Kampgrounds Of America [KOA] - Owner has violent temper and is verbally abusive to women

The senior owner of KOA/Lakeside became verbally abusive when my wife asked about guest fees for use of the childrens' playground, which is part of the KOA campground. He shouted insults at her while following closely behind her as she retreated from the campground office. My wife felt very threatened.
