I placed an order online at this chipotle yesterday 9/22/2024 at 4:30. The app said my order would be ready at 4:40. I got into the drive thru at 4:36 and realized 10 cars ahead of me. I instantly regretted going to this chipotle because I had this same issue a few months before. Waited in the drive thru for an hour until I finally decided to pulled out and go inside. An hour after waiting in the drive thru I still had 3 cars in front of me. I finally got to a spot I could pull out of the drive thru and go inside. They claimed my wait was so long because 3 people had called off and they had no help! I asked if they could prepare my order now and they said no I would have to get in the line inside (which had 15 people in line). I asked for a refund and they told me I had to call 1-800-chipotle to get a refund. I was super frustrated because like I said this has happened before at this same location. I was mad at myself for even giving this location another chance. I finally made it home and called corporate. They gave me a refund but honestly didn’t seem to care much. Just wanted me off the phone… which is super disappointing because I have been a super loyal customer to Chipotle. Finally my app said my order was ready for pick up at 7:24pm… almost 3 hours later! I have photos I plan to show with the time. I just feel like after all these years I’m giving up on this place! Loyalty doesn’t matter anymore!
