The UPS store failed to provide my renewal notice in a timely manner. At the point they have put it in my mailbox, I had already paid my bills for the month and was out of money until my next check. Had they provided the notice PRIOR to the mailbox expiring, I would have been able to arrange to defer other bills. As of now, I wouldn’t receive another check until the first of the month and they were unwilling to wait.
I am now without an address for the IRS and my legal matters. I returned as many groceries as I could to make the payment but was not able to return enough (I was about $3 short in my bank account). This shows disregard to those of us struggling to make all payments.
This is also the location that received packages for me and claimed they didn’t arrive - but suddenly were in my mailbox a couple months later.
