This has been bothering me for days and I just have to say something; How is it that a manager can verbally abuse his employee right in front of customers, and get away with this! I've been a customer of this store for a while; I have been in this particular location a few times in the recent couple of months and two times, this poor female employee (that seems to be going about her happy day at work, ) all of a sudden is being verbally attacked while customers in the store awkwardly are witness to this mistreatment from this manager! How is it that this manager is still employed, or even has earned this position!? She was obviously upset by his treatment during both incidences. This is not a good management practice, whether the employee needs to be reprimanded or not, (and it really didn't appear as though this was the case either time), it seems more like she is in the wrong place at the wrong time. He should be pulling his employees aside and talking with respect in private about whatever his issue is. I have been a manager of numerous employees for many years, and I know he IS NOT management material and should be demoted to "clerk". For the record, the manager on duty with this demeaning treatment is known as (name tag) "Lorne", and the employee we witnessed being mistreated was (name tag) "Quiana". I'm expecting that if these two people are there next time I am shopping, that there is a pretty good chance I will see the same happening again. I have half a mind to speak up, but don't want to cause MORE abuse for any employee that crosses Lorne's path! Please, do something about this!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
