In April 2021, I had 12 solar panels installed by Sunpower solar. In March 2024, I had additional eight panels installed by Sunpower Solar. Following the second installation I was given an app by Sunpower that helped me monitor my solar panels. In doing so I discover that two the panels have not been in operation for months. Sunpower sent out a repair team to fix both panels. After leaving my home I discovered that the two panels were still inoperable and an additional panel had gone down. Communication with Sunpower since the middle of August has been absolutely nonexistent. They refused to return emails phone calls and have offered no solutions to this problem. The problems with communicating with his company started shortly after I paid the cost of the new panels in full. After they receive their money they have been absolutely uncooperative in repairing any problems to these panels. They offer a 25 year bumper-to-bumper warranty on installation, workmanship, and labor. All of which is absolutely worthless when they are refusing to repair the panels that were just installed. Their installer has admitted there is a problem but they have to wait for approval which also have not received any communication from Sunpower. I am expecting no more than to receive what I paid for, 20 working panels
Desired outcome: nothing more then for Sunpower to replace the 2 defective solar panels that have been fully paid for.
