're competing with is the crack addict category. Advertising should be good at it's job. Woke stupidity does not belong here. Or just stop advertising with people.

Desired outcome: Bring back the pretty models. Put the fatties in their own category. Put the not so pretty in their own category. That way your customers can shop with out being forced into a mind barf ordeal. Thank you! Sheesh!

I totally agree! VS is utterly horrid now. WHO is buying their stuff? Obese ugly she-males?

GROSS There's No Way they have a catalog through the mail anymore, I can't believe it if they do. Who would want that?

I went to shop for gifts for my family, I waited in line patiently the ladies were getting ready then one of the cashiers #186657 began to rush me to hurry to register then rushed me to get my Id out since I forgot my victoria secret credit card I asked someone else to help me I refused her service because it was poor she was in a rush I JUST HAD QUESTIONS regarding the deals since no one offered to help on the floor

Victoria's Secret Never received my order

My mother had order me to pairs of leggings and to sweaters for my birthday we ordered them about to weeks before my birthday the 5th of December and I never received them I have called and talk to customer service a few times about this issue and it still isn't resolved the money was supposed to go back to her card so she could reorder it but still haven't received that either.

Desired outcome: I want my refund for $189 or a gift card so I can reorder

Victoria's Secret Victoria's secret assorted signature mist & lotion 6pcs gift set x 1

Hi,

Recently I purchased Victoria's Secret Assorted Signature Mist & Lotion 6pcs Gift Set x 1 from online. The box I received was not presentable at all as a gift.

I expected the packaging with a proper clear and clean box. There were a lot of scratches on the clear box. In addition, the box was also dented and torn. The packaging was opened and looks very old.

Very disappointed with this purchase.

Victoria's Secret Returns

I took in 4 items 2 joggers 2 hoodies in which one I exchanged in the store and one I return ed... These were online purchases... And one jogger and hoodie was returned... It was never credited back to my bank account and the store is saying they refunded it back... I have all my bank statements to prove it wasn't refunded! And Klarna will be charging me for something I don't have!

Victoria's Secret Order not received.

Hello there.

My daughter had some birthday money and almost immediately wanted to spend it on your products! She placed an order through your official site for beauty products totalling £28.

More and more time passed without receiving the order, so I telephoned Victoria's Secret and spoke to an advisor. I gave them all the relevant info.

The advisor admitted that criminals are impersonating your company and they are in an ongoing battle - they keep taking them down, but they keep coming back.

I checked my credit card, and a payment has gone out for the amount.

The amount left my account on 31st August 2022 in the name of - idmarket victoriaa s semur en auxo ile.

Please see the screen shot of the order confirmation, which clearly states Victoria's Secret.

Her provided email address [protected]@gmail.com.

Payment in my name Rebecca Jones.

We entered your official website to shop. If criminals have infiltrated your official website, this is not us, as a consumer's fault.

Desired outcome: Please care for us, as a consumer, one of your customers, who innocently shopped your website in a loyal way. I would like as a minimum, a full refund please. £28 is a lot of money to my 14-year-old daughter. Thank you.

Victoria's Secret Return of defective merchandise

There are 2 complaints. The first happened 1 month ago. I purchased 2 bras at a store 470 Kms from my home. That is the closest store to me, and we went on a shopping trip. At the check-out, I voiced my concerns about one of the bras, stating that there were ridges in the foam bra cup (there was not another in my size or I would have exchanged it). The sales associate assured me that once I wore it, that they would smooth out. It did not. My clothing looked horrible on top of the bra the entire day I wore it. It is the correct size and I have 2 others of the exact same bra with no issues. I tried to find a way to return by mail and you cannot. I was told that I would have to drive the 470 Kms (940 Kms return trip) to return the bra! This is not practical so I will have to absorb the $80 loss. They said I can return the next time in the city but we only go maybe once per year.

I then ordered 4 bras online. I didn't want to due to the customer service of the last bra, but thought at least if something was defective, that I could return online merchandise by mail. Turns out that 2 of the 4 were perfect and 2 were very low quality with ridges again in the foam. I contacted customer service to return them and although I am able to return them, I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING! Shame on you VS for making a valued customer (of the past 30 years!) pay to return your low quality, defective merchandise! They stated that they will take the cost of the return shipping off my next order but I am not playing this game over and over. NEVER again will I order online or step a foot in their stores again!

Victoria's Secret Late charge

i got charge a 29 dollars of late charge .because they say i didn't make a payment , so i bought $ 140 dollars of products on 6/4/2022 made 2 payments of 1 on 7/17 of $60.00 and on 7 /22 of $50.00 on 8/27 i bought another $105.00 dollars of products and on 9/2 i get a 29 dollar late charge cause i didnt pay nothing in august , but my monthly payment was 35 dollars , i pay more to be ahead , but no they say u miss august payment HELLO am ahead in payment , is this how they rob people , everyone keep on eye on there so call charge for not paying that month even do u are ahead , lady on phone told me that dont count even if u are ahead , REALLY , no thats not right we work hard to earn our money and pay our bills .

