I ordered on line on 1/27/24 I paid like $ 24.00 for a steak burrito bowl and quesadilla meal. I got there 3 mins after the time was to pick up and I walked in and was told that there was no order for me. I had to stand there and look up my order again on my phone and then wait for another employee to decide to help me. I live only about 7-8 mins away and when I got home my food was cold, no telling how long it was sitting on the shelf. I tried to call but it is a hassle. I really would like a refund as the food was not anywhere where it should be and for that cost is un satisfying. you can reach me at [protected] or my email

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito, I received the wrong food
I'm super upset. I've had a really long day I've been up since 4am and I just wanted a burrito for dinner. I order a burrito, my receipt says burrito and the sticker on the package says burrito. I got home opened my burrito and I didn't get a burrito. I received some meat and cheese, rice and beans slopped in a bowel no tortilla, NO BURRITO. Do you know how frustrating it is to get home and not get what you paid for. This is so ridiculous, you are a burrito restaurant, my receipt says burrito.. I wasted my money and chipotles employee ruined my dinner. I went on to the website and they have a bot running their customer service, lazy AWFUL business. They truly don't care.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. That does solve my ruined dinner. I'm irritated that all I wanted to do is sit down and eat and now I have to deal with this.
