my husband rented a car from Alamo rental car early October and he had an accident in the car. When we went to return the vehicle we was dealing with a very nasty employee. I asked them to call the manager and waited 20 min. the manager never came.
I left my number for the manager to call me which she did call me 45min later stating for me to give her a call back to make a incident report. I returned her call right back but did not get an answer so the next day I called the incident report line to make a incident and the agent informed me that they have already entered something in the system from the site.
They never gave my husband a chance to make a report and entered information in the system falsely. fast forward because of what they entered into the system the insurance company do not want to pay for the damages.
I reached out to the claims department SAndra King to ask if she could create the correct report and she did place a note in the system to state the fact but she informed me I need to reach out to the location to have them make the changes.
I spoke to the manager on duty today Mr. Lou and he said the agent said that I gave them that statement which is a lie.
I need this corrected.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