Desired outcome: late charge no reason to charge late charges when u ahead on ur payments

Victoria's Secret Product

I am a 51 yrs old who has always purchase my lingerie from Victoria Secret. For more than 30 yrs this brand was awesome, never had any issues with the quality of the bras and underwear (which I have purchase all the types of styles you all carry) In the last few years the quality has decline so much to the point that I believe I have purchase my last bra from Victoria Secret. The stitching is so rough on my skin which I have never had those issues before, the cups are not symmetrical. I have never returned any merchandise because when I get home I wash everything before I wear it. It is so sad that a company that believe and care about the product that was been put out for the consumer has decline. It is a shame. I know this complain will go into a pile of complains that no-one will read or will take the time to address it or replay to me, but regardless I hope that someone will pay more attention to the product that is been produced by whom ever is manufacturing it.

Victoria's Secret Service at Stonebriar PINK store in Plano, TX

Had a very unpleasant interaction at the Stonebriar mall PINK store. I was asking a girl (presumed manager, she was shorter and curvier, dark hair and lighter skin) a question and she was very rude about it. I was asking her a question about a return as a VS employee, and when I asked she told me that that is something I should know as an employee and was very rude about answering me. News flash, I am not a manager and I do not know everything. I hoped that VS/PINK would hire managers that wanted to help educate employees rather than insult them when asking a simple question. I have never been disrespected with that tone of voice or interaction by another employee before, let alone one from a store I have never worked at. Please teach the manager/employee at Stonebriar to be respectful to everyone, whether they are her own employees or not. It made me very disappointed in the hiring team at Stonebriar.

Victoria's Secret Very upset with Victoria Secret charge card issues, I have had card for ever

I have the Victoria Secret Card for many many years and I have never had any issues with it till now. Yes I have had a few late payments just like anyone thru out the years but back in Feb I paid my card off thinking this was a good thing well im thinking maybe I should not have payed my card off because after I paid it off my card had some sort of hold on it when I called the customer service to see why my available credit was still showing $0? Well they told me because the payment I made before this one the bank returned because that was when my dad passed away and I was out of work for a bit so the payment hit before I could get money to the account, and this was totally ok with me because that was my fault the customer service lady said by March 27th the hold would be un lifted and i would see my $250.00 available balance well I waited more then a month so I checked my account sometime in April and it still showed $0 for my available balance so I call customer service again and the lady said oh I see the account has a hold I will un do the hold and you will be able to use your card. So i went to use my card last week to purchase some items online around 6/19 and my card did not work so I call the [protected] and of course the system is down so I entered in my info that it asked for and then it said I'm sorry you account is closed and if account is closed by the bank we can not help in this matter. Now this was a recording and after it said that it just hung up, I keep calling and I cant get ahold of a human to speak to about this, Because I never asked for my account to be closed I dont see were I received any notice to close my account and I dont understand why they close my account, I paid off my balance and that is the thanks I get for paying off my credit card? My account gets closed? So I really wish I could have a number or someone email me or something to let me know why my account is closed like I said I have had this credit card for many years, but because if your system issues I'm unable to get a representative on the phone to see why they closed my account with out letting me know why or just letting me know peroid, If I nmew this was going to happen I would not have paid in full, I like my Victoria Secret Card, I'm very upset about this issue and I cant log into my account from the app and it wont show me anything most likely cause it is closed I would assume. Thank you and please let me know.

Victoria's Secret Product exchange refusal.

On Sunday 6/26/22 I attempted to exchange two bras at the Maplewood mall in Maplewood, MN. Both of the bras were without receipt. One of the bras had a twisted/bent underwire which is something I had never experienced, and I have been wearing this particular style for YEARS. I have gone through multiple bras of this style and never had an issue which is why I decided to actually go in and exchange the bra as it was not very old at all. The second bra was a different style but after wearing it a few times, I realized it was not the right size. Either way, I have exchanged items with VS in the past and been VERY impressed with the customer service provided.

