I was discriminated against at this location 25900 Harder & Mission Blvd in Hayward, California 94544 on March 1, 2021 I had a current Ready Pass and Confirmation# [protected] Iphone this branch for a pickup ride to their but was told I couldn't get a ride but I would be compensated off my reservation for taking the Lyft to this Branch when I got there I was denied to rent my car. I had everything current with my current address and everything matched my current address locally and I presented utility Bulls they also had my current address with no outstanding balances all paid in full. Brought my CDL that was all with current information and My Meta bank Checking Debit Card. I have been a law abiding citizen with a Clean driving record over 33 years not even a Parking Ticket. I asked for a cop of their Renter Requirements and Debit card Conditions.. I am enclosing a copy of that paper that I was given I had everything they said I needed from the paper that was given to me by the branch office manager. I asked her what I was suppose to do when I had caught a lyft ride their did not try to accommodate me a all I felt discriminated against and profiled because my bank card was not a wells Fargo or a bank of America Card. I was so upset and still upset on how I was treated as a paying customer. What happen to great customer service and Accommodating the Paid customer. I am still upset on how I was treated I had to go find me another reservation about 16 miles Away from my local City and I am Disable as well and was profiled and discriminated against and treated terrible by Hayward Staff. Desired outcome: I Do not know how I want the out come to turn out.planning on going to the News and Possibly A Attorney
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
