On 11-01-19 I shopped at o'reilys my sis and iSpent a total of $105.42. In doing that I purchased a wrong part for relay switch..On 11-3-19 I proceeded to return an item and that was the wrong relay switch because my longtime mechanic said its the wrong part. The young lady thAt sold me the part didn't work on that day. My plan was to return the wrong part for the right part and get another switch in addition to that...the worker said I couldn't return the part because it doesn't match the picture or the number on box and part were different. Insinuating I switched the part. She claimed to be manager but told me to come in the next day and talk to assistant manager.I work hard everyday. I was treated very rudely and I've never heard anything like that in my life and I'm 55 yrs young. I felt and was treated as if i shouldn't be in the store. its not my fault I was given wrong part...very rude and disrespectful..my mechanic looked at part and immediately said it was the wrong part. I want my my money back and I will go to a parts store where ppl are honest and respectful...one other person in the store at that moment..
