In April we purchased a kitchen aid dishwasher, and 10 days later we still had not received a call and a call to the west coast delivery, found that Lowes gave an incorrect phone number to the installer I have checked our Lowes account and that number does not show up anywhere. We finished the delivery and installation our correct number and we had a call for installation as week later.
After installation which left a lot to desire and then first-time use, we found that the water would not drain so I called Kitchen Aid who sent a technician who checked the unit and said sloppy install as he had the drain line so tied up that the water could not make the water drain, and when he pulled the serial number
and he looked up and said your 60-day problem time is up, I asked what he was talking about, and he showed me that the unit is showing as MFG as having been showed at sold 60 days before.
So after calls and visits to the about the sale date, problems with the unit and how bad the installation was as the unit is sticking flush on 1 side and a 2 inch gap on the opposite side
So since we had financed and had 1 year to return, we picked another and 2 weeks later with no install date, we find they gave the installer a number that is not ours.
So just received a call and install set for the 6th
Desired outcome: Since we now have 2 dishwashers on our credit account, pay or cancel the charges on the account and we have made some payments already that should be deducted from the new dishwasher.
