On 12/11/20, window advertisement showed 5 quarts of castrol motor oil plus an oil filter for 27.99, clerk went to retrieve items for me and told me it would come to 41.00. I said I wanted window special, he said it was window special. Asked how do you go from 27.99 to 41.00? Then said window special was no longer valid, as of today 12/13/20, sign is still up, that is a form of bait and switch in my book. If advertisement is posted, shouldn't I get it for that price, clerk said he couldn't do anything about it, while he was clearly very annoyed that I was calling him on the sale price. I said ok thank you anyway and walked out, drove 2 blocks down the same street to autozone, got the exact same items that were being sold for 26.99, 29 dollars and change out the door. I usually go to oreillys for my auto parts needs first before auto zone, but I am gonna start going to auto zone now first, they appear to have their act together more than oreillys does
