I bought two sofas (Sales order # 0429318QD77) $ 1699.99 for each sofa and delivered on 17th may. I got regular discount of 20% for one sofa. The manager Chuck from Brandon store mentioned to match price for 10 days from delivery and the sales associate Robert Dalbey was witness on the day. That's reason I set up delivery date to stay in range incase price drop due to Memorial day sale. Due to Memorial day sale, there was discount of 20% for both sofa. I went to store and contacted Robert again on 26th may asking to match the sales price of Memorial day. He mentioned that because Chuck told me for 10 days, I have to see Chuck on 27th because he was not in store. I called again on 17th and Chuck changed his statement that he did not tell period to match price for 10 days. In short your associates make incorrect statement just to sale the product. You can see from your record that I bought all my furniture from Kane's for last 20 years. I am very disappointed this type of service receiving from Kane's as a result loosing about $400.00. If Chuck would have been told seven days, I could set up delivery date such a way to stay in that range to get advantage of Memorial Day sales. I also represented my concern to store manager Joe, but he supported Chuck.
Desired outcome: I would like to see refund

Kane's Furniture - Stain on headrest of love seat
Bought the powered love seat and powered couch with the powered recliner as a set for 3651.64 from Kane's at the Brandon Fl. store on 12/05/2019, Sales Order # 1126918PC73 stating that it had a five limited leather warranty after purchasing the UV3 leather protection kit with the purchase. To my amazement after calling the store on 3/8/2020 I was given the run around that the stain on the loveseat headrest was not covered under warranty, even after only 1yr and 2months So if you purchase a couch or loveseat don't set or rest your head on it. So I went to the manufacture UV3 Masterguard to file a Warranty Service Request and got a no for service. They suggested I have an outside company repair it
costing me $200-$300.

Kane's Furniture - purchase of sofa sleeper. I am complaining about unethical behaviour.
The item was purchased on 11/18/2019. The customer code is BRYAl11306. Sales order number 1118918C067. I wanted a twin or full size sofa bed or sleeper. The salesman wanted a sale desperately. Today 11/19/2019 it was delivered by some moving company. The movers (1american moving llc 813 374-5643) delivered this huge queen sofa with a pump up mattress which we did not want. They further stated that Kanes does this all the time. Sells floor furniture so it cannot be sent back and then sues their customers. This sofa bed could go through the front door of our home. It had to be carried around the rear and brought in through the lanai entry and sliding door to the living room. The movers then tried to get it into the bedroom and it could not fit through the entrance. In fact we tried to use an alternate bedroom but it could not fit into any of them. The movers collected $120 delivery fee and noted the receipt (sleeper did not go in room as intended) and left the huge thing on its side in our living room. We are sick over this. The sleeper mechanism can be taken out with 4 screws. This will make the sleeper much lighter to maneuver around your door frame. Many times we have needed to do this inorder to fit in a difficult location. Good luck!
Kane's Furniture - No customer service
I Bought a Dinning Room Set 12/26/2006 On 25th of December 2007 I had a relative sitting on the chair of which I have used 6 times the whole year I have had this set. One of the legs on the chair at where the Manufacture welded the seem folded. My relative fell on the floor and I was so embarrassed that is happened. I went to Kanes on the 27th of December because they were closed on Christmas. They told me they would have a service Guy come out and look at the chair. He did and the Service Guy said that Kanes would call me back to replace it because it was a defect in the material. He came out on 1/5/2008. I called Kanes on 1/18/2008 to see when they were going to replace the chair. The woman came on the phone and said it is out of Warranty. I was so angry at them that I wasted a whole Saturday waiting for them to come and he told me they would take care of it. And now because of Christmas it is out of Warranty. This is the Second Dinning I bought from Kanes and my Second livingroom from them. I would not buy anything from them since they don't stand behind there furniture. It is cheap stuff not worth what you pay for it. I wouldn't buy another stick of wood or metal from Kanes or Savon or anything else with there name on it. I will buy from Ashly Furniture where they take care of there customers and stand behind there product they sell. So if you want junk buy Kane's if you want quality furniture and Customer service that will help you when you have a problem go to Ashly Furniture.
