Quick Quack Car Wash - Damaged vehicle at facility

Truck was damaged by a customer that caused damage to my truck while getting washed. Customer put on breaks during wash and caused machine to malfunction and damaged my truck bumper. Customer acknowledged damage and left seen when asked for information. Quick Quack is aware and stated they took incident report. When followed up with Quick Quack 10/10/23, they stated customer stated to offer 50-100 dollars. Her Tesla had costly damages. Quick Quack should not act as customer legal representation. Quick Quack is not assisting in timely manner and not copperating with a hit run on 10/8/23. How can I file a formal complaint against facility? I need customer information that hit and ran my Truck, so I handle appropriately. If not, I am contacting local authorities and take legal action. Thank you, J. Aginaga [protected]