When I approached the employee on Sunday, I told her I had a few bras I would like to exchange, and she immediately said I needed a receipt. I told her I did not have one (and I knew I didn't necessarily need one per the VS return/exchange policy). At that point I told her I would just like to speak with the manager, because again, I am very aware of the policy and felt as though she was not. After walking around the store and then waiting at an empty checkout counter for a few minutes, I went back to the original staff member and asked her where I could FIND the manager, in which she replied "Well, I am technically the floor supervisor, and my manager is not here yet". Obviously, this would have been good information for her to share with me before allowing me to wonder the store looking for assistance. Either way, I told her that was ok and I could come back, but she walked away (off the store floor) and came back with another woman. The other woman walked right passed me and the original staff member said "Thats the manager you were looking for". Very strange interactions overall. So, I proceeded to tell the manager about my situation and she immediately interrupted me, grabbed the bras out of my hand, pointed to the tags and said "unfortunately if the bras are passed their birthdate, there is nothing we can do." And that was that. I started to explain that I had no problem in the past and had not heard of a "bra birthdate" but she was not going to help me. period. After leaving the store I went back online to re read the return policy and to look into the "bra birthdate". I found NOTHING on a birthdate and couldn't even find anything that looked like a date on the bra tags. In addition, every link to your policy clearly states that ANY items can be returned, and without a receipt, store credit will be issued. It makes no sense to me that I was treated so poorly and denied my return. I am a long time customer and I even worked for VS many years ago. Never did we ever turn away a customer with an exchange or return and I was shocked when this happened. I wish I would have gotten the employees names because if I was a store manager or owner, I would not want people like that representing my business.

Desired outcome: I would like information on where I can exchange these items and would hope that the employees at this location are informed on the actual way to properly handle a situation like mine.

Victoria's Secret Suppliers - crystal international

Crystal International Srilanka operation is not having ethical practices specially withregard to the expatriate employees from Philiphines are not paid their retirement gratuaities even after working more than decades the company has not contributed statutory dues under sri lanka law most of instances the expatriates had to go to labour official to claim their dues however at the time of they request their dues as they already left Sri Lanka they had to take a small amount and settle the case.with such unethical practices they are continuing their operation in srilanka.

Victoria's Secret Service

Yesterday June 2nd 2022 around 12.25pm I entered the store in Polo Park shopping Mall. Noticed a number of staff on their phones I asked a girl if she could help with something and if looks could kill I would of been dead on the spot!

Taking her away from her beloved phone! She sighed and asked what I wanted then half heartedly pointed to a table in the distance saying, "Over there behind the table" and went straight back to her phone! Extremley rude and not at all helpful. I went to said table only to find numerous drawers I asked another girl if she could help me she quickly opened a couple of drawers said here take your pick I will be in a minute Five minutes later she still hadn`t retuned staff very rude and unhelpful will NOT be going back. I have shopped here for the last 7 years at least. Very dissapointed

Victoria's Secret Sleepwear

I ordered a sleep set and received it today. I noticed it wasn't packaged the same way as the others I had ordered. It was just dropped into a plastic bag with a few tag, when I took it out there were wrinkles in the back of the top like someone slept in it, it was obviously a return. I am not paying full price for someone's return. I will be returning it myself to the store. Is this how your company does business. I have been buying items for years, not anymore, I am so disappointed. You lost this customer.

Victoria's Secret Checking out

Hi!

Every time. I mean every single time we go to check out at a vs or a pink store there is always a long long line.

What makes it worse is that they never have all the registers and they have employees just standing around folding clothes.

Pitiful.

I have to go to your stores because my fiancé loves them.

But airies is much better.

Victoria's Secret Victoria Secrets/Pink

I have had multiple conversations and no end in sight. They charged me a random $2 two weeks after I paid this card in full. I had it on autopay, but that fell off somewhere? When I got a call, I missed a payment, I paid it in full, so not to worry about that happening again, and the agent assured me I was paid in full and no other charges. So, I checked my credit report months later and saw all these late on my credit report? Three of them! I had no idea. After all, I did not recheck it because I was assured it was paid in full! I called Victoria's Secret credit card company and talked to several agents; they credited me the late fees and took off the $2. but I continue to get letters saying that they will not correct my credit report, that it is accurate. More than one agent told me it would be repaired, and I have spent hours on this, writing letters and hearing that they are correct. If they were right, why did their agents say they were not and corrected it? But will not correct it on my credit report!

Desired outcome: Correct my credit report accurately with no late notices!

Victoria's Secret Sweat suit

i purchased a sweat suit, i have purchased many sweats before with victoria secrets, however with the 1 that i purchased was over $100 for the set and wore it once and already in between the legs it always gets little material balls from rubbing, and i thought with spending that amount of money (which i do with vs) it would be a better material, i have had this problem with all vs sweatpants. i am not being petty because i do buy alot of vs products and i do buy alot of sweats and every sweatpant i buy develops same issue, i just feel like because i spent well over a 100 dollars for this set, i should be able to wear more than 1 time, i will also attach a picture of the set i bought

Desired outcome: I know you cant return worn items, but $50.00 for a sweatpant i can only wear once is unacceptable, a refund on the bottoms at least
