I am writing to formally express my grievances concerning a series of unfortunate incidents related to a car rental under agreement number 4L7KHY, facilitated through Arbella Insurance and your agency. My family and I have faced significant inconvenience and time loss due to several oversight and service failures that I believe warrant immediate attention and compensation.
1. Lack of Familiarity with Process: When we got the car, the staff is not familiar with the process; we have to call Arbella a couple of times to make sure the rental process is correct. This not only delayed our initial rental but also caused undue stress from the outset.
2. Expired Registration: The registration sticker on the car plate was not renewed, we got a ticket from the city when parking at the meter. ($40 loss). This not only represents a financial loss but also demanded additional time and effort to resolve.
3. Vehicle Maintenance Issues, battery dead: After ~3 weeks of rental, the battery dead; even the car door cannot be opened. All our personal belongings, including two kids' car seats and transponders, were locked in the car.
4. Vehicle Maintenance Issues, lack of a physical key: The car key has no physical key with it; we cannot open the car. The personal belonging has to be left in the car with the tow.
5. Towing and Retrieval Hassles: Following the battery failure, the vehicle was towed, requiring us to travel to a separate location to retrieve our possessions. This was not only inconvenient but also time-consuming, especially considering the responsibilities of caring for two young children during this process.
The cumulative effect of these issues has been a significant drain on our time and resources, and it falls well below the standard of service one would expect from a reputable car rental service. There are so many fallen parts in this rental experience, which cause

2) trips to enterprise to change of the rental car
3) towing
4) get the personal belongings
5) huge amount of time and efforts to solve the problems, with two kids to handle
