My Adidas.com order was delivered to my mailbox (folded in half) on Sunday, 8/16/24 at 2:57pm according to my tracking information. I only found out it was delivered when I read my emails that evening at 9:00pm and it said that my order was delivered. It was not delivered to my door, and it was not signed for. The packaged was shoved in the mailbox and the adhesive closure was not completely closed. The package contained only 2 of 3 running tees and no customary return label or receipt paperwork. I currently am missing the Training Supply Sport 4 Tee, Article No: 1Z2582, size M, Color: Night Indigo. I have alerted Adidas.com about this situation and they may contact you as well. My Adidas.com order number for this package is AD932534556.
Please, if possible, find this missing article and deliver it to my address or let Adidas.com know that you cannot account for this item and report it lost so may receive a refund, as soon as possible.

You’ve made it clear that LaserShip’s delivery left a lot to be desired. Shoving a package into a mailbox, especially one that’s partially open and missing items, is not the kind of service anyone expects. Hopefully, they step up, find the missing tee, or at least help you get your refund from Adidas. It’s time they pay attention to the details and handle deliveries with the care they deserve.
