Reservation for 8:00 AM on April 5, 2021. Got to the store, and have to wait outside for the Enterprise Employee to come outside. Took notice of my drive license and ask me to wait at the coffee shop right across, because the car wasn't ready, that it will take 20 to 30 minutes. I wait for an hour. When the car was ready the officer ask me for the license, and the credit card, and handle to her the debit car and the license. (In your website reservations states very clear that debit cards are accepted), then she started to ask for utility bills statements and others, if this is a requirement, you should very clearly state so during the registration process in your website. To make the story short, I spend 20.00+ dollars for lift transportation, and no rental. Fortunately, I own my company, and did have to explain my superior why I was late for work.
I wish you the best success in your business but don't expect me to try to rent a car from your company
