I have a Sun Power solar system at my home. My sister and my brother both have Sun Power solar systems in their homes. I gave two referrals to two friends because I was satisfied with the customer service. After I signed up, the process was a nightmare. Darron Teeters was a great sales representative until I signed my contract. It was impossible to get a hold of him and he will not reply to any emails or calls. He only called back when I asked to cancel my contract. After I installed the solar system, I found holes in my roof. I called my project coordinator, Kristina, and emailed her, but I do not believe she works there anymore. Darron is cc in these emails, but he ignored it like usual. I emailed Ren Jay Parjan and he did not reply. I called and emailed your customer support department multiple times. I sent them the images requested twice. They promised someone would call me to schedule a time to check out the holes on my roof, but no one called. I was issued a case number [protected], but nothing has happened. I paid to patch my roof. I have a big hole in my kid's bedroom ceiling because the drywall and insulation are damaged from the rain. The hole in the ceiling is 4 feet by 2 feet and it wakes my kids up in the middle of the night. Noises and cold air are coming from this huge hole in the ceiling. Our whole family is affected by this tragedy. How many more weeks do we need to wait before someone comes to check our roof and the water damage? I wasted hours of my time emailing and being put on hold over the phone. Your company lied to me over and over again. I am a small business owner and I know what reputation means for the company. I regret signing up with Sun Power and investing money into your stock.
