Went into the store for parts for my vehicle and more than once the store manager was very rude and telling me that I was wrong about what was going on with my vehicle. I don't appreciate being be-little'd by someone who isn't working on my vehicle let alone knows the true nature of the issue. This isn't the first time this has happened and other complaints have been called upon but nothing seems to be done about it.
Secondly it appeared that an employee was able to ignore the counter after helping one customer and able to work on his vehicle outside of the store while in uniform and on the clock. Unsure what he was doing but it was jacked up in the parking lot and it seemed this employee had the leisure to do as he pleased without any reprimand from the store manager. When another associate came out to help another customer it seemed he was being yelled at for doing so. I thought oreillys wanted good customer service, but this store provides nothing but horrible customer service, aside from about three employees whom Ive dealt with times before this. I will not be returning to this store until something is done about the manager.
