LaserShip - This is the 3rd package Lasership has lost. Nordstrom cannot use this service anymore!

This is the third package that Lasership claims it's been delivered but it's lost. The three of them were orders placed on Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom, I hope they do not use this service anymore. The package was supposedly delivered to my house on Jan. 6th at 5:32 pm. Today is Jan.13th and the package has not been found. Since Lasership does not have a phone number where you can talk directly to anyone (everything is self-serve), I tried to fill out an investigation form on their site but it always says it does not recognize the tracking number even though I entered it carefully 5 times. I do not know if they keep the packages, I just hope nobody uses this service anymore.

BTW my trackin number was 1LSCYEGJ002862353.

Desired outcome: Find my package and deliver it TO MY HOUSE (the address on the label) ASAP

LaserShip - service

Pkg. arrived at Doral LaserShip, Doral, FL. location 12/02 5:50 AM; Pkg. was supposed to delivered on 12/02. It first started with a delay (may not have been LaserShip's issue) Next entry on LS website & Walmart website; next entry to be delivered on 12/03 by end of day. 12/04, I entered two email requests for update tacking, only response received was an automated response stating when more information was available we would receive a response. ALSO PLACED CALL twice got absolutely no where with CS Rep. 12/05 was advised pkg. was assigned to a driver and was out for delivery & would be delivered today or tomorrow (SERIOUSLY?) (Note both LS & ship to address are located in Doral less than 20-30 minutes from each other.) Called Walmart twice after getting passed a foreign Country CS Rep. by requesting a Manager, we were put in touch with a very professional & polite Rep. at the time we felt she did her best to resolve issue, she called LS and was assuered the pkg. was not lost that they wer just overwhelmed. and behind schedule 12/06 Both LaserShip & Walmart tracking website shows "LaserShip lost package". 2nd call to Walmart advised pkg. was lost. again had to get passed foreign speaking CS Rep. and speak with a Mgr. At this point Walmart wanted to provide a refund, we did NOT want a refund; we wanted our 5 expensive Christmas gifts. The best they could do is refund $$ and once funds were back in the account (paid through PayPal) we could reorder (did not have the same colors of the product available). Note: We also purchased product the same day as the lost pkg. of less value, it arrived via UPS on time delivery. Why Walmart would choose a 2ND, 3RD OR 5TH rate shipping company to delivery expensive gifts is unbelieveable. It is now 12/08 and we still do not have resolve. We are very angry and frustrated. When we Googled LaserShip on the internet the first item / description that appeared was LS Complaints. That should tell the company using them to beware.
