Ups freight is a disaster! With over 39 correspondences, with only one email reply by michelle, supervisor. Don't try calling and asking for a manager. They don't exist. It's a answering service with no information but tracking. They also would not transfer my call to any help. They tried delivering the engine two more times after being rejected for leaking oil and engine had been under salt water.
The first driver had a attitude because he was in a 18 wheeler in my residential neighborhood and I wouldn't allow him to drop engine on the dirt road. He never got out of his truck. He wouldn't give me his name after asking three times. I was trying to figure out what to do with this huge truck, when he spouted off "i'm shipping it back" he rolled up his window and called his supervisor. I then yelled for him to get his truck off my easement. He was blocking entire road. He still sat there for another 5 minutes.
I paid extra for a smaller truck to deliver it in my residential neighborhood. It's a fact told to me by two drivers they have smaller trucks. Btw they change another $90.00 for each new attempt to deliver. All three attempts were in a 18 wheelers. The last two drivers were extremely nice and courteous.
I finally got a phone number directly to rialto but was met by a smart mouth jairo. This is not still resolved. Beware. Do not use ups freight. I have turned down four other engine purchases because they ship through ups freight.
