I feel like every time I come into the store there's always an issue with someone using a coupon there's always an issue with prices it seems that customer service is always frustrated if you come in ask them and try to get the price corrected or price adjusted.I come into the store approximately at 6:33 I am checking out.I purchased some pork sausages they have a manager special coupon on them the coupon did not wanna work they had to manually input the coupon I asked the lady about some wrinkle guard bounce dryer sheets the difference between the prices of the boxes of 50 count in a 60 count which mind you were in the same spot for the same price for 4.99.She really couldn't give me an answer and she really wasn't trying to help she had more of an attitude and trying to help.We scan everything she put in the coupons my total is $52 I tell the lady at this doesn't seem right seems a bit too high she comes back she removed a couple of the coupons .And then my total starts going down so I ask her just void it so we can re-scan it so I can make sure that I'm paying the correct price I don't want to pay more. She voided the transaction she got an attitude she walked away I rescanned my food I couldn't get my sausage and I couldn't get my dryer sheets she kept my original Coupons that I brought in with me for my dryer sheets.I'm so sick of this sore and so sick of the attitude of these ladies carry in this store.The store managers is the same attitude.I am really pissed off that I come in here early in the morning waste my time maybe they should get some training on customer service.I always come to the store and there's always some [censored] in the wrong place wrong prices and then you come and ask them and get a attitude with you like you're walking around putting things in the wrong place .

She talks about customers to other employees! This is the 2nd time i over heard her. 1st time i didn't complain but from now on iam! Shes been there a long time and should know better! She is teaching new employess same thing! No business should run this way your customer service shoud be reevaluated! I was in there August 9 at 11:00 at night.. i would like this issue resolved or i will complain every time im in there and see her rude self!
