On 5/29/2022 at about 4:30 pm at your 2159 Savoy Drive, Chamblee GA location I ordered a baconator and received a plain double burger with half a piece of bacon crumbled on top. I’m sure the maker hoped that I would be dumb enough not to notice or busy enough not to bother making a complaint. Forgetting the bacon altogether is an understandable oversight. Deception is another matter. I have continued to go to this particular location despite consistently bad service because it is the closest to my house. I’ll never return.
Desired outcome: Give customers what they pay for. Address management and employees consistent underperformance. Never try to deceive customers. I know you probably don’t care but I wish we still lived in a world where people took pride in their work.
